Almost perfectThis is a great app and works very well, however some of the buttons/links in the app don't work eg in the help section. I have noticed this particular error on other of your body workout apps aswell and I believe that if you fix this problem the apps would be perfect, they are the only thing i can see wrong with them. PhenomenalAbsolutely amazing, useful, helpful and for the bundle of all the integrated apps well worth the $9. I was a fitness but but fell off the wagon 6 yrs ago and getting back into it, I always over exerted myself thinking I could do more than I actually could/should. This forces you to start slow and light gradually increasing reps and exercises from beginner, intermediate and finally advanced. Highly recommended. Great workout AppI had the 5k run, 100 push-ups, 200 sit-ups and the pull-up pro. This is just a good edition. But this app inspired me to space the squats sit-ups and push-ups over my work day as I can do those without having to change or go to the gym. Maybe when I get further down the line I'll group them again but to start, I'd recommend getting at least those three and doing them at your desk, especially when you're feeling a bit tired. Squats work better than coffee and burn instead of adding calories!!!.Version: 5.5

Thighs are shrinking!!I got this app to supplement some of my other fitness apps (mainly from the makers of this one). I am on week ten now and for the last few weeks I have really noticed that my thighs and rear have become more toned and feel much stronger. When I get to the end I'll keep going but maybe add some light weights to maintain the benefits. The app isn't rocket science but has helped me keep track of my progress and keep me true to rest periods (although I only rest for 30secs rather than 90). If you want to track your progress and want to follow a simple and steady exercise that really does make a difference then it may well be worth a couple of pounds to download this app. I really love the results I am getting for only a few minutes every other day :).Version: 5.5
