✓ It’s a good game but needs moreI actually enjoyed this game and I don’t usually play idle games but there’s a problem At a certain point it won’t let you buy any more houses so it’s pretty pointless to keep playing after that but I would honestly love to keep playing it’s just it needs fixing.Version: 1.6.9

✓ Can’t play anymorePlayed for a few hours and Prestiged to get better stuff, as you do, no problem, then it freezes on an ad, so I restart the game, then it won’t let me play anymore unless I “fully and freely” agree to their ToS and Privacy Policy, which I wouldn’t have a problem with if it weren’t for the weird wording. So I go to read the ToS, nope can’t do it. You can’t actually open the blue highlighted Privacy Policy or ToS. So the fact you whack the creepy line about accepting it and then not letting me read it seems pretty suss. So time to delete and look for another mindless game..Version: 2.0.1

✓ Reset with prestige is absolute rubbish!I downloaded this game and played it flat out for the first few hours, it froze once but that wasn’t an issue, the issue was when I’d advanced and prestige became unlocked. It appeared that prestige points could be used as an added bonus for certain things, little did I know that there was a prestige point option to reset progress, silly me thinking it was just for resetting progress point allocation, it reset the whole game progress. I’m on the verge of deleting the app as I’ve wasted half a day to be put back to the very start!.Version: 2.5.5

✓ B block issuesFun up to a point. Learned the basics, built up to where there were two buildings in B block that I couldn’t build even with enough money. I used Prestige to reset, built each building in A block and then B block, upgrading each to 50 - and it still will not let me build those last two buildings in B block. Searched on line, no answers but at least one other person having same issue. Idle also does not show any contact email. Therefore deleting and moving on. Addendum: Q and q issue - I think your recent upgrade fixed it. When I reached the Q level for money I could finish B Block. It showed the small q before, now shows big Q. Ability to contact developers also just arrived with update. Still, fun but up to a point. Building in Park now, need lots of $ to get autocollect. Slow going. ✓ RepetitiveThe concept is simple, the gameplay is straightforward. However the ‘reset’ button makes the game unplayable past a certain point for me. ‘Prestige’ essentially makes leveling up faster and the only way to get it is to reset the game. Except each time you reset there is still a ceiling where leveling up takes more time and money. Again. In the end you are pointlessly struggling to inch forward over and over and over. No thanks. ✓ RipoffExtremely ad heavy, to get anywhere you need to watch a days worth of ads. You can buy the ads free but that only stops the many many surprise ads and not the rewards ads. ✓ Not a bad idea but not an Idle gameWhen the app is closed you don’t get the full amount of money you should. For example when the app is running I make $50 trillion in 1 minute but when I close the app and check it again after two hours, I’ve only made $300 trillion. ✓ Great fun BUT the ads!!!I love a good idle game so I thought I’d check this out. I am enjoying it a lot however there is at a minimum 3 ad options on the screen at all times, then the floating ads which can add an additional 3 ads bringing it upto 6 ads. ✓ Eventually the game diesAt first you start out with so many ways to make upgrades and then suddenly it’s a struggle to upgrade anything. You open the app, buy one thing, spend so much time looking to see what else you can afford to upgrade and realize you can’t afford anything and your income is so slow that you might as well wait until later on in the day or the next day... gets very slow and becomes a huge waste of time. ✓ Would play more but...I changed my 5 star to a 1 star because once you get to the endgame, it is so annoying to prestige and level everything back up. Money or power isn’t an issue. It’s the time it takes to level the buildings up. This newest update is useless, all it does is add arrows on top of the buildings in the highest block you are at. I thought it was an indicator that you can afford the next level of the building but nope. When I opened the app a box popped open saying I need to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy and that I was 16 or older. Both these boxes were checked. I couldn’t uncheck any of the boxes and clicking on the blue icon for terms of service and privacy policy didn’t open anything up. In fact the only button that did work was the accept button. Really enjoyed this but quickly found that you are constantly given perks if you watch an ad (and it’s always the same one) I was watching more ads than I was playing the game. ✓ Way too many ads to progress.This is one of those games that just drowns you in optional adds to gain significant progress. You can basically watch an ad all the time for progression, which is tedious. So then you don’t, and it’s more tedious waiting, because the game moves too slow. I love idle clickers, but not ones like this. Sadly a lot of them are like this now. The ones I’ve stuck with have you watch maybe 10 ads an hour. I’m uninstalling this one. ✓ FlawsI’m taking off 3 stars for 3 specific reasons. Firstly, the content runs out too quickly. Seriously, this game is WAY too short. Secondly, it takes forever to upgrade the earlier buildings after a prestige. There should be an option to buy multiple, such as 10, 25, 50, 100, the maximum affordable levels, and as many levels are needed to get to the next “x2 speed” or “x4 profit”. I was thinking I could just use the 75 gem special prestige to keep progress, but it only allows me to do it once per regular prestige. Lastly, when I buy an upgrade that doubles collect speed for a block, or level up a building to a milestone that doubles its speed, the income/sec does not double. That needs to be fixed and I’m surprised that more people didn’t notice this..Version: 2.0.0

