✓ Locked outI have played original Cok for 2 years and now Cok West for 3 weeks. I have made purchases on my new game accounts. However, at this time, I am unable to log into any of my FB bound accounts. I have mailed support, game Mods, as well as support through FB. I am still locked out unable to collect daily rewards that I have paid for. I will seek a full refund if the game developers do not resolve this. ✓ Not for the casual gamerThere are two big problems with this game for the casual gamer. 1) If you're not willing to invest many hours each day or hundreds of dollars, you can't be competitive. 2) They change the game frequently, adding tweeks here and there, that often are poorly managed and result in more difficulty for the casual gamer. ✓ Not Worth ItSince the update I can’t revive the rewards. When forging armor of 91% brown and 9% purple, it came out Purple. What a rip off. When I asked customer service ( after 2 weeks ) no reply. All they want is your money but dont do any thing for people who spend lots of money on this game. If they do contact you it’s always your fault and tell you it’s a free game and You don’t have to spend money but if you don’t you get beat up by everyone. They claim your ignorant and delete the conversation then you submit it again and it takes another 2 days for them to respond. I spent $3000+ dollars on this game. The other day I had someone say that they were upset with me and were going to report my castle. They decided to report it stolen. I was immediately banned from my castle. Ban time permanent suspected stolen. But they banned my account on a Friday night and won’t reply to me now until Monday after the weekend. Terrible game. ✓ PACKS ARE TERRIBLE, NEED TO SPEND ALOT, GAME GLITCHESThe game glitches are terrible, it kicks you out whilst attacking. I used speed ups and the game glitched, my building didn't upgrade and the developers refused to give me back my resources or my speed ups, basically called me a liar. Another glitch cost me an entire march, once again the developers were arrogant and rude, refused to reinstate my losses. The packs are terrible, the price has jumped up by over 1/3 and you get less than half of what you do in main COK. The kingdoms are thinning out as you have to slender so much to keep up with others. The developers are not helpful at all. The developers take no responsibility for the glitches no matter what evidence you provide, I've supplied countless screen shots. They only care about forcing you to spend more! I suggest this app is removed from the App Store. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.Version: 2.32.0
✓ Glitches and bugsBe careful the game has so many glitches they can’t get them right. They favor the Chinese. If you have a problem you talk with customer service. I call them a do nothing service. You would think they would get tired of saying I’m sorry all the time. You can earn a reward and never get it. But they are sorry don’t expect to get it or to get respect from them. Trust me when I say don’t play it find another game. Every two weeks I have to delete and reload the game. Yet again they are sorry for my troubles. ✓ Should be renamed COK the EastHaving played original COK since it started, I was pleased when they bought out a version aimed at the dwindling number of western players, who were leaving the game in droves because of the dominance of the Chinese Alliances. I decided to give The West the benefit of the doubt and have been playing it regularly from about kingdom 70. I did look in at the earlier kingdoms but stayed with the original game. Anyway, on my return, it is apparent that the West has moved away from its original intention and has also, just like the original COK, been dominated by Chinese players. I suspect, not only players but maybe more like game developers. Every kingdom now has at least one Chinese player going straight to Prestige level castle within the first few days, then soon after to P5 and now P6. They seem to run the kingdoms as if they share in the vast profits that are made. They dictate who gets what stronghold, they manipulate the gameplay, use bots to supply resources and sell to players. Castle finding software allows them to locate the coordinates of any castle they want, with information about when shield is about to drop, troop numbers, where troops outside castles are located etc… I could go on but put simply, SAVE your TIME, EFFORT and MONEY and DO NOT PLAY this rigged game that has more Eastern players than ever before and should be renamed COK the East..Version: 2.114.1

Each of these versions of the game have their own unique playing style so try either of them and see which you prefer, or play both. ✓ Love and Hate itI love this game, but it obviously has big issues. A lot of delayed chat and the fluidity of the game can lag at times. The action and rush to you feel behind the war aspect is what makes it fun. As a spender of in App purchases, they need to give better rewards if they intend on having people buy.
