Cigna Envoy® for Negative User Reviews

Not terrible but feels kludgyAfter reading reviews, I still installed the app. I was careful to take photos of documents beforehand. Filling out a claim was identical to using the web version. It saved me the step of uploading photos to my computer first, so that was an improvement. I agree with the reviewer that said the app feels like old technology: no biometric login, had to name the files I uploaded, etc. I also agree that Cigna could do better. Nevertheless, I successfully submitted a claim. I guess that’s at least worth 3 stars..Version: 3.3.0

Doesn’t work anymoreWorked a month ago when first downloaded, now it just time out on the loading screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail..Version: 8.0

Not optimised for newer phone screensNeeds updating for screens on newer iPhone. Struggle to check acknowledgement box when submitting a claim as sits on very edge of iPhone xr screen so difficult to get app to see finger touch to check box..Version: 3.3.0

TerribleThe app. is clunky and frustrating. Firstly, when uploading images, the app will distort/mis-shape and cut off details making the photos illegible. Secondly, the app crashes regularly making it inaccessible until a later time. Worst app I use..Version: 2.4.0

HorribleCan not get any information on service providers. Not even a general practitioner. It’ll either tell you there are too many of you choose “All”, and if you don’t, then no results. Useless. What’s the use if I need to call to get information??.Version: 2.4.0

Latest update crippled the appThe latest update in December 2020 crippled the app and new claims no longer show up and disappeared into thin air..Version: 8.0

Needs a lot of work!!!Tells you little to nothing about the progress of claims. Low quality copy of Insurance card with not dates. Mailbox not synced with the mail sent by Cigna. Overall, confusing and lack of info available for claims..Version: 3.5.0

Can’t even logjnNot working since last two updates. I have to go to the website to upload claims..Version: 2.5.2

How did you make it worse? The old app was 1/2 way decent but this is terrible, can’t see A/C details to see if claim will be paid into correct account even and not intuitive when it is waiting for a user input so took forever. The old version was much better - you’ve managed to make it much worse - suggest reverting back to previous version ASAP.Version: 8.0

Can’t view cardNever able to see your card.Version: 3.3.0

Latest version a leap backwards.Dealing with Cigna is frustrating enough, but at least the older version of the App was fast, clear and made claim lodgement easy. This version is very slow, unintuitive and annoying. The old version defaulted to the camera to upload receipts: this one requires hunting around for the camera as it defaults to upload an existing image. Not impressed..Version: 8.0

TerribleI could select the photo of invoice to upload but then I couldn’t upload or move to another screen. Only option was delete. Sooo frustrating. I then got stuck on another screen with info on submitting the claim and couldn’t get out of the page. It is just stick there. Honestly it is not that hard - make an app which works! Seems like a way to frustrate people into not submitting their claims!.Version: 3.5.0

Cumbersome and uselessIt literally just loads the (slow and unreliable) Cigna website. Absolutely rubbish app, somehow even worse than the useless app it replaced. Can we please get something basic that lets us do things like scan receipts, file claims, and read our policy easily on the fly? That’s the least anyone would reasonably want from this app, and it is exceedingly crap at all of it..Version: 8.0

THE WORST APP EVERVery bad user experience.Version: 8.0

Designed to be completely uselessVersion after version of this app is made so it's completely impossible to submit a claim or do anything useful with this insurance. It is incomprehensible how this can be a premium global insurance service. (A few years ago there was briefly a version that was functioning and they promptly ruined it again).Version: 8.0

Almost thereEven though the submittal process of claims is great (which is the most important), the login screen needs to be updated (maybe add the touch option?), and the claim status keeps giving an error "we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later...." more often than not. The home screen has 4 icons, that do not resemble anything related to what they actually are. Loading time is incredibly long, so many of us do not want to explore the other screen options, and would simply rather go straight to the side menu. It's a good start, and has lots of potential. A more refined update is definitely due..Version: 2.2.0

Logging onIt would be a great app if the logging on process and as easier. You need to put your password every time you log on. It would be easier if they use a code, like the ANZ bank app..Version: 2.4.0

