✓ Keeps crashingI was loving this game — the colours are lovely and it’s both soothing and challenging to play. But I completed lots of levels only to have it crash on me. No alternative to delete. Lost all progress. As I had enjoyed it I started again and the same thing happened on the last game of the first pack. It seems that in any pack if you complete without losing any stars and try to watch the ads video to get double rewards it freezes and has to be deleted. Extremely annoying. ✓ Not very challengingHave only been playing for about a week, but have completed a few of the basic groups to realize that this game is way too repetitive and not all that challenging. Too many basic levels that are essentially all the same, which you need to play to get stars to level up. Plus all the ads, it’s ridiculous! ✓ Love it but Gypped on 30-day RewardI absolutely love this game and I am addicted to it. I was enjoying playing the every day puzzles and looking forward to a great reward at the end of 30 days; only to be greatly disappointed to find out all you get is one clue. How stupid. You can get a clue just by watching a dumb ad. They need to increase that reward for playing 30 days in a row to something like 10 clues, or even five would be better. I see no reason and playing The every day puzzles anymore if that’s all you’re going to get. Other than that I find the game is fantastic, and I love the increasing challenge. Which is another reason why the monthly play is so odd. One day it will be elementary level basic, the next much more difficult, but then it goes back to basic randomly. ✓ Annoying adds and money grabsI do enjoy playing the game, but after every level there will be a pop up add, 30 seconds or more. You can pay $2 to “unlock” the games add free version, which I did pay. That makes it much more enjoyable and less time wasted watching the same adds over and over and really speeds the playing time up. Until you reach the 22 levels, and have to pay another $2 to unlock the last 3 levels. I hate these “free” bait and switch games. Just release a paid game to begin with if that’s what you want to do. ✓ Way too easyThis is a great concept, but the puzzles are way too trivial. I wasted 30 minutes hoping the puzzles would get more complex. Each puzzle took me 3 to 5 seconds, and most of my time was spent waiting for ads between EACH AND EVERY level! My advice to the developers: (1) Give a user a choice between Easy, Medium, Hard, and Genius levels right off the bat. (2) Wait until a user is enjoying the game with challenging levels before using interstitial ads between every game! If a user solves a puzzle in 4 seconds, it’s ridiculous to show another interstitial ad 6 seconds after he or she saw the last one. You could to track how many seconds of game time they got since they saw the last one, and you might keep the user engaged longer if you don’t show ads more often than once every couple of minutes. In the meanwhile, I’m deleting this app. Oh, and maybe don’t prompt for a rating after the user has spent only spent 20 minutes playing the game, especially if 17 of those 20 minutes was spent waiting on the same interstitial ads we’ve all seen a million times!.;0)DACVersion: 2.0.7

✓ Too many ads.I think this is a really fun game and can be quite addicting but the sheer number of ads is ridiculous. I can’t even answer a text and go back to the same level without having to watch another freaking ad. There’s an ad between every level. I have no issue normally with ads and I know I can pay to not have ads but I’ve never seen this many on the free version. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the reason I am deleting this off my phone. I hope the app designer is reading this so s/he/they can fix this issue. Put ads between levels, sure, don’t put an ad every time you open the freaking app. People text me. I answer the texts changing apps for maybe 5-10 seconds. Don’t make me watch an ad because I did so. It is a fun game but I don’t recommend getting it until this bug is fixed. ✓ Wastes money - gives hints unintentionallyI really like this challenging game but I waste too much money on hints that I don’t want to activate. I have an aptitude for the kind of abstract reasoning this game requires I didn’t need hints for the first many levels. Whatever, as the levels became more challenging I began to use hints but I was stumped. I used up all the free points I had earned so pay for a hint packages. But probably 30% of the money spent is wasted with unwanted hints. It also reduces the challenge, which I don’t want. I’ve only been playing the game for a couple of weeks and am at the regular pro 2 level. I don’t need hints often but the icon seems to be set by the developer to provide a hint without a clear touch. Because of this I am very careful to not let knuckles or anything touch that icon but