App crashedAfter many issues trying to log in, I was finally able to book a video consultation. However the app crashed when trying to join the video call. Absolute disaster of app!! And it doesn’t make sense that you can’t book tele appointment through the web!.Version: 2.8.1

Can’t loginThis is appalling and effectively removes part of the Cigna offering to see a GP online. If you can’t login to the app you can see a GP. I can login to the Envoy app fine but Well-being doesn’t work. It will let me reset my password but then I try that and it says login failed I’m mentioned this to Cigna support and they can’t do anything about it. The people who make the app need to fix this and the people who run Cigna need to expedite this or I’ll be asking for a refund of my membership fee as you’re not delivering the services you claim to offer I can’t get an appointment for my daughter and it’s down to you!.Version: 2.6.7

Is this legal?The doctors call from China always. They have no license to practice in US, yesterday I had a consultation the doctor himself was telling he will refer to another doctor locally so he/she can prescribe medicine. Then I got call again from China and I have no clue the there is a doctor or a coordinator at the other end. Finally Shaw said she will contact pharmacy, then she said pharmacy not picking call, she send prescription in email, when I checked with pharmacy they said the doctors supposed to give either hard copy of prescription or send it directly to pharmacy. I don’t know what is the use of this or is this a legal way?.Version: 1.6.11

Utterly unusually rubbishThis app is totally unusable. “Remember me” button doesn’t work so you will have to write down the password since you’ll probably only need to use this now and again. Half the time you try to log in it just doesn’t work. When you try to schedule a phone or video consult, it will crash instantly if you touch the screen before it autodetects your location to fill in the country code for phone number. Then when you select a appointment window, a window pops with “click to confirm, this will be added to your device calendar” etc etc…. Nothing happens. The window goes away and you’re still looking at the list of appointment windows. You can’t tel if your appointment was booked or not! (But hint… it wasn’t!!). Congrats for making virtual medical care harder than finding an in person doctor..Version: 2.5.27

Just renewed with CignaThere is no longer a button in your Cigna Wellbeing App to schedule a tele consultation. A bug perhaps? I have deleted and dowloaded the app again but nothing. I have opened a ticket with your tech team (INC5461085) but still no answer..Version: 2.5.27

App Rarely works, ‘ooops’ message is all too commonJust hope ‘ooops, something went wrong’ isn’t the response during any medical care provided.Version: 2.0.3

No Doctor showed upApp is not very convenient. I booked an global Telehealth appointment for 8 pm my local time but had no way to confirm which time was being used ( note to developers:pls add that feature on the appointment section just so it’s clear) Anyway 8pm came and went but I did not receive any call, email, nothing. So I am quite confused as to what went wrong. An hour later, the appointment disappeared from the consultations window making me believe that my local time was the right time. What is the customer service of the app, where do I ask follow up questions?.Version: 2.1.2

Completely RubbishI have tried the app in two different occasions for video consultations and the App has not worked. The medical professionals on the other end of the line are all aware and they apologise for the App’s performance ! That’s a shame as Cigna is a good medical provider but they are let down by a poor application..Version: 2.2.16

The buggiest thing I have ever encounteredSo frustrating! I have been trying for the past 24h to log in, and it doesn’t work. Funniest thing? It always shows different type of login errors, although I change nothing from the information I give. One time all of a sudden it worked and I logged in. Guess what? It opened the interface of Cigna Envoy App instead. So i try to log out, and log in again without changing anything…LOG IN ERROR POPS UP. Like how? I just logged in with the same information 3 seconds ago. Moreover, when I tried to register, it says “if you don’t see a confirmation email, contact us”. The confirmation email never arrived, so, I pressed ‘contact us’ which appears hyperlinked, and it literally does nothing. It doesn’t redirect me to another page, it doesn’t show any phone numbers or email address, nothing!!! I was trying to use this app because I was not feeling well, but ironically it somehow just reallyyy worsened my wellbeing! Either fix this app, or delete it altogether. The ratings should be telling you a lot by now..Version: 2.1.12

App Login not compatible with Apple strong passwordI have a Cigna policy and have a login ID and password setup using my MacBook internet browser to access my policy online. During the setup, I have used Apples default strong password. Now I come to setting up and using the apps and I am required to enter the same login details as my main policy access, except the app won’t accept the Apple generated strong password - possibly due to the app password requirements of letters,numbers, and symbols, characters. Come on Cigna - get the syncing sorted across your main web login and apps up to date with Apples current security settings. Until then I can only give 1-Star review as I can’t get passed the registration/ login to use an app that I am paying for as part of my health insurance policy..Version: 2.2.16

Fails to recognise passwordThe app continually says my ID and password are wrong. However the same combination works on member portal. Help desk after huge delays says we are at fault. Have reset password, reinstalled app etc. Same thing the member portal works the app doesn’t. This has been going on for days and we need GP access. Will try NHS - not sure what we are paying for here. Certainly not ease if use or customer service..Version: 2.3.35

Did I book or not?When you try and book an appointment with the GP gives no indication as to whether the submission went through or not. It also does not add it to your calendar within the app. I find it absurd that they have an app that doesn’t work at its basic level..Version: 2.6.7

Doesn’t load - probably due to new mfa requirementsGot an email from Cigna saying download the app! So I did. Even with the right credentials the app fails to open. Frustratingly uselessWhen you call Cigna and are told to use the App, but the App is worse than useless, crashes, freezes, wastes valuable minutes of your life - then it’s somewhat a poor service from Cigna. Tele consultations very user-unfriendlyTo schedule the consultation one needs to take excessive care that the app doesn’t apply its own reading of the time zone, country telephone prefix etc. This is critical when traveling out of country in a different time zone. There is no possibility to correct these once a consultation has been set up. Another critical feature that is missing, is the absence of a messaging feature with which one can communicate with the medical practitioner once the meeting is confirmed. Overall a very disappointing and user unfriendly app..Version: 2.3.35

Very poor. Embarrassing bad after first few mins trying to use it.The App has me flagged as female (I’m male) and the toggle to update it on the profile is locked out. The “remember me” feature doesn’t work to save credentials and the login doesn’t integrate with your phone biometrics. Passwords are limited to 12 characters and only support letters and numbers. The terms and conditions / GDPR statements on first use are unnecessarily long and could be far simpler / summarised. In 5 mins of using it I’m genuinely shocked a insurance/ healthcare company could release something so piss-poor..Version: 2.0.3

It kept looping at "connecting" to no avail. Can’t login on small screenCan’t click the boxes to accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. They appear to be off of the screen on the left on my small form-factor iPhone. Crashes on startupCigna sent out email recommending that we download Wellbeing app. Downloaded on iPhone 8 with latest iOS, and the app crashes after putting in id and password. Not a great way to start. Note: I have tried to download again, but the app crashes on startup (after login) on both my iPhone and iPad..Version: 1.6.12

Imposible to log inI never review apps but it the worst app ever, simply because it does not let you in. There is no way to enter the account, error after error. When you try to reset your password, they ask you 3 security question. Out of the 3, 2 are repeated (same question). When you answer “Sorry but one or more answers are the same. Fill boxes have issues where you click on one to fill it in and the app jumps to the bottom of the page. It pangs of a badly rushed release with little or no testing.