AccessibilityGive us the option for the app to remember the password so we don’t have to type it every time we need to check. Or Face ID option..Version: 3.2.0

Terrible appVery poor app. They should be ashamed for such an expensive service to have such poor quality interface..Version: 10.0

TerribleNo other word to describe this - no attention to user experience and latest update doesn't seem to even work - just hangs on initial load into app - Although I get it - lets make it as tough as possible for our customers to try to make claims - great job Cigna - If I wasn't a captured customer for sure I would never choose to use you! Guess I will go back to using your web version reluctantly until you eventually fix the bugs here!.Version: 8.0

Bad UX, features not workingCan’t read my inbox. Messages won’t open. Also, what are the processing times of claims? Takes too long! Waiting since months....Version: 3.5.0

AwfulApp doesn’t work and has less functionality than before! Terrible..Version: 8.0

Waste of timeSeems everything on this app is just blank. Claims. Messages. Don't waste your time, just access the website..Version: 1.0.4

Problema with iOS 15When opening EOB’s there is no way to close and go back to claims viewing. You have to close the whole app and re-login. This is clugie and time consuming. Can you please fix it with an update?.Version: 8.0

Useless application.. I believe on purposeDespite getting submitted confirmation and invoices uploaded , few days no trace , I contact customer service and they can’t find a record even when I attach a screenshot with the confirmation!!! I believe this is by design so things gets fallen between the cracks “ conveniently “ 😡😡.Version: 8.0

Shockingly badAllows basic functionality. Needs TouchID, health plan info (detailed and summary), notifications (eg. new mail, claim status change, payment sent etc.). Update: app supposedly redesigned for better experience. Really? All the above points still stand. The so-called dashboard is no such thing, just a pictorial menu. No TouchID or notifications. Can't email or view attachments. Way below average for what I'd expect from such a large organisation. Perhaps they should use proper developers rather than an intern? It's more a beta release. Oh, and all family members have to operate under one id so no medical confidentiality there then. Poor..Version: 2.2.0

BugsIt keeps getting stuck on pages with no way to get back or get out of that page. I have to delete the app and start again. I see a post, another review from 4 yrs ago saying there are a lot of bugs. I am using iOS..Version: 8.0

OMG. Are companies really allowed to publish such sh itThis has to be the worst app ever published in the App Store. Seriously Apple, you allow this? ??.Version: 2.5.1

Two-step authentication challengeEvery time you sign into the app, you’re required to authenticate via pin sent to your mobile however, for a family account the pin can only be sent to a predetermined number, which could be different to the family member making the claim or trying to read a secure email. Requires the registered mobile number owner to send authentication code to claiming member. Very frustrating..Version: 3.5.0

Cigna service is ok but the App is just badFull of bugs, slow, clunky, messy, difficult to find logic in the site therefore impossible to find information. Claims are split with different ref numbers… just bad customer experience.Version: 8.0

Just brokenWill not log in, web site works and tells you to get the app, app doesn't work..Version: 1.1.1

Absolute disasterWorst app I have on my phone. It’s like they don’t even care.Version: 2.3.1

Claims visibilityDoesn’t show claims submitted and not paid yet..Version: 2.4.0

Very severe UX/UI and functionalities issuesI could not submit my claims due to bugs to the interface (I.e., with all filled fields, I could not continue as the “next” button was not active. I suspect the name of the picture automatically retrieved by the phone was too long). Furthermore, the limitation of 6 MBs for the upload is too stringent as this limit the upload to two pictures (my claim had three pages). Overall, a very poor porting from the website..Version: 8.0

Needs OverhaulI'm an American expat that is limited to this app due to my plan via my company. Our company recently moved from another insurance provider that had a PHENOMENAL app on the iPhone. This app feels very "1990s". Old and outdated. I look at the features of the myCigna app and dream that the developers move to incorporate many of those features in this app. Especially considering they already exist in Cigna apps. Biometrics and ability to add the cards to the Apple wallet sound lovely. If any of the developers are reading this, please help! The app is meant for convenience and items that are available in the main app would be extremely helpful...starting with not having to type in my password every time (Face or Touch ID is available for us!!)..Version: 3.5.0