they persist. I suspect that the hint icon is purposely set up to activate without an obvious touch. ✓ Used to be a good gameI used to love this game. It was enjoyable and then they updated it. As the saying goes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Now some games are timed. It’s not an option. And the timing is ridiculous. For hard puzzles you have a couple of minutes to figure it out. And that times out. So let’s say you use your hints. After a while it resets and all your hints that you bought disappear along with the hints. Why would this happen???? There are sooooo many ads now. Every second there is an ad. And the game freezes. My 9 year old plays as well and said to me there is no way he is updating his game once he saw how bad it is on my phone. We try to compete to see who can solve a puzzle faster and he can play puzzle after puzzle before I even get through an ad. If I were not already addicted to this game I would delete it. The game itself is addictive and keeps one engaged. That in of itself is a three. They test your patience with Ads as you get to the higher levels - one popping up every 30 seconds - often even in the middle of a game. Also the Ad serving connectivity is poor. I have had to reboot the phone just to get past the “doughnut of death”. Finally, as you get to the higher levels, even though they promise 2 help tokens every 30 games, after watching yet another Ad you get only 1. The freemium promise is quite disingenuous. ✓ Ol’ Nellie the Cow, Strikes again!These developers are just like ol’ Nellie the Cow, she gave a good bucket of milk and then she kicked it over. This WAS one of the most relaxing games in the App Store. Until today, June 11, 2021. They’d gave notice that they we’re malice some “exciting” changes. Well the made the changes, and not for the good. Prior to today, they would have received 5 stars. Now it’s the lowest possible number, 1. Now, what had been relaxing, they went and stuck a timer on it. It’s not even an option, you beat the timer or you don’t go any further. On top of that, they too away my accumulated hints (184) and turned them into coins. Hints cost 20 coins apiece. Developers, if you have a good thing going, LEAVE IT ALONE. Don’t fix what ain’t broke. Update: I’m response to the feedback I received from the developers: give you customers the option of playing with the timed version or the relaxing version. When you first log into the game any time you play, you’ll have to watch an ad after the first puzzle you finish. Then it’s every other puzzle after that, sometimes after 3 or 4 in a row. You’ll spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game. If you back out of the game and start it up again, an ad after the first puzzle. So you’re basically stuck letting the ads play unless you want to watch one after every puzzle. I deleted the app for that reason. ✓ Complete ripoffThis game is great and the levels keep you entertained. The only problem is that its a carbon copy off a far better game, Flow. This games differs in that it spews ads and tries to over exemplify your level completion with ridiculous, long, interuptions that are supposed to boost your ego or something. This game fails to realize that it takes at most 30 seconds to complete a level. On 5x5s, you can finish those in 3-5 seconds and when youre that fast, ads every other round slow you down considerably. Upon starting the game and literally just selecting the level an ad plays. They took away the lives you earn as you play and now you have to use coins. Also, to earn coins you have to watch ads videos. All the free lives I had earned are gone. Shame, shame on the developer. ✓ Fun but incomplete.The puzzles in this game are great with a slow increase in difficulty to help you learn solving techniques. I find them Very calming and relaxing. The one thing that prevents this game getting 5★︎ rating is that the beautiful, colourful, finished pipe layout disappears immediately and can’t be seen again. If it was simply changed so that when you select <back or forward> on the game screen, it shows the finished pipe layout for the screens you’ve already solved, I would give a perfect score. Plus the very frequent ads are super annoying, but I won’t pay for them to be removed unless the above serious problem is fixed. ✓ Was great but now won’t loadThis was a great game that I loved to play but over the last few weeks bugs have started appearing and now the game won’t load. Firstly the option to watch videos to get free coins stopped working the button doesn’t activate through the levels and in the past couple of days I’ve started getting a rotating circle and check data message on the screen when the game loads and this doesn’t disappear so unable to play at all. But last night they destroyed it with an upgrade that totally changed the game. It was never a timed game..
