✓ Dr.This is a terrific product. The developer and staff are responsive and the app gets better with each revision. We use ipads for each patient encounter: collect history, record interview and exam findings, provide customized diagnosis and treatment plans and prescriptions. Now with AirPrint we can print the record for our file, print the bill and insurance for the insurer, and print or email instructions and prescriptions for the patient, all before we leave the exam room. This works as well as we hoped, in every way..Version: 1.2
✓ Good however....A pretty good app, however one thing that would be GREAT and surely not to hard to integrate would be the ability to capture the GPS coordinate (long and lat) of your position (assuming you have a capable device). That would round it off well!!.Version: 1.5.3

✓ A Decent Form App At LastI have bought numerous form apps, this is the best by far. Simple to use, quick and easy to build forms, and easy file transfers. ✓ Top Notch AppThis is easily the best form/database out there in terms of layout and creating a real form that guides users through the process of adding data ... And that is soooo important. It's really easy to use ... Although there is room for improvement of course, but no way I'm taking stars off for that. As is, totally useable, flexible, and for one issue I had, the developer was lighting fast with a response and fix. I was very impressed. I bought the Pro update ... The Kisok mode is great if you don't want users to have access to data records... Or need calculations in the form. Global or selected records, export to csv, PDF , and form backup via DropBox and email meets my needs entirely. Sure, I'd like email fields which, when populated and tapped, open a ready to go email, export of a selection of fields within the form ( rather than the whole form ), a 'Next' key on the keyboard to jump to the next text field, maybe an export directly to Numbers on the iPad ( or iCloud)... but these are just conveniences which don't impact on the thrust of the app’s purpose. I'll email the dev with more ( probably unreasonable ) requests! If you want a really easy, transparent data collector and manager try this first!.Version: 1.5.6
✓ Love itForm connect has revolutionised my client interview process, instead of pads of paper and forms that I then I have to type up, everything is in one place and I can email a completed for instantly. I just wish there was a calculation field so I could actually perform invoice calculations in situ. Still a couple of small bugs but more than happy to work around them for now. ✓ Look no further (It just gets better!)Put simply, this app is brilliant. I have been trawling the Internet for an effective means of custom form creation for days now and FormConnect is, in my opinion, the best of them all. The forms are easy to create or you can customise one of their existing ones. The export process is smooth and trouble free - email direct or export to a cloud solution such as Dropbox. My only concern initially was how to deploy a custom form to multiple iPads as, without this, the app would only have been useful on a single iPad......... BUT IT'S EASY! Email it across in the right format and FormConnect on the additional iPad(s) will import the custom form with no fuss. In my search for a custom form creator I found many apps, each with some good qualities, but was left wishing I could pick the good features from each of them and somehow put them all together. FormConnect does just this. It enables easy, professional looking forms to be created It allows for easy exporting of both completed forms, in multiple formats, and the form template for deployment to other devices. It represents Excellent value for money, If you need to create and deploy custom forms, look no further........ The subtle tweaks in Version 1.2 are just that. Subtle, discreet but excellent! ✓ Great app!I love this! It was just what I was looking for. We own a bodyshop & my husband doesn't keep a computer there bc of the amount of sanding dust. Having his estimating forms on the iPad are awesome! One suggestion...is there a way to make the page a landscape oriented page? (not just view in landscape but actually have the info print/display in landscape where more info is displayed longways?) our estimate was done in landscape so two columns could fit to write parts, paint, labor etc. I'd give it 5 stars then!.Version: 1.3.3

✓ Excellent Application for Many Different Uses!I love this application!! It is very easy and intuitive to use, and works exactly as demonstrated on the company's web site. The developers have been very helpful and accomodating when I contacted them about additional features that I would like to see. In fact, a couple are expected in the 1.3 version release. As it is, I give it five stars, and as they continue to improve, I wish I could go above that. Working for a school district, we have A LOT of forms that must be filled out "in the field". I tried using PDF annotation apps, but they actually made it harder to fill in the forms than just using pen and paper. With this app, I was able to build a duplicate of the forms and easily fill them out. With FormConnect, you have many different ways to collect information depending on your needs. The tagging and indexing features are great for organizing all of our paperwork in a way that is easy to retrieve quickly. When I showed it to my colleagues, they came up with many other ways we could use it, and they also were able to start building forms without any training. Quite simply, this single app has greatly improved the way we gather information, and share that information within our department. This was the type of application I had in mind to use when we bought iPads for our department. If you need to gather information outside of a formal setting, then buy this app!.Version: 1.2