Sent me a notification asking me to rate itSo here I am. Please consider being less obnoxious (and not violating Apple's notification guidelines) in the future..Version: 3.0.1

Really poor UXI can’t believe that in 2020 this app doesn’t have basic features like Face ID login and the ability to add my ID card to Apple Wallet. I would delete this app if I could, but unfortunately I need it because Cigna is my employer’s insurer of choice..Version: 3.6.0

Old technologyIt is obvious it is still using old design philosophy and has not taken advantage of the mobile environment. This makes the app cumbersome but it is still many times better than the website method of filing a claim. Please fix some of the issues I’m sure you know about, like the checkbox for the Agreement, it is so low at the corner of the screen it takes multiple tries to enable to check; if ever, especially for iPhone X and later devices; with full screens..Version: 3.3.0

Not functioningApp has not functioned for the past month. Trying to utilize this app while in the Netherlands. I have yet to get to the main screen the app freezes at the loading screen. The last version of the app wasn’t great but it WORKED!.Version: 8.0

Slow, clunky and not user friendlyCigna really needs to update their app to make it more efficient. It takes forever to load different pages and is not easy to navigate. This reflects poorly on Cigna and they need to do better..Version: 8.0

What a disappointing updateUtterly useless update, a huge step backwards.Version: 8.0

Login issueFrom the get go, I think this app will make my life easier to a certain extent. However, I always have troubles logging in. It says that my log in combination is incorrect no matter how much I tried. I checked the member ID and password and I was all correct, but the app didn’t log me in. So for that, 1 star from me because I can’t even open the app. I’d appreciate it if your IT department can help me and I’d consider my review..Version: 2.2.0

Recommend improvementsUsing the telehealth feature was confusing. This function gave instructions for how to set up an appointment. After that, though, there were no further instructions until the day of the call about who would call who/where I had to go for the call, etc. Additionally, in order to get those instructions on the day of the appointment, I had to guess where to go within the app; the instructions were not easily available. I recommend Cigna enhances the user friendliness of this feature. Despite this, the telehealth call was useful, and the audio and video were fairly clear. I appreciated that the doctor was able to leave notes for me from our conversation..Version: 3.5.0

Barely functional, shamefulWhile this app does provide some basic functionality such as “filing a claim online”, the user experience is very bad, everything has to be done manually (and repeated, since the app doesn’t ‘remember’ or ‘learn’). That a major insurer would have such an app in 2021 is shameful..Version: 8.0

Latest update is worse than the old appGreat search function. You search for previous claims and nothing comes up. I don’t know who is looking after your app and website development. But it’s going backwards. To think your app and web page couldn’t get worse but it did. Fix the search issue for previous claims! Ridiculous.Version: 8.0

The app does not workIt’s been over a month since this app worked at all. What a garbage situation for Cigna to just ignore. Fix it or ban it from the App Store. It just opens up and freezes every-time. I have tried reinstalling it. Totally a complete waste of time. Thanks for nothing, if you going to make money off my health could you just make the app work instead of being a leach to to system that doesn’t even work properly? Zero stars..Version: 8.0

Represents overall Cigna experience wellSuch a miserable attempt to wrap a 90s website as an app. This is a textbook example of an app where every single aspect is done wrong. When I see such terrible products I wonder if anyone at the company has ever opened it and tried to use it. I am sure Cigna paid those app “developers” a substantial amount of money for this useless piece of software. The only thing this app does well is representing the overall experience customers can expect from Cigna: useless complexity at every step of the process..Version: 10.0

Major downgradeHow an app can go from so good to so bad so quickly I do not know. Please Cigna, come to your senses and go back to your old version of the Envoy app. It was intuitive, functional, simple, yet elegant. The new Envoy app is clunky, not functional, extremely complicated, and just an overall mess. Please don’t try to add all these bells and whistles. Just go back to what worked! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! The old app was enough to make me renew with Cigna. The new app is enough to make me look elsewhere. The juxtaposition is really that sharp!.Version: 8.0

