✓ Pretty fun but the lack of challenges makes it a bit boring after a whileFirst of all, this is an excellent game for its price, and for those moments when you just want to have a simple game, it's perfect. However, for all the hypes it receives I expected a little more in terms of challenges and incentives to make me want to play this game over and over again. The developers tried to take the easy way out for this by integrating Facebook, which I don't use, and the lack of any rewards or clear goals makes this game less interesting once you have unlocked all five tracks. Another issue I have with the game is that a lot of the graphics don't look like they were redone for the iPad, and as a result they look quite blurry. Maybe it's the style that the developers were going for, but then why use fonts with really clear edges and trains with a lot of details? A little bit more development and work would make this a great game..Version: 0
✓ Train Wrecking Fun!This sequel to the original Train Conductor almost lives up to it's name. Perhaps with a few more levels and updates I can give it a full 5 stars. But make no mistake. This is the first and only game I've found "fit" to actually purchase in the year that I've owned an iTouch. The Grand Canyon level is a real hoot! If you don't direct some of the trains in a timely manner, they end up falling into the Colorado river far below! aaaaaah! They also have a night time format which involves "ghost trains" which isn't nearly as fun or interesting. Hopefully the newer updates will concentrate on the funner daytime format. I find myself playing some levels over & over! All-in-all, a great fun little game well worth the 99 cent price tag! Go for it!.Version: 0

I had to laugh at the reviewer that said he loved Train Conductor 1 - that he got free - but now feels a bit ripped off because his enjoyment of TC1 led him to buy TC2, and he didn't like it "as much". And so this yokel puts up a crappy review to punish the programmer(s) who worked hard to write two great games that he effectively paid less than 50 cents each for! In saying that I feel some of the features of features that made the first game such a success in my eyes are missing. Firstly, it would be great to see some type of "time trial" implemented as one of the challenging factors of the previous game was trying to manuveur trains around each other with out stopping them to get the most in before time. Without this feature there's nothing stopping you from just stopping all the trains and also playing in slow mode. I also would love to see the bugs with multitasking fixed :) All in all a fantastic game for some fun entertainment. A perfect solution for a train ride home!.Version: 0

✓ An Excellent Game!This is an excellent game that has finally gotten the graphic update it deserves. With Seattle and a revisioning of their current cities, this update pushes the game to a new level. The graphics are top-notch now on both the iPhone and iPad. It helps that it supports retina-display better. The new level "Seattle" is my favorite level and just the sheer variety between the levels gives this game a deep sense of stratedgy. Sound is also top notch too with all the levels getting their own unique soundtrack. The clicking of the tracks as you direct the trains to their correct destination give you good feedback as well. However, get this game only if you care about pushing yourself to do better in the tracks that exist. With Facebook integration, you can challenge yourself against your friends and see who is the real Train Conductor. :) I can only hope that we see more content, but in the mean time, 99 cents is more than worth it to get this game. ✓ RockingBy far one of the best apps. I can't lay it down. After playing the free version I had the immediate surge to purchase the 2nd. I thought the free version was difficult but this one tops. Downside are the bugs but hopefully soon updates will fix the problem. Besides it is also a very good brain trainer and keeps your brain working. Probably who plays this game will not get Alzheimer. Another problem is that the "Can't Connect to Facebook" notification keeps popping up, and trains DON'T PAUSE. I've died more than I can count this way. ✓ Missing a few things from v1Good game, but just a few problems: the scoring system makes it difficult to get more exact scores, the system from the 1st game was better fast forward is BAReLY faster than normal, and you dont get extra points for it No Night time on ALL the levels, just some of them HOWEVER, the levels were so fun that i gave it a 4. a five star would need a harder campaign mode (more trains for each unlock), night time on all the levels, an option for the old scoring system, and a SUPER fast forward or something that gives you extra points..Version: 0

It is different from pure puzzle games, in that you have to react to solve the which tracks for this train issue quickly. It is superb for a short diversion. I liked the numbers on the trains better before. They were big and bold and *RIGHT THERE*! Now it's almost like you have to go looking for them. The score board is cool though. That becomes frustrating because if you can't get past a certain point, you no longer have interest in the game. As a potentially low scoring game since it clicks at one point at a time, trying to get into the hundreds or even the thousands is already more challenge than most iPad titles. But, when new towns open up, there are different objectives to the gameplay which increase the games worth and replay value. The graphics are quality and consistent, touch controls work perfectly for this style game and although this concept has been around since earlier titles like Pipe Dreams, there is enough unique and different in this title to feel like something completely new..Version: 0

✓ Developer needs to fix !!This is a totally addictive game, and I love it. I have played it for years. Now, however, there is a bug which has not been fixed after several months. After a crash, the game locks up. The option to continue playing, after viewing ads, does not work. The game remains frozen and has to be restarted. Since the ads are not being seen, I would think the developer would be anxious to fix this, but apparently not so. It puts a serious crimp in the game. UPDATE: Fixed, Thanks, Vogel Agents! The play feels more polished and I like the variety incorporated in the levels. There are some things I feel aren't as good. The game is shorter (the first game was double the length because of the day and night modes). I'm not sure I like the progression to the next level in this game. I wasn't certain in the first one but think I like this less. I'm also not sure about the simplified scoring. I liked having different amounts for trains, though I can see it's probably essentially the same. Oh and I liked all of the awards in the first one. ✓ A Change to the first oneI have really enjoyed this app but its got some small differences to the original. To open cities you have to deliever a certain amount of trains (not experience points) and there isn't a night version of a day time level and day version of a night time level. At first I was disapointed with this fact but it has been an imporvement. The levels are much more versatile (the Las Vegas level for example) If your after something new to Train Conductor then this is the sequal for you! Worth the $1.19!.Version: 2.2

✓ Favorite!I have never written a review- but needed to take the time to say what an amazing app this is. I bought it for my 6 year old train lover, but now I fight him for the ipad. This is literally the only app I play. The game is quite easy to understand- just get the trains to their matching track without crashing. I like that you can hit the bottom right button to speed up the trains- which is helpful once you get the hang of the game. I love trying to beat my own top score.