✓ AwesomeI have been looking for an application which would really start to prove the worth of my Ipad 2 and now I think I have it...! I carry out various repairs, installation & service visits on cars/vans/commercials and have been using various (whatever is to hand) methods of scribbling down details abut the job and the vehicle in question and when complete the same process to record what I have done - This information is then changed into an invoice which sometimes is not early enough for the customer. What this application allows me to do is design a number of forms to compliment my work and then complete them as best i can prior to attending a job and fully complete (With signature and supporting photos of required) before I leave site - I can also price the job and then email the proffesional looking form complete with my logo to both the customer as well as a cc to me. I have been very impressed (even though I have only downloaded the app today) not only with how easy everything is laid out which allows even me to produce fantastic forms, but also with the support of the developer - I had 4 x questions which I fired off earlier this evening not expecting ay response before sometime next week and unbelievably I received a response tonight (SATURDAY NIGHT) answering all in a very positive way. ✓ EXACTLY what I was looking forI needed an EASY way to put forms together to track data that was customer facing and simple. This product allows me to do so in a matter of minutes. Not only that but because you can put logos, photos, drop down slections, check boxes, text fill boxes and capturing signatures it is very professional looking. The best part is that I can email the completed form directly to the client right there in front of them. Although this is a fairly new product, I find that the support has been quite excellent and have no reservations on recommending this app to others. ✓ Very helpful, could use some improvementsAs an environmental scientist, I use this app for collecting data in the field. I basically created versions of my own standard forms in the app and then I can export the data via a csv. File can manipulate the data in excel. What I would like to see is the ability to change back to "no selection" in a drop down tab in case I accidentally hit the wrong button and the ability to tag data to a GPS location. Also, if they added the ability to create/edit forms outside of the app on a PC/Mac , this would be a 5 star. It takes a little bit of time to set up your form the way you want it, but after you do it is incredibly easy to manipulate. Definitely worth a try (I've been using it for almost 2 years now)..Version: 1.5.9

I love the permanent lock signature feature, I would wish in the next update, I hope to see form height get longer, permanent lock each record once I export it. How about allow font attributes such as color, bold, etc. to be edited. Allow to set specific number of char per text field, allow print to all wireless printer not just airprint. ✓ The Almost Perfect Form Creation AppI'm an attorney, and as I move to a paperless office I've been looking for an app I could use to keep track of a host of client and case details. With FormConnect I created a form with all the details I used to keep on a sheet of paper. Creating and editing forms is easy. Even after a form is created and used, I can edit it and have the changes appear on all the previous forms, not just the ones going forward. The tags are a great organizational feature and are also highly customizable and editable. The developer website has very helpful videos, FAQs and blog posts that show what the app can do and how to use it in different scenarios. If you use any kind of paper form, FormConnect can replace it. While I HIGHLY recommend this app, I have some suggestions for improvement. 1) specialty fields, such as phone number, currency or SSN, formatted for particular types of entries. 2) the ability to insert .pdf documents as well as photographs. 3) an option to directly link one form with another, rather than just give them common tags. 4) the ability to export multiple forms in .pdf format (currently you can only export single forms in .pdf, and multiple forms can be printed). 5) the ability to edit the field type once it's entered (currently you have to delete the field and insert the new one) None of these are deal-killers. Again, I highly recommend FormConnect for anyone who wants to replace a paper form with the iPad. Great job, y'all..Version: 1.2