VERY POORThis App is a huge disappointment. It is full of bugs, provides little or no information as to how a claim is progressing; you can't even view the details of a claim once it's been submitted. Add to this, any document that gets uploaded in support of a claim gets corrupted so about 2 weeks after a claim has been submitted you get an e mail asking for a copy of the original supporting documentation to be e mailed to the claim handler which further delays payment. Finally, the App provides no information as to what cover your entitled to and even though it has an e mail system imbedded within it, Cigna don't use it but instead e mail you directly. Come on Cigna spend some time and money to make this App fit for purpose or remove it from the App Store and insist that all of your customers use your website!!!!!.Version: 2.2.0

TerribleThis is a dreadful update. Slower and more steps than before.... And worst of all it won’t accept uploads as .PNG files making it terrible for use with an iPhone.Version: 8.0

Find a provider is a no possible missionFind a provider is a impossible mission.Version: 3.5.0

Login Issues! It usually lets me login but right when I try to view the claims it immediately asks me AGAIN for my password and half the time it doesn’t take it as “correct” even though it is. Please fix this!!.Version: 2.4.0

Limited use other than for ID cardEmail function is clunky and limited additional information available other than what's in the insurance card.Version: 2.0

Worst app everCan’t find a provider listing! Can’t navigate anywhere in the app! Isn’t user friendly at all! Worthless in trying to find what you need ! Have to call customer service to find A SIMPLE Provider ! I thought the app would help find one boy was I wrong!.Version: 3.3.0

Same as web siteDoes the same as the website so a bit pointless as it’s too cumbersome to submit claims via a phone. Simpler functionality, better claims progress info and not least an ability to download the ID card to Apple Wallet would be great..Version: 8.0

RubbishPainfully slow. Secure email doesn’t work. Only using this because it’s the work insurer. Zero stars is all it’s worth..Version: 3.5.0

Basic applicationThis is a very basic application. It lacks the ability to give detail - like who is billing you for what claim - no company names and no itemized billing. You cannot see what the ‘Provider’ is actually charging the insurance company and for what service..Version: 3.6.0

We pay you premium for nothing!I tried 20 time in different day with different devices and different wifi and 4G network, there is no chance that I can login to this app or you website. You tell me how that I claim since it is also the end of year?.Version: 2.3.1

This app is horrible - less than 1 starCIGNA’s history of creating the worst possible apps continues with this latest release. Or, at least I assume it does since I can’t get it to work at all. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro with the latest iOS. I’ve loaded (and unloaded and reloaded and unloaded and restarted and reloaded and restarted and unloaded and restarted, etc.) the app and it just won’t work. It gets to the same point and freezes up and simply won’t load any farther. Ugh - I HATE Cigna and wish my employer would get a better insurance company. ☹️😡.Version: 8.0

Needed ImprovementsI’ve recently switched from Aetna where one could send your insurance cards to your wallet on the iPhone. I hope to see improvements in the near future, right now fortunately I don’t have to use the app. Please make some changes..Version: 3.5.0

Terrible appExceedingly clunky and complicated sign-in process. Terrible functionality. Extremely bad “secure email” communication feature. And an overall very poor and slow customer service. Simply lousy..Version: 11.0.1

So poorVery poor. Just like most other things with Cigna customer service. This is the worst app ever. Low functionality, weak design, bad code.Version: 8.0

Good Start But Needs Fine TuningIf you want to login and check on a claim or submit a claim. It’s a pretty good app. But it needs a simpler login such as finger print reader. I would also love to see my benefits plan as well..Version: 2.4.0

I’d give it 0 starsI would give this zero stars if I could. How does a huge insurance company like Cigna not care about spending some money on a decent app? This app is only a shell for the web app, which is also awful. It’s 2023…time for you to care about your mobile presence..Version: 10.12

