✓ Has PotentialOverall not a bad game, but has some major flaws. 1. The huge number of products requested by planes, boat & at times the market. 2. After purchase of some initial plots, the ridiculously huge number of resources needed to purchase the next plot. 3. The huge time differences in how long things are made, often products that take over 6hrs to make are requested in huge numbers. I am only lvl 20 & can see the game becoming unsustainable & therefore to much of a pain to play if this continues. At first it wasn't giving me any guided intro at all which I thought was odd so I just clicked around, sold some things, etc. then decided I should try to restart the app. I restarted and now I have the guides. It won't let me out of the guided instructions to try to get what I'm missing, I'm just stuck with the little hand cursor tapping "well" over and over again even though I can't do it. ✓ Sunshine IslandI have been enjoying this game to a point, I am disappointed though with a number of aspects. Firstly, the good points: great graphics and storyline. Now for the downfalls: Very slow to progress. Amount of materials needed for land openings, upgrades to factories, crops etc is totally crazy. Ridiculous amounts asked for planes, ship and order board. Hard to help other team members when we are all needing the same thing and it takes hours to produce. Factory times for some items is totally crazy. In today’s economic climate not everyone can afford the extremely expensive packs, so that also helps put a total dampener on the game. All in all, could be an awesome game if a lot of the issues were sorted. Don’t see me playing much longer as I seem to be going nowhere fast..Version: 1.1.15892

✓ UnplayableI have played big farm for years so I figured I try their new game. I got to the quest book tutorial and it locks up and I can’t go any further. ✓ Ore, ore, oreThe game is fun and while similar to it's predecessor, Big Farm, they have made a lot of improvements. I like managing multiple farms on multiple islands, both individual and group tasks, the ability to upgrade production, etc. My one complaint is they purposefully restrict specific productions and then request unrealistic quantities of that item. What is with this game's fascination with gold, copper, and iron ore? There are so many things that could be produced yet it seems this game only cares about forcing you to mine more ore than is possible. They limit you to a single forge that has ridiculously long production times (iron bars take more than 24 hours), require you to use that single building to produce three different metals (gold, copper, iron) and then request those bars on practically every plane, boat, and customer order. And, those ores are also necessary ingredients in other production items. Gold sheets? What is a gold sheet? I'm sure they exist, but who has ever seen or heard of them and why include them in a farming game? Overall, fun but some really weird decisions being made by developers..Version: 1.1.14894

✓ Game Charges your Credit Card for cancelled transactionsI just noticed that my credit card was charged for approximately $63 for 2 packages.. first that I never received, 2nd that there wasn't enough funds on my card to begin with. So it said that the transaction was cancelled. When I made a credit card payment 2 days later ~ paid it off ~ all of a sudden, I had charges for the amount that I was trying to purchase when I was over the limit on my card. I disputed it with Apple, who denied it... And I'm appealing again. I tried to put a support ticket in for this game ~ and it says due to technical issues... It can't go thru at this time. This is complete horse****. I loved the game, but I shouldn't be charged for things that were cancelled on the games end due to over the limit on card, then charged on a later date... But soon as the tutorial gets to building a bakery it stops allowing you to click on anything after to click on the missions, if it randomly lets to get past the missions page after 2 minutes of clicking every cm of the page multiple times it freezes with a blinking white hand which doesn’t seem to be in the right place to build the bakery. I can’t click on anything again. I’ve waited multiple times trying to click every mm of the page and nothing, nothing will let you click on anything just stays blinking hand. However, after that it is very monotonous and you find ways of not wanting to bother which is a real shame but everything is the same each and every week and there are no challenges for anyone above 28 you really need to look at the longevity of your players who has stayed with the game and played well into the 30 levels.