✓ Great for inspectors!I bought this app and have used it for about a year. While it does have it's limitations in the form design, it makes up for those limitations with ease of use, speed, and overall intuitive design. I use it for property inspections and made custom forms that integrate easy field selections that are a snap to select with the touch of a finger while I walk through units. I've also integrated pics in the forms that make it so simple to take a picture on the spot using your camera or selecting from previously taken images. There are new field calculations that require an upgrade fee. Customer service was decent the one time I called and reported a bug. ✓ A very good, reliable appI have been using this app for several months now and has become an invaluable tool for running my business. The forms are extremely easy to create and I have always found the app exceedingly reliable. I utilise literally all the forms possible functions, including the ability to create fields that allow you to write directly into the app using a stylus. I find the drop down fields which can contain any predefined information I want extremely useful and also appreciate the fact I can store pictures within each record for future reference. My only suggestion for improvement and reason for holding back 1 star is based on its inability to perform basic calculations. One of the things I use it for is for storing basic income information. It would be wonderful if I could get the app to perform basic addition, subtraction and multiplication formulas. As it is at the moment, I enter the values into the relevant fields and use a separate calculator to add them up. Even if the app had a button that opened up an on-screen in-app calculator on top of the open form for manual calculation and then allowed me to enter the data without closing the calculator, it would be an improvement. Apart from that one small bug-bear, it's a really good app and would suit anyone who needs to create their own custom forms to store and link information. It's obviously not as powerful as something like MS Access but it doesn't need or try to be. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it..Version: 1.4
✓ Made me look like a super star!I create procedure and protocols for food safety and was facing an audit in a few days. In 7 minutes I was able to create a form that included every thing I needed. When we went into the facility and the auditor pointed out an item that needed attention I would fill out my new form in seconds, add a photo and email it to an individual within seconds. Before we would even leave the area an employee would be there taking care of the issue. Eventually the auditor caught on that wasn't physically talking to anyone but he saw all the issues being taken care of and asked how I was doing it. I showed him and he was blown away and said since we were able to handle the corrective actions so quickly that he would remove them from the points deduction. Eventually I decided it was worth trying FormConnect... I wanted to create some forms for an auditing project to avoid paper and laptop work while on-site. Within a few hours of work, I had a few forms already built. ✓ Great ApplicationI have looked at quite a few form applications for the iPad and this seems to have the greatest amount of features. I did find a bug in the application when i first started to use it. I emailed the developer about the issue and was emailed back within 10 minuets with a response of things to try to fix it. Some suggested improvements if the developers can accommodate: - "select many" option in dropdowns - hide sections / questions if not required to be filled - scrollable text boxes which expand as needed - more font options, border options while printing The first 3 can keep forms very compact by avoiding unnecessary items and blank spaces. Check boxes and radio buttons take up a lot of space as can a one-size text box if the entered text matter varies considerably. ✓ Best I've found so far...I'm a Tradesman and I want to fill out a report with site photos, etc on my iPad and then email a quote with prices, etc straight to the client. So far this is the best app I've found as far as having a quite good range of options regarding the formatting of the form. However, it still needs work. ✓ Great Custom Form Building ToolThe hope of finding an app like this one is how I justified buying an iPad. I use it to keep track of my invitation orders I get on Etsy. It's exactly what I wanted. I was able to easily create a form to help me input information for the orders I receive. You can also email PDF versions which I will use as an archiving/back up system. I did run into a problem initially, but was surprised at how quickly I was contacted by customer service and my issue was resolved. You can tell that the people behind this app take a lot of pride in their product and I appreciate that. I highly recommend this app. You won't be disappointed..Version: 1.01