Hard to use on the iPhone XSome of the buttons are on the corners of the phone and are impossible to tick. Also choosing the country where the claim was paid is very long if your country name doesn’t start with A or B or C.Version: 3.3.0

Useless appCan't upload a claim. Recent claim progress is not listed. Can't write anything in the content area of secure emails. Complete waste of time! Awful customer service for a multi million dollar company! Shame!!.Version: 1.0.6

Everything is broken- IDcards won’t load - half the time it freezes when logging in - takes forever to search for providers, provider information out of date - can’t read notifications although the app tells me I have them.Version: 3.3.0

Good one to review but unable to upload claimGood app to see status of the claims however unable to upload claims directly. Need a Pc to upload a new claim. This would be a great feature to add and will make the app effective.Version: 1.0.6

Cigna app crashesApp doesn’t load and mobile crashed 5 times in a row Difficult to submit new claims. Perhaps to discourage usage and payment As a Shell employee I would think we would get better service.Version: 3.3.0

Disappointed customerNot user friendly, provides little traceability and little information. Does not support any other language by English (are you serious about been international?) And why do I have to instal three different apps? Can’t you get all what you offer to your customers in one?.Version: 2.5.1

App has taken turn for the worseRecently app has dramatically slowed down in use and the worst of all, it forces me to select a currency other than USD submitting a claim so now I have to enter every detail for my bank with each submission! Problem has been going on for weeks, fix it!.Version: 11.0.1

Can’t believe my health is with themFor being such a reputable provider and having such ancient outdated technology that doesn’t even have proper digital cards or an easy to use interface to register or find information is astounding..Version: 3.5.0

New app update won’t workThe update is trash! It worked before the update and now it won’t even load. Just stays on the orange dots. Others are saying the exact same thing...it’s sad that no one has made any changes..Version: 8.0

Don't trust the App!There are IT issues somewhere with the App. A series of claims submitted via the App disappeared without trace! The Helpdesk, who were polite, couldn't help and said re-submit using the Web site! A real vote of confidence in their own App. Do not rely on this App!.Version: 2.2.0

Terrible app barely functionalJust a website, not an app. But worse because there’s inadequate navigation buttons. E.g. can’t go back after viewing settlement letter..Version: 8.0

New app is brokenTried to open the newly launched v8 app and couldn’t get to my account. It took me through a bizarre login process with seemingly blank screens, with no loading indicator, that loaded after 10-20 seconds. It asked me whether I wanted to provide access to all manner of things, which is confusing because I’m just logging into my account with the app, not authorizing a 3rd party service to access my account. After making it through this and getting to what I expected would be my account Home Screen, I was rewarded with a loading spinner that stayed on screen indefinitely. Left it there for a minute or so and I couldn’t get past it. Whoever is responsible for this update deserves 0 stars. I literally can’t access my account..Version: 8.0

Terrible “App” - it’s a browser utility pretending to be an appFrom the beginning, the UI is clunky and user experience is awful. It’s just a web page embedded in an app and it’s not a good web page either! Feels like a very low cost solution to meet a requirement to “have an app”. Box checked. Service level - zero. KPI achieved.Version: 10.12

Clunky app, error message after error message! The concept of the app itself is great. Claims are easy to submit (in theory). With that said, what should be a simple process is made very difficult by the repeated error message. Each step I try to perform typically yields a message that says “We cannot process your request at this time.” If I repeatedly try the same action, it will eventually push through. Bottom line: this app needs a serious overhaul. I cannot believe after a year of seeing these issues it has not been fixed. It is ruining Cigna’s entire image!.Version: 3.3.0

When should I use this app?I didn’t understand the purpose of this app. When should I use it? There is no information here. If I want to check my history, what was deductible, how much I have to pay and billing, where should I check? Apparently there is nothing in here or the UX is very poor..Version: 2.2.0

