✓ Criminals- Thieves and Deceitful Avoid don’t downloadThis Company is nothing bunch a bunch of scandalous criminals. They steal from stash and what you pay. Then call it “ Human Error” The are a bunch of mindless idiots. Don’t spend your money or better still don’t play this game. They will steal from your account without consent. They are Crooks and should be avoided. 3.5 mill scam to poor paying customers got shafted. These criminals and fraudulent behaviour. They should be removed from all gaming websites. Nothing apart from low class criminals only good for converting oxygen into co2. Be warned you will get screwed by them at some point. Still endless issue and never there fault.Version: 5.4.0

✓ Developers please readThis game has great potential, but there are a couple of logic issues this game desperately needs to address: 1. Any member within a faction can start a war with another faction. This needs to stop. This destroys all the hard work generals, the diplomat, and the Marshall put together. Only generals and above should be able to declare war. 2. The option to attack other players who are part of a union or non-attack pact should be disabled. This also destroys the hard work leaders put together. 3. Being within a union only has one meaning in this game. That factions will "work together" to take territory. There should be other options such as forming a rally together, defending each other's cities, etc. That's it as far as logic. I'm sure I could come up with more needs but these are high priority. Game is much less interesting with the addition of the “bullet proof battle plan” Now there is no cost to attacking other players. You won’t lose a single troop. In a war game. Moronic. Worse, it has taken all the fun out of defending. Defenders lose troops, attackers don’t. I don’t know who dreamed this up, but it has ruined the game. So, what do you get for thousands of dollars? A base on a world filled with other bases of players who have quit the game, and where all other players live under shield night and day. That they pay for with medals purchased with real cash. There is no strategy. Only players hunting for other players who have allowed their Shields to expire. Factions hold the same territories, nothing changes. ✓ Good, but at the same time. Very badI’ve played the game for maybe just over a week now. Made it to headquarters level 12. I have been enjoying the casual sense of gameplay, and how “FTP” friendly the game is. However, this game is facing an extremely dangerous problem for its community. The worlds are controlled by a “mega alliance” multiple factions of the top players, all in an alliance. And all they do, is teleport around, and crowd control the population of other factions. Basically a stab, and run mentality. And obviously, this isn’t very cheap do these actions, or to try and defend yourself. The “attacks” on other players, or even the AI is skill-less. You press attack, and then it goes into a simulation. So in the end it’s just a bunch of people dropping loads of money, and having no actual skill involved. I gave it a three simply because as stated, I would really enjoy the game and all of the features, within the game, the seemingly constant world events and faction events. Makes it really fun. But the tactics of players ruins the game experience for me..Version: 2.5.0

It was fun to start but then as time went by I found that you can’t advance or survive without spending money. At first it was $10 here or there, then it turned out to be $50 and another $50 and another and another. This has to be the most expensive game to play on iOS. Don’t download unless you can afford to spend a couple hundred dollars to stay alive in the game. ✓ Good game could use a little improvementDon’t get me wrong, this is a really good game, but it does have its faults, there could be so much more to it, currently the servers are mostly 2-3 horse races and the other factions get massively left behind, I should know I own a rank 3 faction and it’s being left behind by the top two factions, I’ve had to merge with other factions to keep power up with no proper merge option so I’ve had to get rid of valued members to make room for the merger, the next problem I have is with the battle packs, they cost so much and then when you use the troop tokens you get given for more troops, you don’t get as many as you should and you get less power than you should, personally I think if your going to be paying what is being asked, you should get what the pack says plus a little extra in some cases, server wars are also needed on this game to make it more interesting..Version: 1.1.0

Been waiting for months for something to change. The only way I get by is being in a big faction for protection. If not for the faction. I wouldn’t be able to play the game from how much the gold costs and you need gold to play and survive in this game. It is definitely a pay to play, and pay to win. Sent a few feedback messages being polite and understanding and the only thing that has changed is a bigger bar you can write in. I don’t know if they really care about their player community... ✓ Terrible Customer ServiceI have been playing this game for 2 years and have enjoyed it. During that timeframe, I’ve built up a strong base. A few days ago, my shield went down and I was attacked multiple times on the game. When I was first alerted to the attack, I tried to enter the game but received multiple messages about server issues. I was locked out of the game for 37 mins while I was attacked several times losing almost a million troops. If it hadn’t been for my teammates already logged on, I would have lost my resources too. When I finally was able to get into the game, several players told me they had also been locked out. I contacted customer service and they advised me that they don’t show any server issues at all that day and refused to help me. I find myself locked out this game several times a week for server issues. It happens so much that they have an FAQ about it on their customer service page. I’ve never complained about it a single time, but the first time I lose everything due to THEIR server issue, they refuse to assist me and even deny that it occurred. This is terrible customer service and I will no longer play this game because of it. My husband and I are both closing out our accounts solely because of the customer service issues..Version: 3.5.1

✓ Very buggy and poor customer serviceI’ve played this game for a few years now. Design and game play is pretty good but is dwarfed by the amount of bugs and the extremely poor customer service. I get kicked from game every few minutes, customer service for some reason never replies and when I take actions in game I get the loading screen and when it comes back up the actions are reversed. This is a very expensive game if you want to have some pull it’s not worth it at all. I highly recommend not to even waste your time and this is a lesson learned even after the thousands of dollars I have wasted on this game. The game is getting to expensive now, they are grouping money based events too close together and now adding more ridiculously expensive HQ lvls to an already expensive game. Seems developers are trying to squeeze every last dollar they can out of you. Definitely not the same game I started playing and enjoyed over a year and a half ago. ✓ Very bad programThis is actually a some what fun game to play and I’ve spent a good bit of time playing it. So why 1 star well it’s simply - Gameloft lacks the ability to monitor its own game and therefore if an error occurs you are simply Up A Creek. I had a loss of like 1/3rd of my troops in game do to a technical mistake and they, game support, refused to replace them. I had run into other smaller tech problems before and twice submitted reports with absolutely zero response. The thing is to replace my lost troops is not a big deal. On the other hand, connectivity is an issue, i have perfect wifi and Wireless connection and its very annoying for the game to constantly boot you to the loading screen when trying to do any action. Its a minor bug that should be taken care of. Including that the faction itself could use improvement. Even if its a collect and conquer type of style. Factions who are allied to other factions should be able to have a Union chat or any system that supports the whole allied Union such as rally, resource trade, and union chat. Sadly the faction doesn't really partake that role of ranks for members. Anyone including the rookies can start war between an allied faction, what i mean by that is. Even if you are allied with another faction. A selfish player would scout and attack an allied union. I believe that the attack and scout should be blocked if you are allied to a different faction. However the game is not the reason I’m writing this review. The customer service for this company is among the worst I’ve encountered for application driven games. If you’re fortunate in getting them to respond the first time, you’re at least ahead of what I had. I had to submit twice and it took 3 days for the second request. When they responded they asked exactly what issue I was experiencing. I replied, an issue with the specific pack I purchased and was not provided. They replied our system has no issues it must have been user error. I was a little upset since my purchase history fell in line to exactly which pack I purchased and did not receive. I asked how can I prove this to you, which they replied again it works just fine and was my fault. Even though many people in game that I spoke with have claimed the same issue. We all just sit around in hopes that someone will forget there shield so we can attack them. We all have been waiting to merge with another world so we can all fight together again. We continue to get disappointed when that does not occur. I will continue to wait because when worlds merge it will be a blast again.