✓ Works as advertisedI needed a quick app to develop a survey using several interviewers and found this app easy to use. Form development was good and I like the export features. I have not found a way to seamlessly merge multiple iPad survey data, but at least there is an export feature with CSV and XML so you can perform this merging on another computer. I do hope they expand the form widgets and ability to format text beyond text size only. It would be nice to bold or underline for example. This is a good app that can be even better if the developers put a little more energy in the next upgrade. Looking forward to newer versions and felt the $10 investment was with it!.Version: 1.3.3

✓ Just fantasticIn case anyone is looking at using iPads as the way forward and eliminating paper use, Formconnect is the way to go. Last year i paid a company over 4K to design forms to be used on the iPad. These never worked and froze. This app for £9.99 is a barging and the best app i have purchased, in just one week me and my colleges designed all our company forms to use on the iPad, and it is fantastic. The time and money this is going to save if extreme. All our records have to be kept for up to 40 years, the amount of scanning that we used to do and filing is now reduced by 95%..Version: 1.4
✓ Excellent Form Input appThis App is very well developed. It does alot for only $10. Most of the forms programs with these features cost a lot more. There are a few things I emailed about and the developer returned my emails in a matter of minutes so the support on this app is great. There are a few things I would love to see added to the app, several of which the developer said would be in version 1.3 coming out this fall. ✓ It's good but could very easily be greatAs other suggestions the printed form needs to be better, allowing the ability to make the boxes smaller to fit a small font would be also work, and allow you to put much more on one form. For the notes and signature boxes to work properly these need to enlarge once selected then once signature is accepted and locked it reduces back to the selected form size, to have a signature box that currently works on the form it needs to take up most of the page. A link to the contact page would save repeated data filling, and better still the option of keeping some data on the form for repeated use, ( ie a periodic report were the customer and equipment details stay on the form and only new information needs inputting. Finally to put the cream on the cake, linked to the Calendar for return visit reports, follow ons etc. I WOULD HAPPILY PAY £40 if this could be done. ✓ Brilliant App, and a timesaver, thanksI run my own one man business with around 500 clients who I visit 4 or 5 times per year. On the initial visit to a new client I would manually complete a site survey and from that visit draft a brief proposal outlining our costs and services. Thereafter I would collect and update my records at each visit. Most of this was done manually and then transferred into an office based database system which included scanning documents and then saving them to the client. Then an updated record card would be produced for the next visit. Time consuming, costly and inefficient. I was looking for a way to utilise iPad technology to do this instead As a one man business, time is critical and after a long day at work, sitting in the office until the wee small hours doing (necessary) admin was the last thing I really wanted to do I had been looking for a single, cost effective, portable way to do all of this. Yes I could pay vast amounts and use a PC/Web system with mobile integration, but that was going to be "expensive" with ongoing high monthly costs and totally outside my budget. Then I found FormConnect. I now had the first half of the puzzle, a way to collect all of my data at each visit and collate it together back at the office more easily. Creating the required forms took a little practice but now it comes easily. I agree with other comments that a little more flexibility within the forms, especially when creating printed documents, would be nice, but I'm sure that will come in future developments. But they are certainly very acceptable as they are. I also like that I can get “signed” approval on my surveys or proposals there and then from the client and email them to the client “immediately” if necessary, which helps close the deal, keeping competition out. Ideally though I was still looking for a complete mobile solution whereby I could transfer our FormConnect data forms, proposals etc directly to client files and reduce "desk time". It was at this point I found another (totally unrelated) app called Contacts Journal. This now deals with all of my client database issues nicely but more importantly works beautifully with FormConnect. I can collect data on my iPad, do my site surveys, create quick quotes etc and have found that I am able to easily export all of my FormConnect documents directly into my Contact Journal client files immediately and seamlessly in “seconds” . With iCloud my office iPad is updated fairly quickly too. Plus everything is "exportable" and very easily backed up. CJ integrates nicely with the Contacts on other IOS devices too which is an added bonus. Before I had to laboriously “scan” my collected data from my manually completed forms and pre-created quotes, back at the office, and then transfer them via email or other medium into a PC database. Not now, FormConnect