✓ Thumbs up from me. (Mostly)I really like this app so far. “Loving kindness” was a term I learned in therapy and i think it’s really amazing someone thought to turn it into an app. The only problem I have with it is there is no option to turn off the “difficult ones” feature. I could see it being a wonderful tool to some, but others (like me) might find it REALLY uncomfortable and maybe even harmful to be reminded of those kind of people, especially in such a positive light. I didn’t log any names for that section. Simply just put a “.” But every time a “.” Prompt shows up I am reminded it’s meant for the “difficult ones” and it ends up making me feel very uncomfortable. It could very well just be a ME issue but I have a feeling other people would appreciate the option to turn off or not participate in that feature..RawbineVersion: 5.39.1