FRUSTRATING AND CLUNKY: NEEDS A LOT OF WORKIn-app photo function for document upload doesnt work with iPhone XR. Have to select photo from files. Make sure you already took those photos because if you swich to camera (or any other app) to take a photo to upload from files, the Cigna app logs you out almost immediately, dumps all the entered data in your claim, but then saves the now empty claim as "unfinished". Cant seem to upload more than one document. A second document (and I tried various different formats sizes and documents) is unable to be uploaded. There doesn't seem to be any way to enter ckaim amount- I guess they get that from document upload- but my bill was in HKG dollars, and I selectedI wanted reimbursement in US dollars. I wonder how that will work..Version: 2.4.0

Super poor appI could not log in for unknown reason. Very hard to find the eight page you want to get in..Version: 2.5.2

Update 2020I recently installed this update but unfortunately the system is under maintenance so the new app is not able to log in. Will update the review once I’m able to use the new app..Version: 8.0

What happenedLoved this simple app until the last update. Now it does not open on my up to date iPhone. It’s stuck on the opening page every time you open. . Please help! Before I was happy with the app. So simple to put in a claim and check it..Version: 8.0

If my illness didnt make me lose the will to love this app did!!!USELESS Doesn't save information in parially completed claims just deletes all information already provided. Also dosen't upload photos of invoices. Waste of time and effort when one probably is feeling very unwell..Version: 3.3.0

Where’s my Plan benefits?Ok - so I could login, see my claims - although I haven’t yet tried submitting the claim via the App - but the one thing I want to see are my benefits - medical & dental plan - then I know what to expect - hope this can be added to the next update.Version: 2.3.1

CounterintuitiveThe app makes you type in information on your insurance card to log in... this is also how people in the 21st century access their insurance card. Also, this app does not allow for face recognition on the iPhone. Luckily, I have saved my insurance card as a photo on my phone to access. The only thing I need this terrible app would be if I ever had questions regarding my policy..Version: 3.6.0

DisasterThe app dev team should be ashamed for releasing such a terrible product. It’s a half-hearted web app with slow UX & difficult-to-use UI. Cigna is a disgrace for offering this.Version: 8.0

Hopeless!!!Unbelievable that a corporation of this size and cost could produce such garbage!! Full of bugs that cause an inconsistent experience - constant error messages and pop ups to tell you to call customer care. All I did to overcome was to keep hitting the next or submit buttons at which point it would suddenly work despite not making any changes. It’s almost like they don’t want you to file insurance claims...that couldn’t be the case....could it?.Version: 2.4.0

Crushes all the time‘Submit a claim’ doesn’t work. Which is the main purpose of the app for me. Blinks and crushes..Version: 8.0

FrustratedThis app has been a time consuming waste. Poorly designed. Confusing at times. Sometimes simply doesn’t work. I have little doubt that due to frustration with the app I ended not submitting certain covered items. It’s like Cigna designed an app because they had to not because they wanted to..Version: 8.0

Terrible UX and functionalityThe title of worst employee health benefit app is fiercely competitive with numerous abominations. I have used a few from AIA, Bupa, April, Prudential and now Cigna. Cigna Envoy is by far the worst. As an example, it isn’t even an app. It’s an HTML pretending to be an app. Log in UX is horrific, it cannot even remember the username..Version: 8.0

New version doesn’t workI used this app all the time and it was fast easy and convenient. With the new version,my account won’t load and it gets stuck on the Orange bouncy dots and I haven’t been able to access it to submit a claim. It’s very disappointing..Version: 8.0

Slow!Really slow bring back the old app which wasn’t perfect but at least was usable and fast!.Version: 8.0

Slow and buggyThis has to be one of the slowest apps I have ever used, and full of bugs that come and go on a regular basis. The latest being the requirement to enter your payment account currency from a drop down menu where USD is not listed. Cannot get past this and cannot submit a claim. Perhaps they introduce these bugs as claim submission flow control 🤔.Version: 11.0.1