saves me so much paperwork and repetitive office chores and with the added benefit of CJ they “compliment” each other perfectly. ✓ Good App, needs better helpsI really like this app. It is easy to use by dragging and dropping text, number, and calendar boxes wherever you want them. I can see this app drastically reducing the amount of paper I use in my work. However I have 2 issues with it and they both relate to getting help. When I first downloaded the program it offered a tutorial which I quickly flipped through so I could get into the program itself. I assumed that I could come back to the tutorial at another time, but this does not seem to be the case. I may be wrong, but I can find no way to go back through the tutorial. I wish I would have paid closer attention the first (and only) time. Secondly I noticed that one of the sample forms was set up much like a spreadsheet with a column of number fields that were added up to give a total at the bottom. I would like to do this on my own forms, but I can't figure out how. There does not seem to be an option to create this. Maybe the tutorial covered this, but alas, I can't go back and take it again. I made a form that included check in steps, hotel accommodations, food preferences and many other items. I was able to take a picture of each participant when the registered and a signature field they could sign to verify their attendance. It was so helpful. ✓ Outstanding Customer Support!!!!I was looking for a easy way to set up a mobile form for our powder coaters to track a coated job. This app now allows us to snap a phot of the customers ornamental Iron fencing, custom wheels, racks and other items that get coated. We are now receiving better efficiency tracking the jobs from start to finish. Best of all the customer can sign the form and receive a copy by email if necessary. The best feature is their customer service. Many times we have purchased apps for our mobile sales crew and installers, unfortunately many of those apps failed miserably. After purchasing formconnect, setting up a form in 15 min, the app crashed. I could not open the app and was worried I had lost all my data. I emailed customer service, received not only a email response, but also a phone call to personally let me know that everything was going to be saved in our forms. Since typing on the iPad is not as good as doing it on a full size keyboard, it would be more useful to be able design forms using MS Word or similar software then convert these files types to Formconnect instead of just the other way around. ✓ Very Good AlternativeWith Adobe closing FormsCentral closing on 28th July 2015 I was looking for an alternative builder in particular one that would work seamlessly on my iPad. I have tried a few online alternatives that Adobe show on their website but they either were not that intuitive or expensive or other similar niggles. FormConnect I find so much easier, intuitive and certainly more custom-able than the others and FormsCentral. I am able to produce the form that I want to see and not constrained by the other web builder alternatives. ✓ Great AppI was looking for an app for contracts, with placeholders or dynamic fields. Every other app on the app store for this has been abandoned or not updated and is non working. This is great to make a pre populated form, easy to tweak if needed, can save without boxes in the final form so it looks more like a document and not a spreadsheet! No annual subscription, free initial app, but I bought the pro version for field calculations. APP developer updates frequently to keep up with IOS changes. ONLY thing missing for me is a native contact import field, until then I'm copying and pasting all info into a text box. Also would like a theme with a plain white background, no clip or notebook shown when a client signs a form. Change background where folders are kept would be cool, but minor. ✓ Great for my businessThis is a great simple app to create forms and applications on my iPad. I only wish for one more feature that would make this app ultimate, the created forms are exported as read only PDF files. ✓ Good App, few minor issuesOK, so I've been using FormConnect for some time now (years) and it's a great app for creating electronic forms for collecting data that you can keep and recall easily. A couple of issues that I wish they would address. One, auto save when designing a form. It's hard when you work on a form for hours just to have the app crash and you loose all that work. I know I can hit save, but when you're in the heat of the design, it's hard to remember and the auto save function is a basic feature these days. The second issue is I purchased the Pro version (upgrade) and it shows me as Pro on the app, but the app store shows the regular version and there's nowhere that I can find a place to do any upgrades. ✓ It's greatThis app is just what I was looking for. I have been looking at a lot of the competition, but there isn't anything I could find that could export a PDF. Numbers failed me, as did Bento but this is a fully self contained app that does what it says. You create the fields you want and where you want them. PDF outputs work via email or to any number of