✓ Great gameChill, Rhonda. Before you review the game negatively, you should realize that you can change the dictionary so more words are accepted (not 'excepted', genius). Choose 'full' instead of 'abridged' in the options menu. This is a fun game and a nice distraction. Great for kids, too..Version: 1.0

You can now play it horizontally, however, I would like it better if everything was a little larger. Letters are too small. Also, they could get rid of the sound on wrong answers. There is occasionally a “stumper” word but learning those increases your knowledge. If ever I have a few moments to kill, I pull up Whirly Word and figure out some words. ✓ LAF in FLJust bought the new HD version. Loving the landscape view option. The dictionary and expanded word base is a major improvement for me. I have been playing this game since the original came out. My only disappointment is that the wheel and word boxes are now so much smaller. Can we go back to the original screen presentation size in a future update? We old timers with tired eyes would really appreciate it. All else is perfect..Version: 1.0

✓ Great game, awful dictionaryThe game itself is great. The dictionary is a bad joke. Common words are missing, but obscure foreign words abound. I'm not talking about English words of foreign origin. I'm talking about foreign words that would never be used in an English sentence. Fix this and this would be an amazing game. Just to give the most recent, egregious example, "tiros" is apparently a word, but the singular (and also utterly misspelled) "tiro" doesn't exist. Argh! It's hard to get through a single puzzle without finding a missing word or a ludicrous foreign inclusion..Version: 1.1
