✓ Total pay to winIf you are into games with a bit of challenge or luck this is one is ok. Yet of you want to throw those out the window and just lay down a card and pay your way to the top this is definitely for you. I spent two weeks grinding my character up to 160k power (if you play you know). Just to have a guy join the game and blow past me in less than two days. Sitting there reading in chat about what he’s spent to hit 200k and has almost every character in the game. Then there is the fact that you cannot progress as a team unless you disband your guild and join one of the stronger guilds. Since every guild in the second level and about ties directly into higher level guilds, and if you buck the system the high levels come down and wreck you (had this explained in detail by one of the 3 strongest guilds in the game).Ironworker84Version: 1.2.4

✓ CheatersServer 18 has a guild (PNX) that cheats. They have heroes at 35k power and then 30 minutes later they’re at almost 100k power, they’re mansions aren’t even at levels to do that with gear. Rumor has it that they came from a different server in which they were banned so please devs look into these cheats because they’re ruining it for everyone else Update: They just had a game update that messed up my gear for my heroes. I’m missing legendary gear and the legendary gear that I do have left I can’t add to my heroes. The developers response was it might get fixed when they update again. Totally unacceptable and if I were you I’d stay clear away from this game. Go download Land of Empires if you want a developer that has their stuff together. ✓ Goth version of Raid Shadow LegendsEndless mindless grinding camps to level characters. 6 energy per camp with a max reserve of 100 means 16 camps before no energy. The energy regen is 6 per hour so it takes 16 hours to get full energy. You find yourself barely leveling up even early on. Once you get a champ to 20 you realize the level of grinding for larger crystals to level champs. The cost of moondust to create said crystal is outrageous you can’t even keep up on leveling one champ. It’s utterly disgusting. Leveling takes too long and isn’t engaging enough. Looking for camps to fight is bad design because it lacks a search function. Fighting is bland because it’s auto. The champions and abilities are something rehashed from past games. ✓ Good game being ruinedI’ve enjoyed this game for a long time, it’s been possible to keep up with some big spenders without spending a lot. However it seems to be more and more pay to win everyday. I should have known not to get into this kind of game because it’s all about getting you to spend more and more to compete and tbh it’s at a breaking point. ✓ Racist game & dangerous for childrenI am on a server with this game where a racist bully thinks nothing of abusing players and threatening them with sexual assault. Game Loft has done nothing about this. They send automated responses and let the behavior continue. This game is unsafe for children and unplayable if you don’t burn a hole in your credit card. ✓ It’s my kind of game,but!It’s getting boring. I’m afraid there’s not enough emphasis on using your hero’s for anything other than farming. There are cross guild events which are totally going to ruin this game because they are about to diminish rewards for the majority, but in the end they want each server to go stale so the promise of the next open server gets players jumping ship and starting all over thinking things will be different. Constantly reconnecting, gear loadouts always say that there’s a better option when there’s not, unable to collect shards, unable to collect gold, completely killing your squad in a dungeon after you won the fight. And players using Discord to create Uber Guilds that grief other players. There is zero balance a player with 3.5 million power can attack a player with 30k power. And they do on every server. The packages you can purchase to advance are not worth it. The do not scale the more you spend the less you get. Should be other way around. The only winning strategy is to cherry pick players from other guilds to create an Uber guild and take over server by bullying everyone else. After you’ve been playing for awhile you start to realize though, that there is literally 0 late game content. And I mean 0. The only thing you have to do late game is level heroes. There’s a lot of extremely annoying quality of life issues with the game. ✓ Game has promise but work needs to be doneThe game has a good basic idea, but the fact you need to be in a guild to access even the lvl 6+ box camps is crippling while trying to find an actually active guild. Search engine for guilds is bad, most guilds identify themselves with their 3 letter tag as in all games, but you can’t search for a guild based on that 3 letter tag. Map need to have WWAAYY more higher level camp sections. Having more then 75% of level 1 sections makes no sense. Catacombs are now impossible to do. My highest level hero is level 73 yet I am given level 110 heroes to go against in the first phase. I have no idea how this has been calculated but this is a major balancing issue as it makes progression impossible. Further to this the longevity of the game has not been well thought out. Once a guild has captured the heart then there is no point for others to continue playing. Several of our guild members changed realms after the heart event which we found out removed purchases and progress. If you have made purchases I am of the mind you should be able to transfer those across to another server if you wish. This is a very sleezy tactic from the developers to make more money. The deals are already over priced the least you can do is let people carry over the benefits of the purchases while still starting them from level 1. ✓ No option to choose servers to play with friendsSo this is supposed to be a social game where you play with others, join guilds, etc. Unfortunately they make it almost impossible to play with friends. When you join the game it doesn’t give you the option to choose a server and it doesn’t even tell you what server you are on. I didn’t realize there were different servers until I tried to join my friends guild and send a friend request. When I contacted support the only option they could do was to try to reset both of our accounts at the same time to hopefully get us on the same server, which is impossible since my friend is already very far and has spent real money. It is a unfortunate thing for a social game like this to not give you the option. Joining guilds and playing with friends are my favorite parts of these games. ✓ Flaws keep this from being funThere are several flaws with this game. Players should not be able to repeatedly attack other players. Especially when the other player is much lower in power.
