✓ BugHi, I am experiencing a bug that does not allow me to check or change my teams. Whenever I press on teams or anything related to teams my game automatically bugs and does not show me my character teams. Can you tell me how to fix it? I already restarted the game and my phone and it still does not work..Version: 1.46.1
✓ LET US RESTART THE GAME!!!I love everything but 2 thing about the game: a) it’s buggy when connect to wifi, sometime it would load for a long time and says there are no connection even tho there clearly are. b) why can’t we restart the game/ create a new account on our phone? I can’t even log out of whatever account i have unless i can find a new phone, download the game, link it to whatever and then switch to that account on my phone. I have a limited amount of devices so that means if im dissatisfied with my current acc (which i am) i’m screwed. I like to play a game for a few hours and spend all sort of resources available in game just to learn how things work and then create my main acc, but with this kind of system i have to spend twice the effort just to do things my way. @@ kinda not worth it. ✓ Deleted my data even though I was linkedSo overall I loved this game, it was fun, the character designs were cool, and the storyline was decent. The other day I decided to play the app again, so I opened it up, but when I clicked enter, I was taken to the beginners introduction. I completed the introduction again, and then clicked on my profile to switch my account...The only problem is once I clicked switch, it linked my brand new account instead of linking my old high level account. Now there is no way of retrieving that old account, and personally since I was a very high level on my other account and had limited items, I don’t want to replay the entire game. This isn’t the first time that using a game ELEX company created deleted my data. I used to play Love Nikki and was an extremely high level player. But then one day, I logged on, and the app had deleted all my data plus my linked account. Even though if the issue is fixed, I will not play the game since I lost all my data. I reached out to customer support and never once heard a response, so I said screw it. Play the game if you want to, but this is a warning that your account data will get deleted and you’ll never be able to retrieve it again..Version: 1.36.1

✓ Well....It is good. But it’s very difficult to level up. I want to start 15-1 but I have to be level 40 and I’m level 38. There’s nothing I can do to level up and it’s frustrating. And I get you guys are a company and need to get money somehow but I’m sick and tired of getting the same Food Souls over and over again. Soul Embers are difficult to get without paying money. The other thing I’m frustrated with is the Chest levels and the short time limit. I know games should have a challenge or two but the Chest levels irritating especially if you don’t have any good Food Souls. I do like this game a lot but sometimes I can’t bring myself to play it because of the stuff I mentioned..Version: 1.7.1

✓ Honest ReviewMy first impression was pretty good. The opening sequence it caught my eye and was extremely well made even without voice acting however, went to fast and didn’t give me a chance to read it properly. However once getting into the gameplay and presentation of the game I was disappointed. The Menu screen is extremely cluttered not to mention you also have a restaurant tab which kind of turned me down. The text fonts also seemed lazy and very bland which don’t really match the art style very well. Additionally the game doesn’t really seem to have much depth within it or strategy but just a collectors game. The story seemed pretty generic and dialogue didn’t flow naturally. Also, why is there no voice acting for the beginning of the story and intro doesn’t really make sense to me. If you’re going to voice act, one liners don’t cut it in my opinion. Also music randomly cuts of during the story. I don’t know if it’s just me missing something but it is extremely awkward. I’m only ranting like this because I hoped this game would be good but sorely missed my expectations. The presentation from the advertisement seemed good but the game itself is flawed..Version: 1.1.24
✓ Cute, fun, but super frustratingOverall, I love this game. The little restaurant with a gacha and the fighting mechanics, it’s really fun. There’s also so much you can do in the game, but as someone who likes to play in bursts then suddenly take a break and not touch the game for a day or two, this game is perfect. That aside, though, there are also multiple issues that need to be addressed. First off, the gacha gets really annoying after a while of playing because, even if you buy in bursts, chances of you only getting repeat R valued chards is high. A few times have I gotten the same R card 3 times in a 6 pull. When pulling multiple at once, there should be something in place that helps increase chances of getting cards that are not just R, or at least not the same card 3/6 pulls. I also feel like a one free pull a day would actually go a long way and make a lot of people happy. Customer service is actual garbage. I once purchased $50 in crystals, but never received them. I contacted support and it took them a could two days to finally come back to me. They were slow with responses, kept asking the same questions and for the same evidence over and over again, would tell me to contact Apple only to then tell me no don’t they will deal with it... only to finally tell me after 2 WEEKS that they can’t do anything. What a joke. Mechanics are great, but the respect given to customers is close to nonexistent..Version: 1.7.1

