✓ Horrible app; can’t play anythingWe just purchased this product from the Apple store; we went through the setup but the only thing we can do is feed the Bear apples and draw a rocket and see germs through the digestive track. We can’t do any of the other features that come with the product. Additionally, when you see the heart beat through the digestive track, the heart continues to beat while you’re feeding the bear or completing the rocket puzzle. Please help before we return this..Version: 1.7
✓ Almost great.This is pretty good in theory, but there are some issues… DO NOT LOSE THE OPENING LETTER AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE APP ON ANY OTHER DEVICE IF YOU DO. The other thing that is frustrating is there is a screen that looks similar to the X-Ray, but more of like an MRI (showing organs), but it does nothing. I cannot figure it out and makes it seem like we are missing pieces, but I looked online and there is no MRI felt piece and the x-ray piece does not work for that screen either. We just exit out of it each time. Could use some instructions or a fix. My daughter does really enjoy it and the physical pieces are really nice and quality..Version: 1.27

✓ Slow appI purchased Parker bear so that my daughter would have the whole experience. I was under the impression that maybe we needed to wait 24 hours for her to be able to unlock the rest of the features but was wrong. All she is able to do is feed the bear blueberries, and see the bug in the digestive tract. I was looking forward to being able to take picture of the bear in different scenery but that part of the app isn’t working. I thought it was my iPad but was wrong. The iPad is updated to 11.2.1 so i know that isn’t the problem. I expected so much from it since the video advertised and amazing product. I’m am truly upset over this. The app lags and is slow to the touch sensor. The part of the app to take pictures of Parker in real life (such as on the couch or at the park) does not work it only shows a black screen..Version: 1.8
✓ App crushes and does not move on to the next levelThe App will only repeat on level one which is feeding apples and killing germs. After the heart collection reaches its maximum point, the app crushes and returns to level one again. For a toy that causes this much, the quality should be more stable and at least to function properly. Unless the issues indicated are being fixed, we will probably return the product to the store and suggest our friends to not purchase it either. Also, just for more information that may be needed, our iPad version is 11.2.1. App crushes after we scan the bear when hearts have been collected to its maximum..Version: 1.7
✓ App not workingGot this for my son who loves teddy bears & ipad. This seemed genius. The app does NOT do what YouTube videos say it can. We can only feed him, play connect the dots and blast germs over and over hoping if we do this enough we’ll unlock ability to do other things. Haven’t been able to use xray, medicine or stethoscope. ✓ UI is not easy for kidsI really want to love this! The concept is great! Almost all the buttons are on the very bottom of the screen, which causes the app switcher to kick in on iPhone Xr (and other X’s) making the app very frustrating. Apple specifically warns against placing buttons in that safe area because of the system gestures..Version: 1.24
✓ Things are limited because there is a bug in the appYou can only do a couple things like the X-ray connect the dots and feed Parker. I know now it is a bug but we took it to the apple store yesterday thinking my daughter didn’t know how to work the app. The bear itself is amazing quality the tools are still fun to play and pretend with. ✓ Same issue as everyone elseWe only have three features. For what we paid for Parker, I’m disappointed. My daughter barely plays with him because she’s played the three features already. ✓ Lost the letter. Cannot use after app update.We set this up for our little one awhile ago. It wasn't much fun so we set it aside. Thought we'd give it another try but App Store asked us to update. After the update, it requested that we start from scratch with the original letter from Parker. Without it, we cannot bypass the setup screen to play. So our Parker bear, X-rays, and accessories are all useless now because we don't have the stupid letter to scan..Version: 1.7

✓ Would love to change rating if problems are solvedI purchased the bear in hopes to use it with patients in the hospital to explain and ease fear of medical procedures and tools. Before using the bear I was in love. However when setting the bear up, I downloaded the app on both a Samsung device and an iPhone. When using the app on the Samsung device, I could hear the sound but I couldn’t get the letter to activate for some odd reason. When using the iPhone I was able to set up everything on the bear to use properly. I was able to start playing games and see how the bear works, however but there was no sound. I would love to figure out how to get the devices and bear to work properly instead of returning the bear. As far as the games, they do began to get a bit repetitive after 5 mins. However but the bear and games are for children and not adult entertainment..Version: 1.25
