✓ Rewards are basically nilThis crossword puzzle app is ridiculous. They want you to do multiple puzzles and reward you five credits total. They charge you 10 point credits to look up one word or 20 to view wrong answer. This is ridiculous and not fun. Try to give it a go kept getting frustrated. ✓ Could be greatI think the concept is great, but the developers are just too greedy. There are not enough rewards, and the amounts you pay to play far outnumbers the prizes for winning. It is not cheap to purchase the coins to play. Also, there are just too many annoying ads. I recently payed out the nose to buy coins to continue playing. This purchase included a “no ads” option. Guess what! There are still ads with a petty little “reward” attached and over which you have no control. Wise up, developers! There are serious problems here. As an English person I don’t know who all the presidents were or what networks your programmes are on. I think it should be advertised as a game for Americans. Also very repetitive answers. ✓ Need to fix some thingsI am enjoying this game, but would enjoy it more with a few improvements. 1) Too many ads. There’s not an option I can find to just pay for a full version without ads. I almost always am willing to pay for that feature if it’s a game I play often. Please consider adding that. 2) Not difficult enough. I am almost to level 300 and have yet to see any difficulty. Almost takes the fun out of it when it’s too easy. 3) Keeps trying to force me to take the “Free +5 letters.” I turn that toggle off, and then it will toggle itself back on - right before my eyes. It does this even more especially when it’s a “watch ad” one and not a free one. It has gotten me more than once when my thumb was faster than my brain and I tapped START before catching what happened. Then I’m stuck watching yet another ad, to get a power up that I don’t even want. Tricky tricky. 4) Too many repeat clues. Also quite a few typos, and even grammatical errors that make it a little confusing to figure out the clue. ✓ Too easyI love word games and this one is especially fun, but the app is bent on making you use hints!! Every time you begin a new level it automatically turns on a feature to give you 5 free letters of the crossword puzzle to help you solve, which you have to turn off yourself. Additionally, there is another power up that there is NO ability to turn off that gives you letters of the puzzle every time you solve a word. This ruins the fun because some words are solved before I even get to read the description for them. Maybe I’m not far enough in yet (but I’m on level 50?) but this game does not challenge you enough at all. My guess is they want you to finish levels faster so you can watch another ad.