✓ This game is okayI play this game on and off. It's fun but some levels are stupidly hard and you can't get passed them so you're forced to do hundreds of small tasks to get 12 levels above the recommended level for the mission you're doing so that you can complete it. Either raise the recommended level for the mission and be honest or make the game playable. If you don't buy things in this game you hit a brick wall and you can't move forward in the story line. I get more for not playing the game for a month then coming back than I do trying to level up for weeks on end. Also the reality of the probabilities in this game are stupid. The UR are unobtainable from the cardpool so give up there, and getting characters from events is also a fast track down the pay to win street. If you don't have the money to buy items in this game I wouldn't recommend playing. The two options are, pay to complete the storyline or stay to look at the characters you'll never get and look up the end of the story online..Version: 1.44.1
✓ Great game overallImmersive, fun and way above expectations, I’m in love with this game and would have definitely given it five stars if it wasn’t for a surprising number of bugs me and a few of my friends have encountered such as not being able to hire a second waiter or change the current one due to the button simply not working and not being able to decorate the restaurant or move furniture for the exact same reason. ✓ DisappointedI played around launch but quit after the very first Turkey event because the events post Pizza were very p2w. I’ve come back earlier this year and the state of the game’s gotten worse. The ascension system, specifically for limited URs, is a joke because there are now currency conversion limitations so having a bunch of embers (free currency) saved up means nothing. Best case scenario is that you are able to summon 20 times with embers in a limited pool. URs are useless unless they are at least 2* and that would require you to pull multiple copies. I also find it discouraging that some pools require you to pay embers just to select which limited food soul you want. Other than that, the content is pretty much stale. Fruit Tart’s Activeness Report initially a great motivator for me to play seriously again but even then it’s begun to lose its appeal. Maybe I’m just burnt out but I’m sure many others shared my sentiments..Version: 1.36.1

✓ Great game but...I have played Food Fantasy a few days after its release and fell in love with it. But here’s a thing that’s bothering and annoying me. Ever since Fall started, many events were thrown at us and we usually have to spend a lot of money despite having busy schedules and such. What’s more is that after those batches of events, there are even more events that require, again, even more money. It’s extremely excruciating that we have to throw our cash down the drain. Furthermore, please slow down on the events and allow time for us to restock our in-game currencies. Many people have stopped playing Food Fantasy because they were overwhelmed by the events. Come on, think about the players too. Not all of them are able to participate in the events because they prefer not to spend any money..Version: 1.13.1
✓ Basic ReviewGame has been great up until now when trying to open the “SHOP” section to spend diamonds, or tokens or appearance coupons it just kicks me off the game. Also, this game is so money based it’s ridiculous. Getting skins is harder than playing the actual game itself and not everyone has an opportunity to get cool things without spending a boat load of money to get diamonds and soul embers. You have to be either lucky or rich to get your hands on UR even SR food souls the pool probability is insanely ridiculous. Getting shards and ascending food souls is hassle as well. Can’t even upgrade your restaurant or your food souls. This is why so many people stop playing because you can’t get anywhere in the game without having a high player level or spending a boat load of money. Can’t play levels if your player level is low and levels and hearts don’t add up. You can’t play with a good amount of hearts or opportunities which basically leaves you with nothing to do in the game except wait a long time or spend real money. ✓ It was a wonderful game but...Until just recently, when I tried logging back in to check on my account, everything