Great app!I’ve been working out with this app for the past months and I love the plans it comes with and also the ability to create my own work out plan. Everything works great in the app, I just wish the workouts would show on Apple Health as burnt calories or exercise done, at the moment my Apple Health isn’t counting this app as part of my exercise routine.Version: 1.0.4

Amazing! 🤩😍I’ve been using this app for about 4 months and so far, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with it! My legs/thighs are not fat, they are fit and healthy, but the shape is not my favourite. I want skinnier legs, and every app I have downloaded to help me make them skinnier have all failed to do the job; i need to pay for rubbish features, they never motivate me, it’s just a complete waste of time. I have given up SO much times, and I’ve been giving up since July. It’s November 2021 now, and if it wasn’t for all those rubbish apps, if I had been working out, my legs would’ve probably been the skinniest. I’ve started my FREE plan in September 2021, and I can see a really big change. Results are fantastic and this app really motivates you! Like I said, it’s free, amazing and worth it! I recommend this app to as many people as possible! FUN FACT: In August, I was 53.4kg, and i’m in year 8 (12/13yrs old) so I was quite overweight. After working out, i’m now 44.2kg, and I am continuing to work out even more! 💖.Version: 1.0.5

The exercise are easy with great music and constant guidance about the posture you need to maintain. AmazingI absolutely love this app. This app has helped me so so much I would give it 5 stars but the voice I’m guessing sounds like Siri and I don’t really like that. I started yesterday( April 29) and everything is good so far this is a free app you don’t have to pay for any of the exercises i love it so much ❤️. I would totally recommend this app for anyone who wants to get into shape. If you speak a different language it will let you pick the language that you want it has like English Spanish etc. It will send you notifications if you pick a specific time you want to workout. LOVE THIS APPOk this is an amazing app! I love it so so so much!! I don’t even know where to get started. I love how there are for different exercise modes, and how each workout is only around 10-15 minutes. I love how these are workouts that you don’t need equipment to use. I also like that in each workout you get a repeat. For example, at the beginning you might do 16 fire hydrants, and then. At the end, you will do 14. I love how it repeats the exercise halfway through, so you can get better at the exercise, and work that muscle another time during the workout. I also love that in each workout, part of it is 1 minute and 30 seconds of cooling down. (Knee to chest stretch, adductor stretch, etc.) It is also super helpful that they have the animation of the person doing the workout, and they offer videos of each exercise, which is a super time saver when your heart rate is up and you don’t want to look on youtube for a video of that exercise!
