✓ Good app but...I think the app is a great tool when beginning the blood type diet. The food eat/don’t eat lists seem consistent with other sources. However, there are inconsistencies. I’ve noticed foods to be avoided for my diet in the meal plans and recipes. Otherwise it’s somewhat useful..Version: 1.7

✓ Diet is totally wrong for my blood typeI have been looking at the feee version and got sick of the ads so I upgraded. I am type A. First thing I did was go to the diet plan. It tells me to have cottage cheese for breakfast and carrots for lunch. Type A is to avoid both of these in their diet. Waste of money..Version: 1.7

✓ Beware on this, don’t take their word for what you can and can’t eatWhoever put this together didn’t double check their facts. Unless you know this diet inside and out you’re going to get false information on here. It tells me that as a type A blood that I can eat frankfurters, ha ha! There’s a lot of mistakes on here so just be careful..Version: 2.1