was reset! I looked for ways to bring it back such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app and even signing in and out of my app account but to no avail. When I noticed others having the same issue, all that was told to fix it was to simply create another account and start all over. I must admit, I’m pretty upset with this as I’ve spent many an hour, day, and years on this game accumulating my powers and just nearing the end of the game (especially near my birthday as I was going to reward myself some final upgrades) until it was suddenly torn away from me. If there truly is no way to fix this, I’ll have lost another game to play because of this isn’t fixed, I don’t see why I should continue playing if nothing new I make will be backed up for recovery. ✓ Disappointing with horrible customer supportI really enjoyed this when it first came out, but tons of technical issues kept arising with customer support ignoring chat help even with proof of issues and ignorant responses to valid queries. there are glitches in sound, the ice area, fallen awakening announcements, etc. that have been reported and customer services says it’s not a known issue or issue at all on the developer’s end instead of possibly forwarding the issues to the developer to get things fixed. i have bought currency ingame to no problem until recently and even provided proof of receiving 0 crystals on a pop-up with the corresponding order and they said they wouldn’t help with the issue when it’s apple’s fault, but we all know apple will not mediate and requires us to speak with the developer over inapp purchase issues. overall, there’s a lot to do ingame but it’s riddled with poor programming and management and lack of training to staff that interacts with the player base. many issues with chosen language exist, text is cut off, and notifications aren’t always popping up when things are completed. sound issues are rampant and there is no tech support. i wouldn’t spend more money on a game that obviously unlocks skins and avatar’s for a crazy high price but doesn’t offer good odds for gacha and has uncaring support from idiotic, untrained representatives..Version: 1.4.1

✓ Make things less lateI don’t think something like upgrading your restaurant should be as late in levels as it is right now. I’m level 20 and with +700 fame but can’t even upgrade my restaurant cause’ it’s locked behind later levels. Also, I feel like the souls I have get simply outshined by SR souls. I understand they are powerful but if I go out of my way to unlock linked skills by combining food souls, I shouldn’t be sitting so low in power. I think maybe a special “team comp” bonus would be nice. Like for instance, having all linked spells opened up on a team should unlock an additional bonus like +1000 power boost through stats. I think it’s silly to work so hard on certain souls but no get anything out of it in the long wrong and not even be able to get through the story line with linked skills on weak souls. Skins are also very confusing. Like so many skins I want but how do I get the additional ones? Why aren’t they accessible in the store? Surely that can’t be event skins, cause two skins in store are Halloween themed. I’d like some sort of way to get them, even if I have to pay a couple, A COUPLE, dollars to get them. ✓ Great game, but can’t play anymoreI had the game since it came out, July 20, 2018, and I love this game to pieces. I even showed off some of my pulls to my Facebook. However, I recently lost my phone and had to swap to a new phone due to a sudden internal failure, likely the result of a spill caused by the phone’s previous owner, my mom who was in a nursing home before her passing back in May and who was only able to use one hand. I had by data backed up, and I tried restarting the app up for the first time on the new phone only to find my account was gone. I made a new one, but because of the way the account linking is set up, I clicked on linking my Facebook and Game Center account to the new account without realizing my mistake. The account linking/transfer buttons are so hard to see and there is no prompt to help stop someone from linking their account accidentally. I’ve tried sending a support request (twice because I put the wrong date of creation on the first one), yet it’s been close to a week with no reply. I’m devastated and I really hope I can get my account back because I had a lot of good Food Souls and I was around level 30. I’d give this game five stars, but unless I can get my account back, it’s going to stay as two stars..Version: 1.7.1
