✓ Amazing game.This game was way better than I expected it to be. I’m not bored of it yet, but I do see how I could eventually. I’ve won multiple times on the “very hard” set up, and I’ve played a good amount of online play. I have a couple suggestions/ideas that could keep people playing it for longer. The first is the ability to gain achievements. It gives the player another objective besides just winning the game. The second is the ability to earn coins/dabloons and a store to buy character pictures/cards. That would cause a player to spend more time playing to win/earn more and more coins. People love personalizing things. I understand this game is new to apple arcade. So I wouldn’t be surprised if your team has already thought of these ideas lol. ✓ Wish there was a fast modeI love being able to play this game by myself! The different locations no themed weapons/rooms are a great fun, and I also enjoy being able to customize the characters. The only thing I wish for is a fast mode. The game does crash when first starting up once in awhile but I open it again and it works just a fine. But I understand this can be expected when a game first comes out due to bugs. ✓ Glitchy start, perfect for beginners!The first time I tapped the icon the app crashed. Mean, no problem- every app crashes one point or another. Second time it started right away, and it automatically set the CPU players to easy- perfect for someone like I who hasn’t played before. After a game or two (two for me), I got the ropes and decided to move the CPU to normal :) Excited to see this game on arcade! ✓ So much fun 🤩I have been a long time lover of the board game and when I saw that they came out with a Mobil Game from Hasbros I needed to check it out and it does not disappoint. There is so many different themes and settings to choose from which include The Wild West, A Venicine Masquerade, and a spooky old Vampire Castle. You also get a lot of fun new icons and new costumes to fit all the new themes. The Graphics are also phenomenal with it looking so colorful and all the aesthetics matching perfectly. ✓ Great game, a few suggestionsHiya! I’ve always been a big fan of the Clue game, and was really happy they came out with one on Apple Arcade, not to mention with new characters and locations! I have no complaints at all, just a few suggestions. First of all, can you add a location and new character outfits that are medieval themed, like a castle and the new costumes are knights and princesses and stuff? Maybe a weapon could be dragon fire, and there could be new Merlin and Arthur characters? Second, you should do a Pass-and-Play feature, so that I can play with my friends and family around me. Most people I know don’t have an Apple Arcade account. Third, you should be able to make your own characters, weapons, locations, etc. thanks for listening to my suggestions! ✓ Great Game!This is an amazing game! Perfectly accurate to the board game and I love all the different places and people you can play with. I do have issues with the multiplayer modes. I can’t play online or with my friends. They all can play together, but mine won’t even let me hit the button. ✓ Good game just a few changesI’ve always loved clue and I’m happy it’s finally a good app game now. They do need to make it so there is a timeout when rolling dice, making accusations , pressing the “continue” button. There is a time out for choosing a card to show someone but that’s it. I’ve sat in games where people take 5+ minutes to roll the dice, make an accusation, ect. It’s pretty annoying and people probably just walk away from their phone. Other than that? Minor comment is that the Murderer Card tends to be the same about 40% of the time, so most of the time I can figure out who did it pretty quickly. ✓ Fun, but way too easyI’m liking it so far. I only play single player because I just play to relax and I like playing on my own time. My biggest issue is it’s waaaaaay too easy. I’ve won every single game and it doesn’t seem like the AI characters are even trying. At the end of each game it tells me the level of gameplay the game was and it’s always “easy” or “very easy.” It’s bizarre that I have no option to select the difficulty before the game begins. Am I missing something? There’s absolutely nothing in the settings menu or anywhere else that allows you to change the difficulty. The only issue I faced was the “continue” button, which I hit multiple times while playing the game, thinking that it will close my notebook, but it ended up moving the game forward. ✓ Better than I imagined!I just recently downloaded Apple Arcade’s Clue app. So far it has been great! There are quite a few map suggestions, which is a very nice feature. The app is super easy to use and navigate, and the gameplay is exactly like that of the actual board game. The automatic note taking is a very nice feature, as it keeps me from opening my notes and recording everything per turn. There are quite a few character choices as well. That said, the only issue I’ve experienced is that the wait time in between turns can be quite lengthy at times. However, this issue is certainly not a dealbreaker for me. I sat for what seemed like an eternity in several online games, waiting endlessly for someone to hit continue so the game could go on. ✓ Great game but room for improvementClue is a family favourite in our house. Now, instead of squishing around the kitchen table hiding notes, we sprawl out in the living room with our devices. Everyone is comfortable and far enough away that no one can peak. My only suggestion is to allow notes to be taken on cards in your hand. ✓ Amazing, but needs tweaksI have fallen in love with this game and it is my new addiction. However, like many other reviewers have mentioned, it’s very frustrating when other players in online mode take too long. I have quit a game multiple times because it has made me sit there for a few minutes while NOTHING happens. I would also love it if there were a worldwide scoreboard so that I could compete and see my rank. (Sometimes someone in the room distracts us with conversation or we zone out, and a vibration shake thing to remind the person to press okay or check in on the game or whatever …at every stage. -a way to comment “stop picking my character” for other players -in game chat in general with pre-made phrases. But a vast choice of them. -a way to add extra numbers on the top and bottom of the box of the score card to keep track of things more. ✓ Will be awesome with minor fixes!I love this game! It’s true to the real game and lots of fun. I get totally sucked in. Plus, the design is beautiful with lots of character & gameboard options that are fun to explore. The multi-player will be great with some upgrades. The game does crash or freeze during multi-player at times. Probably every few games for me. Other times, you join a game but don’t actually appear in the players lobby. The other thing is the pacing — games take 25-30 min on multiplayer! That sometimes drags. It would be great to get an option to ‘nudge’ people taking a long time. It would also be great if the “end turn/accusation” pop-up wasn’t totally hidden by an open clue sheet. I sometimes don’t realize it’s up & delay the game. Faster transitions might help too but, like I said, I appreciate admiring the artistry! All and all, when bugs are fixed and pacing is faster… this will be a must play! But there’s one issue I haven’t seen anyone else report that honestly ruins the game for me. When playing with friends, the AI will never win the game, even if you set every character to hard, they will continue playing the game even when the solution is right in front of them. ✓ Great but there’s an annoying bugOverall, I really enjoy this game. It is very well done in many respects. I’m not into multiplayer gaming, so I’ve only experienced single player mode. There is one bug that happens literally every time I play, and that is my character piece will wind up in a different room than where I left it on my previous turn. For example, if I take a turn in the conservatory, on my next turn it will have me starting off from the kitchen, or any room other than the conservatory. This can be frustrating when I want to go to a specific room but can’t because I’m all the way across the board (when I shouldn’t be) and get a low roll on the dice. This doesn’t happen on every turn, but it does so at least two or three times per game. On the whole, I greatly enjoy the game and I hope the developers fix the bug soon.
