✓ Some flawsInstallation was easy. The remote control function worked well on an iPhone 5 controlling an LG BD-540 Blu ray player, but completely drained the iPhone battery in just 2 hours. The phone becomes hot when this Ap is in use, or even suspended. You must completely close the Ap to stop the massive power consumption. The "private mode" function is OK fir music, but not for video, because the sound as heard on the iPhone is not synchronized to the video track..Version: 1.1.5

✓ RubbishStruggled with LG TVs and Blue Ray DVD Player for years now. LG told me after just 2 years the OS on my TV was not being developed/updated anymore and is obsolete!! Only 2 years old and a premium price. I find it cheaper and easier to buy a google chrome cast or similar and convert any HDMI TV to a smart TV. To confirm; Blue Ray Player currently does not work with any LG AV Remote on iOS App Store and TV is obsolete and is hit and miss with the old style out of date LG TV Remote!! As soon as you try to swap to another app - the sound will cut out, which is bad because many users like checking their e-mail, surfing the web or using another app while watching a disc.