PDF supporting apps on iPad. You can also export to various other formats. I really like the drop down lists where you create the options, and times and dates are displayed "now" or they can be changed to what you want. Must be able to export more than one form at a time though. For a large organization deploying dozens of bundles of forms to dozens of iPads it would be cumbersome to import forms one at a time before you send workers in the field. Think big organizations on your next version: add ability to set a unique attribute on a text field so duplicate are entered for ID's, Tag #s, SS #'s etc. within the same form. ✓ Absolutely perfectThis app is exactly what I have been looking for for months. It gives the ability to create a form with any desired layout, and any type of input field of whatever size. I manage a group of about 20 people, and one of the struggles I've had is trying to find a decent method of tracking the various information on each that I need to have. The built in Contacts app doesn't have the right fields (some are unique, such as certifications) and doing it through a document manager like Pages is clunky at best If you are in search of a easy, flexible form creator that then let's you cross-index records and export that data should you need to - I highly recommend giving this app a try. The potential this app has is a lot bigger than my use - but for what I was looking for, I couldn't find anything close to what this app offers. Only complaint I have is once I found it (through google search, I wound up on their web site) I had to wait for three weeks for it to get out of beta and on the app store! ✓ Finally a simple form appThis app really does allow you to put together forms without getting lost in database use - and it allows you to export the fields when needed. This app allows me to do my work without worrying about how to make it look. Best of all, I can adjust the layout in the field as needed. The templates are clean and simple without a lot of clutter. The fields are easily arranged and can be lined up without problem. This app allows you to also handwrite notes as needed or you can enter text with your iPad's keyboard. I've found that I use the note feature to actually diagram layouts and designs...if I don't like the look, it allows me to erase and start over. Great app and terrific response from the designer. Create your own customized forms which can be sent to other devices so the form is "standard" and everyone is using the same form. Takes a bit off fiddling around to figure out the best way to enter data to get a workable cvs file but worth the work. ✓ Teacher -Career AdviserThis is one of the best apps I have purchased. I am using it two ways. I am using it as a form that I can send out to students through email that details what classes they have taken and what they should take as well as a checklist for seniors. It it super easy to design your own forms which I did quickly. Exporting to a PDF and emailing works very well and allows me the freedom to go see students in a quick and very mobile format. I also have been able to export data and manipulate data to sort in excel. The tech support on this product is excellent! Steve emailed me when I had some unique questions and emailed me right back. He is very interested unlearning about the needs of his customers and improving upon an already excellent product. ✓ Makes the iPad a real business toolThis app works like it says it will with great support from the makers. I've emailed them about a couple of points and received very prompt replies. The app itself is just what we as a business were looking for. It justifies us buying iPads for all our contracts managers on it's own. Now we can convert virtually every form into an electronic format. Site instructions, sub contract orders etc can all be filled in at site on the iPad and emailed instantly to the office. The benefits in streamlining the workflow are obvious. The one improvement that would really make this invaluable would be an option that when you lock the signature it locks the whole record. At the moment it only stops the signature being edited but does not prevent the rest of the information being changed. This allows one thing to be signed for then the details changed. Clearly not ideal. Adding this one tweak would really make this the app every business should have. As it is I can't think of a business who would not be able to benefit from using this app anyway. ✓ Excellent.This app has proven to be very easy to use. If you have any experience with building forms this will be a cake walk, but even a beginner with be up and running in no time. I like that I didn't have to have a form built in excel or word, but rather you just start placing controls on the form you are building. This step alone saves having to figure out how to import something that may or may not work on importing. Or the idea of having to pay someone to transcribe the existing paper forms you have into a useable database. Having this in the field is a valuable way of doing things and is worth not having to drag around paper with you. I purchased this app for one form, a "hazard assessment". Within 2hrs I had created a 4 page