I have lost hope at this point in ever getting new levels. Which is really disappointing because I truly enjoy the game :( Disappearing hints — solved. ** Update — the developers reached out and were very helpful regarding this situation. My missing hints have been replaced and the support were very pleasant and prompt in their communication. I will continue to enjoy the daily puzzle and challenges when available and can’t wait till there are new levels available! My hints from the last two challenges have been awarded and then immediately disappeared. So I have now lost 60+ hints to thin air. This is very frustrating as I have completed all the levels and play the daily game and the challenges when available in hopes to build up some hints for when new levels might be available, but that is an impossible feat when the hints just disappear. Early games are off putting as they’re fairly easy but there’s dozens to slog through before they get harder. Keep at it though, I promise it gets good! It is vvvvvv hungry on battery life. I can watch a 2 hour film and the battery on my iPad drops about 8%. Playing this for 4 hours uses 80% If I launch the app and just look at it for 90 minutes without touching the iPad it takes 23%. Great brain teasers but in order to enjoy the game for longer than the first couple of rounds, you have to pay for “hints” and/or the removal of the wildly aggressive ads. I begrudgingly paid $20.99 for “hints” knowing I was going to be hooked on the game. I went to play the game again today and noticed my 350+ “hints were gone. I tried to re-download the app and also attempted to restore my “hints” to no avail. But if I want to purchase more “hints”, amazingly those buttons/actions work with no issue. Please fix this error on your part immediately. I would hate to think that this app is a fraudulent one or one that sells people’s information and is disguised as a “free” app to lure people in.
