Bottom of the 9th for Negative User Reviews

Bleh!If it was free, it would be okay, but it isn’t worth $’s..Version: 1.2.2

Server Error and 2p OptionThis COULD be a great 2p game if it wasn't for the server error I keep seeing. And, no one seems interested in 2p games as I can never find an opponent. I bet if they fixed the 2p option, this game would take off!!!.Version: 1.2

Way to difficult and dice always work in favour of the CPU even on easyPersonally I’d avoid this game like the plague. Nobody plays it online due to a tiny player base (it has 3 reviews !) and forget playing the CPU event on easy. All of the dice rolls are in favour of the CPU, if you are by some pure fluke able to get a hit the chances of the ball leaving the infield are minimal, and the chances of you making first are even lower. As for outfield hits and home runs you might be lucky to get one every 10 games. There is something seriously wrong with the coding of this game and I thoroughly do not recommend it..Version: 1.2.2

Random Number Generation favors CPUWhen playing manager mode, the CPU rolls S-6 (which is an automatic strike) 92% of the time. This is statically impossible. With two 6 sided dice to roll S-6 seven times in a row. Each time the batter guesses pitches and gains bonus effects. The game throws S-6 or B-6 (automatic Ball) therefore negating you bonus effects. It’s infuriating when playing against the computer. If you do get the chance to “crush it” the CPU rolls a 6 to steal your home run. I love the board game but the computer version is definitely skewed against the player..Version: 1.2.2

A Tedious Waste of Time and MoneyDo you enjoy watching paint dry? This game may be too spicy for you. What a truly boring endeavor. Since it somehow costs $5, I have really tried to put extra effort into enjoying this game, but I simply can’t. It’s the opposite of fun. The game play is excruciatingly slow. If you actually manage to put a ball in play, then you seem to have to keep rolling until you get thrown out. Nothing about this game is well done. There are blobs that are meant to be players. I assume that’s a reference to whatever horrible board game this is based on. I want my money back. I promise to spend it on something more exciting, like watching grass grow or perhaps a glacier race..Version: 1.2.1

Waste of moneyDecent gameplay but never once been able to find an online match. Plus a story mode of only 6 games? Regret buying for sure.Version: 1.2.2

Favored too cpuImagine this. Your playing this game. Guess each pitch right. Get a contact swing. But they get a 5 or 6 first roll... now imagine that happening 7 times in a row. Dont waste your time in a rigged game. Play something that is actually rewarding.Version: 1.2.2

The AI CHEATSSo not fun. Watch as it “guesses” your pitch 15 times in a row and rolls a 1 every single time it needs to. Lame..Version: 1.2.1

Potential for fun, rigged dice.I’ve played about 20 of games of this game, and while the concept and game mechanics are great, I must be either the unluckiest guy ever, or the dice are very rigged. About 1/5 of my hits land me on base- statistically they should be 50%. When I predict the pitch it’s always a ball, when I don’t it’s a strike that gets modified to a 6. I’ll reroll to match or beat a 3 three times and fail often. It’s just frustrating to make all the right in game decisions and lose repetitively to being incredibly “unlucky”. I’m sorry I purchased this game and would not recommend it until we get a dice coding fix..Version: 1.2.2

Broken with no supportA big part of this game is being the first to roll a five or six. However, when you roll a five or six after someone’s made contact, the game doesn’t register it. Then you lose. Rinse, repeat. I took video of the problem, sent it to tech support, never even got so much as a response acknowledging they were looking into it. Aside from being broken at one of the game’s core mechanisms, it’s a really well done app. If they fix this issue, it’s an easy 5-stars. Until they do, it’s basically unplayable..Version: 1.2.2

Dice rollsPlease make them random. I almost always lose due to dice rolls alone. I’m definitely not griping. Im the second person to say this on here. Fix and I will give 5 stars right away!.Version: 1.2.2

Good game...but results of a hit are no better than a coin toss.Love the campaign mode of this game. Trying to strategically wear down the pitcher to increase your odds of getting a hit or a walk is a blast. However, once you get a hit, it’s basically just a toss of a coin as to whether or not you’re safe. I’m sure it’s random, but the computer sometimes goes on a tear and throws you out numerous times in a row (I counted it to 14 once). This is just annoying...it seems better to get a walk than to actually hit the ball..Version: 1.2.2

Well Made but BoringThis game is better than most dice games. The mechanisms are quite deep and bad rolls are seemingly mitigated through use of various powers and abilities. Your opponent has an arsenal of abilities of abilities as well. All these abilities give the illusion of luck mitigation but actually creates an overly complex interaction that is actually worse than the simple roll of a dice. Also, there is a bias of RNG towards your AI opponent..Version: 1.2.2
