✓ Constantly crashes !!!!It’s been literally 5 months since this app has been updated. Meaning for me and I can only assume many others that means 5 months of not being able to access anything !!! Developer needs to pay attention to its apps and users !! Do better..Newmie94Version: 4.0.2

By contrast I downloaded the Sydney app by accident since that’s the one that popped up when I scanned in the barcode from the healthcare provider. The one for the Sydney plan opens up and allows me to put in my information but of course it can’t find me because I’m not a member on their network. The Simply app SIMPLY will not open. Went to the Simply website to see if they could pull up my file there, and the information does not process after entering it, and all so I have to call them by phone..Steam diceVersion: 5.0.0
