✓ Too many adsIt’s okay. My daughter enjoys it but the ads are a nuisance. Far too many which you’re unable to skip, so are forced to watch the full 30 seconds which feels like a lifetime for a 4yo. Not very entertaining if an ad is popping up every minute..Version: 2.2.4

✓ Couldn't finish a cakeSuper cute idea but the first time my daughter tried to make a cake it froze on her (she watched the add video to get the rainbow decoration, after the add it had a lock on it. When she pressed on the lock it prompted her to buy, we hit the x and it froze). We restarted the app and tried it again, and it froze again! This time it froze after she put the purple frosting on top. Long story short, she was disappointed..Version: 1.7

✓ Selfies of children in a cake game????!!!!My child asked me to download a cake game. I downloaded several to try. Upon finishing decorating the cake, my child said I can’t go to the next level without taking my picture and I don’t know how. I thought for sure it was a feature to take a “snapshot” of the cake within the game, not accessing the actual phone camera. I was horrified to realize that not only was the phone camera being accessed, the photo being taken was of my child not the game cake. Deleting this app immediately..Version: 2.2.3

The food you make looks nice, and I appreciate that you teach kids to weigh their ingredients for baking rather than using cups or big scoops of whatever. Unfortunately, the ads are often and annoying, half the options are behind pay walls. The “full game” is about 10$ and I don’t think it’s worth that. I do like the voting system, I have no idea how legitimate it is but having that little bit of player interactivity is nice. Collision is a little messed up when preparing certain foods, such as cutting bananas. The system for earning stars in order to make the two other types of food per menu feels more aggravating than rewarding..Version: 1.8