form, that looks great, is capable of being emailed as a PDF to the client, is user friendly to the guys in the field, and is a great reminder of the work that was done that day for invoicing uses. All this for under 10 bucks. This is a bargain as I just about paid 35 bucks for a program that had five forms but only one would be specific to my needs. Now I have something that can be used for any type of data recording I want. Anything you fill out on paper can now be down on this app. And so all of you know I am not affiliated with this product in any way, I am just impressed at how well it worked for me and it's simple easy to you interface. ✓ FormConnect v1.4 - Great so farThis app has been a great help for us so far - replacing almost all of our company's standard forms which we were struggling by with in Apple's own Numbers spreadsheet app. This wasn't ideal as Numbers' file management system leaves a lot to be desired (if you'd consider it to have one at all...!) The forms look great on the iPad itself and are perfect when emailed into the office as PDF's. We're hoping to use the export to CSV function to eventually enable orders to be automatically imported into our bespoke system. One feature that would be fantastic would be the ability to populate drop-down lists from an existing table, for example a CSV or XLS file, etc. This would mean we could have a pre-defined product list in, say, Numbers, and the salespeople don't have to manually type products into order forms. Then as new products were added, we could simply send them a new product list by email. I have emailed the support team about this and they advised on the same day that it would be added to the list of requested features for future - excellent support from the developers. ✓ You've made me very happy.I'm so glad I found this app! I used to use Bento to keep track of sooo many things and was devastated when it was discontinued. I tried a wide variety of note, database, & inventory apps, but nothing really worked for me. Then I found FormConnect. I love the book and/or clipboard style and the ability to create books/files to keep track of various things regarding which I need different information. I would give it 5 stars if it had the following features: 1. I really HATE the background on the initial screen where the files/books are displayed and would LOVE to be able to substitute a solid background. 2. I would love to be able to use a wider variety of book and paper colors & to choose which paper goes w/ which book cover or clipboard. 3. I want to be able to rearrange the books/files on the initial screen. 4. Within a book or file, I want to be able to swipe from right to left or from left to right to move from one record to the next without using the list on the left, but want to keep the list on the left to navigate quickly to a given record. 5. I wish there were a basic help system to answer questions rather than having to figure things for myself. 6. When you first choose the app, you get a screen which may provide good info on using the app, but you get a succession of pop up boxes that ask whether or not to deal w/ a variety of files about which you have no knowledge. ✓ Form Connect 1.4A raft of improvements from the 1.3 version. Particularly liked the ability to import data from our main suite via csv and place into the Form Connect solution. Exporting in the various formats has allowed us to update our main Corporate system including the ability to export the photos taken via the iPad. While I believe there are still some more nice to have features, which will come, Form Connect is a great product and has enhanced our field officers to capture data at source thus eliminating double handling and transcription errors from their traditional paper form. There is a real buzz in the air about the capabilities of the form designer. Well done Steve..Version: 1.4
✓ Is there a "presentation mode" for use at big events?Love this app... I like the Kiosk Mode idea, but think it would be better to change the feature so that when a user clicks SUBMIT, there record is saved without having to input the admin password (then an alert message says its saved and when they click ok it starts on a new empty/blank form), so the iPad can be passed around the room and filled in by tons of people without risk of anyone pinching data and without the admin user having to type in the admin password tons of times. That would be a valuable extra to add as an in-app purchase, I think! The other thing that would be great is to enable users to edit a theme, so they can simply add an image as a background image. That would enable big brands to design stuff in photoshop, and import a polished brand look for the forms. That could be an in-app purchase too! Love this app!.Version: 1.5.4

We easily created our own form, though the App includes many sample forms, and started immediately using it to report and get sign-off on projects in the field. While there have been Apps in the past that have included some of the features of this one, none have had the ability to create a totally custom form, include photos, incorporate signatures, and then be able to export the form to pdf and send it off to a client.
