✓ Needs better settingsThe puzzles are fun to do and there is a good variety. The lack of a 4th and 5th star is because it’s frustrating to have to repeatedly set my preference of starting the puzzle with a locked board and with edge pieces only. I’d like to be able to either have a setting to start with my preference, or to be able to select more than one thing from the menu that drops down at the beginning of each puzzle before the menu disappears. Primarily, though, it would be nice to have a default locked board, the moving board is a pain in the neck..Version: 1.0
✓ Power hungryThis app runs down your battery very quickly. I’m hard pressed to solve a puzzle on a single battery charge..Version: 1.0
✓ Piece shapes aren’t rightIn a real jigsaw puzzle, or in the most serious games in the Apple Store, a puzzle isn’t just a matter of where does a piece looks like it fits: It’s about whether the same of two pieces physically connects correctly. This is extra special in areas with minimal color and shape gradients: There might be 80 candidates that have a similar color, but the edges of the wrong pieces don’t even look like they connect if you look close, as the shape is wrong. A good puzzle solver can then, just by eye, know how pieces pair up without actually looking at the picture. In this game, this isn’t true. There are basically 4 piece shapes, and the edges are indistinguishable at playable zoom levels. Therefore there is a lot more trial and error in, say, a 500+ puzzle with a blue sky covering 25% of it, when in other apps, or a quality physical puzzle, this wouldn’t happen. So really, this game is jus not at its best past, say, 100 pieces, and you have to go all by the picture..Version: 1.0

✓ This would be five stars……except for throwing up menu tips for EVERY SINGLE PUZZLE. They are obtrusive, obnoxious and annoying. Please provide an option to turn these tips off. Also, it would be nice to play with other than JUST square puzzles..Version: 1.0
✓ MehWorks ok, but looks shoddy and feels clunky. Not the kind of quality I would expect from Apple Arcade. Plus, some of the licensed art gives off really gross confederate flag-flying vibes….Version: 1.0
✓ Fun until you get a puzzle with pieces that don’t fit togetherHonestly I was shocked that some pieces of a puzzle didn’t fit together - the completely wrong shape! - and there’s no in-game support to report the particular puzzle. ✓ Objectives problemI really want to rate this higher. There is a great selection of puzzles and once you get used to the interface works really well. My problem is with the objectives. I tried to work my way through them, one I can’t get to register anything and the 80 day has now reset twice on me even though I was doing the puzzle at the same time every day. ✓ Horrible controls..Pretty hard to do a speed run when you go to slide along the pieces and instead you pick up a piece or go to pick up a piece and you slide along! The tray goes off the screen when you move when you go down the bottom of the screen to grab and move a piece, you end up minimising that App. Interface concept thought out by a 3 year old! ✓ Lock optionI’m enjoying the app but when I close out of the app the lock option turns off on all the puzzles I am currently working on. It would also be great if when the lock option is on the puzzle pieces can’t go behind the tray or to the sides. Thanks.Version: 1.0
✓ OofIt’s on Apple Arcade right? So that means all Apple Arcade games don’t have ads or “pay to play” forms of gameplay. This is full of ads and you have to watch videos to do most puzzles. Doing the puzzles is incredibly stressful, it’s so unpolished, you can loose pieces off the edge of the screen, it’s more of a chore than fun and that’s not even describing the menu!!! It’s actually a really unpolished, unprofessional and shoddy game that doesn’t deserve to be called a “plus” version nor should it be on Apple Arcade as it’s setting a bad example for the rest of the games available. “Free Jigsaw” is a much better game, no ads, plenty of jigsaws and you can do your own images! Nothing is “unlockable” and it’s a pleasant experience all round..Version: 1.0

✓ Keeps Crashing - STILLI’ve played the original of this app and enjoyed it a lot. It is nice that it has come to Apple Arcade; however, this version crashes all the time. I’ve never had the original crash. My progress is saves so I’m not having to redo any part of the puzzles. However, since the developer already has a stable version of the app, it would make since that they could fix this one. Get this fixed and the app is 5 stars. Update: I’ve updated to the latest version and the game still crashes. MobilityWare requested I send a support ticket and I haven’t heard anything. However, I will send another one just to make sure. This can really be a 5 store app, but the crashing needs to be fixed..Version: 1.0

✓ So disorganizedIt's good I like the puzzles and the fact that you can use custom photos for puzzles, but can you please make it so when the tray is emptied the pieces are organized and not scattered everywhere? ✓ Good app, but battery hog1. This app consumes a *lot* of battery power, at least on iPads. Please look into this, because Jigsaw HD doesn’t have the same problem. 2. At least provide an option to not set a piece in place unless it’s connected to another in-place piece or an edge. ✓ Great game but flawedThis game is a lot of fun and very relaxing. The problem is it drains the battery way too fast. For an app where you could be staring at it for long periods, it needs to be way more efficient. It uses so much battery that the phone gets warm. ✓ Missing piecesThe puzzles frequently withhold one piece and then show it in the end, after all the other pieces are placed. ✓ August & STILL waiting for offline play.Now August still you need to open & run every puzzle online before playing offline. Seems Apple doesn't care about Quality they on,y care to get those numbers up on the Arcade... still there's a iPad navigation bar showing up, yes you went the cheap way to port the app to make money from Apple cause of the how long people play junk, you could of actually fixed it up. Kairosoft can do it so can you. Apple Arcade is a joke. That download button doesn't download offline it's a lie. All your puzzles you so call download need to be opened 1 by 1 ONLINE before you can even play this game offline. There needs to be a download all button for the my puzzle area, that or when you click the Download button (that was renamed from the free version as there it showed money) it should ACTUALLY download offline. atm this game needs WiFi & isn't future proof your puzzles are not secure..Version: 1.0

✓ Only One MAJOR ProblemI was playing a puzzle, and I was nearly done, but it was really late and I was falling asleep. So I locked my iPad. The next morning I woke up, unlocked my iPad,a new the app restarted as if I closed it. ALL progress VANISHED. My ALL BUT COMPLETE puzzle now has to start over from scratch. As I do not have a lot of uninterrupted free time, I will not be playing this unless and until the game is changed so that you don’t lose progress on partially complete puzzles. ✓ DisappointingI was so excited when I saw this puzzle app coming out on Apple Arcade. Seeing that it was a Disney puzzle game, I was expecting the gameplay to be similar to Disney’s magic puzzle app, but without all the ads. The gameplay in this app simply falls flat. The max puzzle size is 400 pieces, which for puzzle lovers is a small number of pieces for a puzzle. Additionally the puzzle piece/board manipulation is super clunky..Version: 1.0
