✓ HorrificAfter ordering my meal and receiving a notification that it was ready, when I got to the bagel place, they had no record of my order and refused to serve me. I checked later, and the money had been taken out of my bank account. This app made me late for work, angry, and poorer. It simply does not work..Version: 2.7.5

✓ New app is terribleThe new app forces you a minimum order for pickup which is rediculous. You can’t buy less than half a dozen by the bag. If you try to you have to jump through hoops just to get a bagel not toasted in a bag. As a loyal customer of 20 years at this particular Manhattan Bagel, I’m going to start going elsewhere. ✓ Lousy InterfacePayments processor is a third party with name that doesn’t resemble Manhattan Bagel. For whatever reason iPhone password utility doesn’t associate password w MB. So I wind up on the “forgot password” dialogue every time. When it comes to adding a card, the App doesn’t summon my stored credit cards and related info from iPhone. Gotta enter it manually. ✓ PITAI love Manhattan bagel, but this app is the pits. Why can I add bacon to a bagel with plain cream cheese, but not to a bagel with flavored cream cheese? Why can I order a chocolate chip bagel as part of a bulk order (6 or 12 bagels), but not individually? You need to think things through, guys. ✓ Just use Door DashThis App is a joke. The entire menu is available on this app unlike DoorDash but when attempting to make payments, the order won’t go through. So instead you are forced to order from a limited menu on doordash in order to pay and get your food in the morning. Ordering breakfast in the morning should not be this frustrating..Version: 2.7.5

✓ Wish it was betterThe ordering part is fine. But when it comes to payment, it won’t accept my perfectly fine card. When I attempt to put in my debit card, a message pops up and says that my card cannot be accepted or processed. Then, when I try another card, it says that I just submitted an order so I have to wait.