Horrible UI/UX Design and Incredibly SlowI was quite excited to try out this app, but my experience quickly turned into a rollercoaster of frustration and confusion. The UI and UX feel straight out of the early 2000s, leaving me scrambling to grasp even the simplest functions. And the speed of the app is like dial-up. Navigating the app feels like stumbling through a maze shrouded in darkness, with menus and buttons thrown around in the most nonsensical manner. It's the digital equivalent of a discontent toddler's attempt at home decoration. The functionality, unfortunately, pales in comparison to its cluttered design, making it borderline unusable. Cigna has truly made a terrible product and you cannot even easily access the information when received. Please get the developers to make this a more modern experience..Version: 11.0.1

App continually locks upAfter logging in, setting up 2FA and seeing “Were still setting a few things up” the app locks up every time after the 3 orange dots with Loading... Tried deleting the app, restarting, etc and no change. App is completely useless.Version: 8.0

Disaster updateThe previous version wasn’t great but it was reasonably fast and didn’t crash. The update is awful. Unintuitive, slow, limit on file size makes loading photos difficult, bank details disappear. Has anybody at Cigna tried to use this ap?? I suggest bringing the old version back while the serious issues with this are addressed..Version: 8.0

Rarely worksMost tasks non functional, difficult to use. can’t see previous claims, ....Version: 3.3.0

App Doesn’t WorkI have been a user of the Cigna Envoy App for years. Always worked fine. Would never get an award for brilliance, but it functioned. Whatever updates they recently did have destroyed all functionality completely. I have not been able to get passed the login stage without the app completely hanging up and freezing. I have deleted and re-downloaded it multiple (aka at least 5) times, on both iPad and IPhone. I have rebooted the devices each time. Nothing. I am left with zero options. The fact that this doesn’t work on any of my mobile devices is indicative of the poor software development and lack of any testing before releasing such an idiotic solution. I had a high opinion of Cigna before this..Version: 8.0

Continues to be terribleSlow to load. Terrible UX. Can’t even go back after opening a statement of benefits..Version: 8.0

Needed improvementIt’s a very useful App. But still needed lots of improvement. Always issues with logging in and the layout very basic. I think a big company like Cigna can do better than this. Waiting for some great improvement to their App with actual fix of the issues.Version: 2.5.2

Painfully slow, doesn’t keep track of medical invoicesThe app is painfully slow, uses 1/5 of the screen to talk about cookies which should be a setting in the app - not something I see each time, doesn’t have an option to keep me logged in, bugs me with OTP even though I have Face ID on… asks me to submit pictures of my medical invoices but stores none - there’s no option to see what you’ve submitted and check that what is shown when the claim is correct. Really subpar, third class insurance company functionality..Version: 11.0.1

Nothing WorksNothing.Version: 3.2.0

Won’t even loadThis app is complete rubbish. Won’t even load. Deleted and retried several times. Have they never heard of testing!.Version: 8.0

Unfortunately very poorLast version was mediocre but worked. Now every time I try to upload a single or multi claim the app crashes before completion. Too many hugs, lagging and not intuitive.Version: 8.0

Even if it accepts a file to be uploaded be warned!Just because it allows you to submit a file type it does not mean the reviewers can read it properly and they will not tell you this they will only make a series of formal requests for random single pieces of information over and over, and each time it will be something new. You may or may not have success in the end and it may take you a year. Don’t forget even if they haven’t made a decision on a case or claim you still only have 365 days to open an appeal from the date of service. The worst seems to be with screenshots. Do yourself a favor and only submit single receipts at a time, do not group anything and do it all on a laptop or through a browser. I only use this app to check on the status of a claim after being burned too many times. Also they will ignore your secure messages if they feel like it to try and run out the clock and they will tell you just 2 working days or 5 working days for a response over and over again if they feel like it. However secure messages and faxing are the only good ways to be sure supporting documentation gets to them. The method they say to use at the bottom of the screen on their site does not work either. Overall their compatibility with Apple products is very poor..Version: 8.0

AwfulPlease do something with you app and website,it’s just a disaster! As such a professional company, you just can’t allow yourself provide such a bad quality service It’s impossible to connect, the search is working awfully..Version: 8.0
