✓ Good game but some problems...I downloaded this game because it looked interesting and had really good reviews. I liked it at first, it challenges you and has some really fun puzzles to solve, but then I opened the safe and pulled out an ornate box. I solved most of the puzzles on the box, but when it came to looking to looking in the telescope, my whole screen went blank. I have been reading other reviews of this game and approve of most of them, sure the game is really good and it doesn’t have adds, but only about 1 person has had the same problem as I have. No matter how many times I restart my iPad and restart my progress in the game, the glitch is still there. Please consider my advice before downloading this game..Vlogprincess2Version: 1.0.4

✓ Glitches Spoil PlayEnjoyed game first time. When I downloaded it again to re-play the video sequences did not run which made it impossible to progress through the game as some clues are revealed through mini movies within the game play. I also had no 'epilogue' after finishing game. Perhaps game has not been updated to run on current iOS? Pity but I guess this game is now too old to maintain so I must just play the more recent episodes. The later episodes have better narratives so its no big loss - I just like to play a series of games from start to finish, my obsessiveness I guess..==Anno2016==Version: 1.0.4

✓ Bug in chapter 3!What a fantastic game - have been enjoying this with my kids and we just love it. But we have come across a show-stopping bug in chapter 3 when you look at the photo of the house through the eyepiece with the glasses on - the screen goes black and doesn’t play the video (had to look up in google what is meant to happen), so we can’t get the next clue. ✓ No VideoThe videos do not work. They go black screen and freeze the game. Everything else is amazing but now I have to cheat and look things up because of a bug. I will change my rating to 5 stars if they fix this but I have no hope on a 9 year old game..PsidonVersion: 1.0.4

✓ You need to answer people for this immediately!!Tons of people are sending reviews on chapter 2 movie sequence through the telescope! It is not playing and only gives a black screen! A lot of us really need you to answer us and help fix this ! I love your games I’m never going to give you anything lower than a three star and I have already played this game several times and this is the very first time I’ve ever had this problem the creators need to work on this game again and start doing updates because it’s not working now. ✓ The most honest review 8 years onWhen this game works like it should, it is by far one of the best puzzlers out there. However there are still bugs which the developers even though have said they’re fixing clearly haven’t in the 8 years that this has been available. As you can see by the version history, the last update was for ios9 4 years ago! Yet the main bugs still haven’t been fixed. Chapter 3 photo puzzle doesn’t work just crashes the app. Btw the answer is “sigil”. It’s the word you’re meant to get from the photo with the eyepiece if it actually worked. The other bug is that on finishing chapter 4 and clicking continue to epilogue, again just crashes the game and the only way to try and get to the epilogue is to redo the whole of chapter 4 again only for it to just crash again. If you’re going to leave this game on the App Store, fix it. Otherwise remove it.LYSF999Version: 1.0.4

✓ No longer worksAs others have noted, the game no longer loads vital video clues on iOS 14 and its unlikely to be fixed (sadly). It should be deleted from the App Store so people don’t waste their time playing the game since it’s impossible to finish. ✓ Great gameplay, troubling subject matterWhen one plays The Room, The player has to admit that the quality of the puzzles and style of gameplay are top notch! Some of the best in the entire app store. However, the content, or the subject matter behind the puzzles ought to be deeply troubling to any player. Despite the game designers' best efforts to assert otherwise, The Room will introduce the player to occult material. Tarot cards, astrology, satanic symbology, conjuring of demonic presence (Ashtaroth/Ishtar/Isis), and Sigils, among others. The developers suggest it is all just coincidence or meaningless because the artwork was merely invented for the game, but buyer take note that you are not purchasing a religiously neutral game. More transparency at the point of purchase would be preferable. Just know what content you are about to venture into..Servo922Version: 1.0.4

✓ Amazing game broken in ios 14I have all the games in the series and like to go back and replay each one when the mood strikes me. Today I was shocked to see that on the chapter after the the tutorial level, where you look through the telescope after winding the key it just comes up as a black screen. There seems no way to get past this. I just updated to ios 14.1 today...it worked fine in ios 13. I tried reinstalling it but to no avail. Such a shame! I hope you guys will look into fixing this but I guess since it was last updated 5 years ago then it won't be looked at 😢..Jobabob BeeVersion: 1.0.4

✓ It’s brokenDon’t buy it until they say they have fixed it they are saying that if you power your iPad off and turn it on again then everything fixes, but that isn’t true I’ve powered my iPad off about nine times and nothing is different. When I go to look through the little telescope it shows a black screen and nothing else it does that until you restart the game by swiping up on the tab. I have even tried re installing it but everything stays as broken as it was before. Please don’t waste your money on this game until they find out how to fix it.Its_pandaplays6Version: 1.0.4

✓ Help!I did Old Sins and enjoyed it, so I went to do the first one, but chapter two, the screen goes blank when viewed through the telescope and freezes. Have to exit game and re-enter. Used eyepiece to look again, just black and frozen screen again. I can’t get the word I need to progress in the game. If I can’t get this, I won’t buy the other ‘rooms, which I was going to do. ✓ BrokenUsed to be a great game but now it is impossible to finish!! There’s a puzzle in Chapter 3 that doesn’t work anymore and just results in a black screen and you can’t progress to the epilogue either for the exact same reason!! It’s a joke that people are being charged money for a game that the developers know they cannot finish!! Either fix the game or remove from the store!! ✓ Loved the game until....I loved playing this game until I tried to put the square peg into the square hole. Tried over 3 days and countless ways of aligning up the square peg to the square hole... but app stuck on that step. I appreciate that the keys have to be properly aligned but this peg is a square so all sides are equal! So deleted app out of frustration as couldn’t finish game. Shame as I am a big fan of your puzzle games.... without this glitch, definitely higher rating....Mib2009Version: 1.0.4

✓ The roomThis game is a great disappointment it jammed up early on. Started the game again, got further but then it jammed again, went back to the beginning, jammed again, switched I pad off started again still jammed. I repeated this over and over for about a week.
