✓ Don't feel bad about skipping this beatLiked the concept and the graphical style but the game just wasn't fun. It looks like it should be simple enough to play but only being able to step to the beat makes for a stilted pace and lots of unforced errors resulting from impatience. Maybe I'm rhythmically super-deficient but it occurred to me that if the beat was only much more audible AND visible it would be easier to keep yourself in sync and maybe it would be easier to play well. As it is, every step forward is another chance to screw up and after one level restart too many, it went in the bin..Version: 1.0
✓ Needs compatibility update fast!Love the game, a brilliant find, I can't believe it's had no updates since release back in 2012 though! And now it seems players are going to suffer because of this, as I went on it today only to find that it is no longer going to work with future updates without a compatibility update. ✓ Maybe I'm missing something?This is an excellent game as far as game play and production value. It also doesn't have in-app purchases, thankfully. But I'm not sure why there's so many five star "omg" reviews. As a puzzle game it's painfully tedious, repetitive, and annoying. As a rhythm game it's boring and simplistic. After beating the first puzzle, I was disappointed to realize that it's essentially the same tune over and over. Throughout the entire game. Meaning the rhythm game part doesn't really change in difficulty, just the puzzles. Honestly the rhythm aspect is more of a gimmick than really incorporated into the game. Three stars because the production value is top notch and I love there's not IAP. I don't regret buying just not sure why everyone swears by it..Version: 1.0

✓ Great style, lacking substance…I was skeptical at first of the vociferous praise this title was receiving from every source but eventually took the plunge. (I want my plunger back!) I want to like it, but it has to be made clear… the whole beat mechanic is not well served by the unimaginative, jarring and repetetive audio. ✓ Horrible gameplayThis is a horrible game. I don't see the allure to this game at all. I took a chance at 2.99 and now I want my money back. Tap to the beat to move? Might appeal to some but I don't believe at all this appealed to so many positives. I couldn't get past 5 minutes of this game. Great idea except the sound doesn't sync correctly and a single tap that doesn't have the precise level of mistiming ends the level. ✓ AnnoyingI don't like most puzzle games, so i was taking a chance in downloading this, and I lost that bet. I found the game annoying well before i got to the point of having to repeat levels. you can't move quickly because you can't move on, say, eighth or sixteenth notes - it's quarter notes or nuthin'. the graphics are all angular - kind of impressionist-style, i guess - which I don't think is pretty, everything's jerking around to the beat, and the music's not innovative or interesting, which is a kinda big shortcoming in a music-based game. the game's great for some people, i guess, but it just got on my nerves. I deleted it after attempting the third level..Version: 1.0

Why not speed up and down songs? use more than ONE gameplay song? occasionally add one more button to really incorporate rhythm and percussion?
