✓ Sound IssueI love gamehouse games and saw this one listed as game of the day. The “trailer” looked interesting so I decided to download it. Unfortunately, I’m the first few mins of playing, I realized there was no sound. I thought this was odd so I turned up my volume. Only when holding the volume button up do I get sound which is really weird. Not sure if it’s a iPhone 14 thing or what. It really affects the gameplay sadly. ✓ Malicious Ad AppearingI have been playing this game for a long time. I played for MONTHS with no new levels and let you do your thing. But today, I was given a malicious ad when getting my coin pack. It tried to automatically enroll me into a cash app. There was no way to turn it off. I had to get out of the game because it kept taking me to my browser to complete my account. This is not acceptable. I don’t mind ads for the most part. But this is not the way to keep me playing. If it happens again, I’m going to delete this app. As much as I enjoy it. It is not worth the risk..Version: 30.1.0 (315)

✓ FrustratedI’ve been playing this game for a while now. Have enjoyed it most of the time. Until it keeps crashing. 6 times til I reported it and another 4 times within minutes.I also play HP, N Royal Match.Neverer a problem with RM.A couple w HP , Neverer the amount of times on this game. ✓ Game is wonderful, but incentive to play ends if you reach the current max level.I have been playing for awhile, and I just hit the current max level (75]. What this means is I no longer earn XP. It just stays in the Tilly wallet. Since the reason to do the daily/weekly tasks is to increase XP, and my XP no longer increases, I have no incentive until next update to the app to play. At least let me continue to gain xp when maxed to be ready for future updates..Version: 27.0.0 (247)
✓ It could be entertaining without the glitchesCustomer service is responsive, but the game crashes at least once or twice a day. When you complete a level, you’re supposed to get the option to watch an ad, use gems (that you win or buy) or use tickets (that you buy) for more points. Suddenly I the ad option is not available. Not sure if this is a glitch or intentional. I am sure its annoying! Otherwise it’s a cute game and a keeps me engaged..Version: 23.1.0 (217)

✓ Was good but now……I have been playing this game for a while now. I used to enjoy playing this game, but not anymore. My reasons are: 1. The forced ads. Previously, this game was ad free. You watched ads when you needed a reward. But now these ads are very frequent which stops the flow of the game. Not only are there forced ads all the time, some of these ads force you to watch for 30 seconds. When I approached the devs about this, I was asked to record the ads or to pay £9.99 for ad free or to buy the golden ticket, which you pay weekly, monthly or annually. I will not pay because of reason 2. 2. There is no news on when new levels and story will be added. I have already completed the story levels and I’m on VIP level 5. I have no reason to play this game anymore as I have nothing to play for. Which leads me to reason 3. 3. The special events have stopped. Last year we got some great events where you could win outfits for Tilly and Eleanor, but we haven’t had any of these for such a long time. All we’ve been getting is Perfect Day. I am so disappointed with this game now. Yes, I could play it but I now have to sit through adverts with no rewards..Version: 34.1.0 (396)
✓ Have been playing this for months!This game is a great way to expand your vocabulary in word games and keep you hunting for the next mission. I love when they have a challenge to fulfill that will give you more coins. The story characters are fun even though overall the storyline it is not that gripping. The 3-star rating is because they changed the point system on the letters; it is so confusing and doesn’t make much sense at all. It is not even worth trying to upgrade the letters because it is not straight-forward. I hope they simplify it ..Version: 31.0.1(351)
✓ No support?I’ve been enjoying this game, but honestly I’m so irritated about this latest event (“St. Pat’s Trick Day”) that I’ll probably stop playing. The quests for the event (“Talk to the Stranger” and “Burt’s Quest”) have never showed up in my to do list, so I have no way of knowing where to travel to get to them, and there’s no answer from in game support about why. The event is almost over and I’m going to miss out on the rewards because of this. If I’m not high enough level yet (which seems weird, I’m way past the Tilly Level you included as one of the event quests) then the quests should show up in my to do list with a note that they’ll be available at x level, as it would be in other similar games. At the very least, you should have timely support during an event if things go wrong. You don’t seem to have a discord or other community to bring issues up, so you kind of need to keep on top of your in game support. All week with no response isn’t acceptable..Version: 27.0.0 (247)
✓ Keeps crashingI do enjoy the game, I like that it has story and characters and dialogue, but it constantly shuts down in the middle of a game and I lose all my words and have to start again. It is so frustrating. Also the link to play the ads now isn’t working so if I want to watch an ad to get more experience, I can’t. ✓ I like this game but….This is a decent game that makes you think and is pretty fun. I am upset that I have reached the top level and no new updates have come through to continue on. It has been well over a month and this game is becoming less fun and more annoying. I am not a game developer but I certainly can’t imagine it taking this long to create new story lines and new levels. Other games come out with new levels weekly. You come up with new tasks all the time along with the specials like the earth day one coming up. If you do not plan on having new levels of gameplay please come out and inform us. ✓ Love the game but…On once I got to level 7 it said I could upgrade letters easier (through the level) and then it has stopped. I can’t back up or close it out. I watched an add to get extra coins to buy enough to level the letter up but I had to close out the app and reopen but it’s still doing the same thing..Version: 21.1.0
✓ DisappointedI’ve been playing the game for quite a while. I reviewed it a while ago. It was an enjoyable game - but - I’ve now reached level 75 and that is as far as the game goes. The storyline is unfinished. Nothing left to do. So come on game developers. Get more levels and continue the story. Or I’ll have to delete game. I’m just glad I didn’t buy the golden ticket I’ve stuck with this game regardless of my last review. However it has now been completely spoilt - by the addition of ads. Way too many. I could live with the odd one but they appear after virtually every small thing played. ✓ Word MultiplierI felt the explanation of the Word Multiplier was unclear when it was unlocked, but became clear once I found it in the support section. It only affects the number of coins you get for completing a word, rather than multiplying the value of the word itself as progress toward objectives (which I thought was disappointing) Also, having to play multiple levels just to move between zones is tedious..Version: 21.0.3
✓ Used to be my favoriteFor awhile this has been literally the only game on my phone, and still is. Recently they changed one of the features that is beginning to make playing unbearable. You used to be able to watch ads for bonus or completely skip the ads. Now you can still watch an ad for a bonus but you can’t skip ads, you just get a “shorter” ad to watch. I totally understand that the company needs to make money but constant ads has ruined this for me. They have a monthly subscription which gets rid of the ads but it costs way too much. Ads screens are on every click, every icon in the game is about money, before and after you play a level there are screens reminding you to buy something. ✓ Was a good gameI’m very disappointed in this game. It was great and loved playing it but the last few days have been a nightmare! The game keeps saying connection lost when I am connected to the internet, then it freezes and only way to fix it is to delete the whole game. At which point you lose all progress! ✓ Forced ads are me stop playingWhen this game first came out I really enjoyed it. I would eagerly wait for the new updates and challenges. However, after the most recent update there are now forced ads that I need to watch to continue in the game. This really slows down game play and is frustrating. Support indicated that I’d need to become a “golden ticket subscriber” to not have this happen. I’m already a gamehouse subscriber and don’t think I should need another subscription within a gamehouse game. Unfortunately, I will no longer be playing..Version: 32.0.0 (358)