✓ Great but it has flawsMy first impression of the game was great and the art style mixed in with food makes it unique but the flaws show. First, off the “you need to be this level.” It’s annoying because I want to keep progressing with the story but I keep getting blocked with this and forces me to level up. Secondly, the summons I feel extremely cheated out of my money and time by doing these summons because the only thing you get are R tier people and rarely ever get anything else from it. So far I have done 10 summons total and still got R tier people so I feel like you should increase the chance of getting a UR or SR because I’m sick of getting R tiers. Lastly everything takes too long cooking is long, delivery’s are long, you get the point so anyways when your done all of those things what now? You did everything you needed to do so what do we do now. ✓ Do not download this terribly run gameThe global version of this game is run by complete clowns who are extremely greedy and dumb. The most recent batch of events have been messed up beyond belief, have screwed people out of a lot of money and have made a good portion of the tiny remaining playerbase want to quit entirely. They release events so slowly on the global version that the events we received recently were broken versions of the events that released on the Chinese version of the game a whole year ago plus we didn’t even get everything we were supposed to. We were supposed to get 10 free skin pool items so many people bought packs and spent saved up diamonds in anticipation for those but they refuse to give them to us so now if we want one of the special guaranteed skins we need to buy even more overpriced packs. This isn’t the first time they’ve scammed people out of money either, previously people have bought packs and didn’t receive them then when they contacted support they were just like “sorry, can’t do anything”. I honestly don’t know how this fraud game is still running but with the large amount of people who quit back in 2020 and the people who will certainly quit this year I can’t see this game being alive too much longer.Version: 1.46.1
✓ SWEET TOFU’S LINKED SKILL NEEDS FIXINGI’m only putting 1 star so Elex can fix their issues!! I love the game to death, but I have Sweet tofu and Salty tofu on the same team. The linked skill is supposed to be better than the regular skill and they’re both on the same lvl, but for some reason, Sweet tofu’s linked skill is worse than his regular skill? He heals around 300-ish HP per second for 4 seconds and like 110-ish HP for 1 second with his linked skill, but in his regular skill, he heals like 660-ish HP for 4 seconds? Even his linked skill descriptions shows it as being worse than his regular skill! This needs to be fixed!!! Also, there’s missing words in sentences, run-on sentences that don’t show up entirely on the loading screens. Also, there’s issues with the restaurant, where sometimes even though there’s food on display, the staff won’t deliver the food to the customers and the customers leave angry. I love this game so so much, but it definitely need fixes more than the events coming out so quickly..Version: 1.11.1

✓ Get yourself together ElexI love this game so much and it is such a shame that the global server is not getting the right treatment that they should be getting due to Elex’s neglect for us. At first I would have been a bit more kind due to this pandemic but other games Elex do for global players have been getting updates and bugs fixed when they pop up. Not acceptable. The Japanese voices haven’t been working in game for nearly 2 whole weeks now. We keep getting promised events that just don’t happen or that are extremely glitched or just reruns that aren’t as fun for an older player like me. Where is our anniversary event. Where is Natto’s background. Where are the Umeshu and Natto gate of trails we were promised after their event. The recent event for Tofu Puff was active for a few days before players were actually notified about it like we usually are therefore making it more difficult to actually get Tofu Puff. I’m tired of being neglected and most people in the food fantasy reddit are fed up with us global server being neglected and having to just put up with all the bugs and the lack of events. Food-based humanoid spirits is a fresh concept for a mobile app game, and I certainly loved seeing how foods I knew were designed and implemented into the game. If you want to play something laid-back, you've come to the right place - the narrative is slow and steady, and the combat system is simplistic. Coming from a casual gamer, I don't like the noisy, cluttered interface. I also prefer games with more strategy involved. The voice acting, in my opinion, is just passable. The game's story failed to hook me because I didn't feel any attachment and excitement; it felt generic and a bit lazy on the writing side. However, that is just my opinion. ✓ Stuck on “Begin Update”I initially played this game last summer and seriously had a phenomenal time and I temporarily deleted it out of absorption into the game. I decided to redownload it on my 6S but I had this problem where it would “Begin Update” which was a perpetual loading screen that would continually count up to points where it reached 10000 or even 20000 and never really open as the app. This is such an annoying issue and I just want to get back into the gameplay; I've restarted my phone and tried redownloading it 4-5 times.