✓ Fun game - overburdened with adsThe premise of this game I really enjoyed but the amount of ads and ad opportunities is just too overburdening. There’s ads to spin the wheel (okay with that). On top of these there are forced ads at time intervals. ✓ Finally works againThe buggy Christmas pack has a close button that actually works too unlike the slightly hidden one that only worked sometimes. Progress is slow in this game. ✓ More ad than gameThe game is REALLY adorable and cute. And the soundtrack is so soothing and makes you just wanna stare at the lightbulbs and relax. But you get bombarded with popups asking if you want to see an ad every few actions (if not seconds!) and it almost **ALMOST** made me buy the 24$ “totally ad free we pinky promise” package.... I know that ads do not pay much, and that they pay less than they used to, but I don’t think I even finished the tutorial (if there was one?) before I got confused by the many ads. There also needs to be an in-game support thing to tell you what does buying more capacity mean and explain other stuff. I was going to put 3 stars and not 2 but 36$ (12$ for the “80% off” introduction thing that promised to remove ads but didn’t and 24$ for the ‘real’ ad remover) to play this game without going crazy from ads is too much. ✓ Fun game but there are too many ad issuesThis is a great game and truly fun but there are issues with ads I’ve noticed 1) clicking on the bubbles when it should have an ad don’t make the ad appear. Not talking about the “ad isn’t loaded yet try again” when the “watch ad” button is grey because you can try again when the grated out button turns purple. I’m talking about when the button is purple, you click on it and the ad doesn’t load and the bubble disappears completely. 2) when I click on the 2x amount for 15 minutes thing it doesn’t load whatsoever and I tried 10 times but no ads and after I stopped trying to get up an ad for the rewards an ad popped up. Even if you but the “no ads” for $5 there will still be several ad rewards on the screen at any given time. ✓ Great game but the payout system doesn’t always workI first have to say I enjoy the game. Great graphic theme no lag and payouts for ads are decent. That being said there are few ads that don’t deliver that payout. I even took a video of the ad and it not paying out the bonus for it to their support system, told them that I had lost several bonuses to their ads not worrying and all I got was a thank you and we will look into it. ✓ Meh...Game is a little dry, also found a glitch that I’ve only been able to recreate once where the “watch 5/5 video” bonus window stays and allows constant rewards of 10 diamonds - I have deleted the game shortly after this - developer needs to fix this ASAP as it will cause him problems later on. However, devs, please create a warning message system, when you’re going to use prestige cells that will actually make your city less profitable. Twice now I’ve accidentally tapped an upgrade which I didn’t want because I knew it would use the majority of my spare cells that give a 2% bonus. Was fun and I was hoping they would update with a new island or more buildings, but now it’s buggy and won’t even play the ads (for rewards). It either ends up with a black screen or only the last few seconds of the ad plays & no credit is given for watching it. This causes you to miss out on numerous limited time rewards. Messaged the in game support and has not been fixed nor have I received a message back. ✓ AdvertisingEvery time i click on the gold bubble that floats to double my profits or cut my upgrading costs in half, the commercial starts the play and ends. At the end of the commercial the screen goes black and i have to restart the game. When i restart the game i don’t have the double profit or upgrade costs cut in half. This happens every time. ✓ Has major potentialThis is a fun little idle game, but there are a few things i think would make it better, like for one, The video timer for free spins stays at 4H. ✓ Enjoyable but stuckI was enjoying the game but on the 11th house in block A there is just a ticket above the house instead of how many lightbulbs you need. My lightbulbs keep running in and nothing happens. I’m not sure if I am missing anything but I cannot progress any further.Version: 2.6.4

✓ Too many adsSo I paid to remove ads, and in most apps that means that you never have to see an ad again. In light city that means very little, since the app was clearly built to favor ads for basic functions and access to additional upgrades or benefits. The lightening bubbles come down periodically that offer upgrades and there’s no way to turn them off. You can only access certain things if you want to watch an ad (which I don’t, and is the reason I paid to remove them). It got a tiring very quickly, so I’ll probably be deleting it right after this. It’s sad, because otherwise it seems like it could’ve been a relaxing little idle game..Version: 2.0.1
✓ Bugs and improvementsFree spin doesn’t stack to 3 when you purchase ad free. Bit weird and counterproductive... ✓ Ad FactoryOne of the most obtrusive ad factory apps I’ve played so far. Sometimes it just pops up an ad for no reason. I don’t mind watching ads to get a booster but forcing me to watch one while I’m playing your game normally is over the top. Having little bubbles floating around is not only annoying but also smacks of desperation. Gameplay is pretty standard stuff for the genre. The take on it using lightbulbs is cute but that’s about it. Money upgrade/income balance gets way off in the higher priced buildings. *in response to dev: idle games are one of my bigger time sinks. I get that gameplay needs to slow down as it progresses but the curve in this rises so steeply it’s more like a vertical line. ✓ UpdateLoved this game till they updated it and had add come out of no where. You destroyed this game. I watched the ads given constantly even when I would restart just to speed things up. I watched every wheel spin ad, and bubble ads, even the 2x money ads. The fact that you just put ads in for random is dumb. I don’t get anything from those ads so what’s the point..Version: 1.6.8
