✓ Fun but buggyI’ve played for a while, but never experienced issues till now. when i recently logged into the game, i went to the research screen. yk how you slowly unlock each section? i had already finished the entire thing, but upon checking it, the last two rows were locked again. when they unlocked, everything that had been there previously was lost, such as all my spawners which were of high level and literally all my most valuable objects were kept there too. i genuinely could not play the game further due to this, so i deleted it and reinstalled in the hopes that it would return to normal, but no. also, all my diamonds, and money were gone, but like the shops and employees were still there. idk what happened but i can’t really play anymore without spawners. 🥲🥲.Version: 3.5.0

✓ Lost my stuff 🤬I was in the mall upgrading and i bought the flower shop, it unlocked 2 zones in the merge area and i lost BOTH of my shopping spawners that ive been upgrading for some time now! i merge the pots that ive been saving for too, then when i go back in the game in the morning it removes it and tells me i have to unlock them again even after the first time i spent my gems unlocking them because you cant merge anything with top tier! i want my stuff back and gems that was a WASTE!.Version: 3.5.0

✓ Sexist AdSaw this game’s ad multiple times on a different game. Their ad is the most sexist, disgraceful ad ever. It begins with a woman and a man sitting next to each other. The guy is scripting the entire game criticizing the woman by saying “She’s saying all day that her mall is going bankrupt. Wonder how she’s playing it. This is utterly terrible. Only two shops and there’s garbage everywhere. Why is she even saving up. What’s the point. Is she even playing?” If you’re going to make an ad such as this, then that goes to show a lot about how disrespectful your team’s culture and values are. ✓ Cute but very buggyThe game is cute but there are several massive issues it needs to address. - I spent a ton of time and energy to get myself ranked in the top 30 for delivery/order points, the next morning the game says I did nothing and get the lowest base rewards. This happens 50% of the time and I can’t figure out why. - I save often, but the game deleted the event truck and all the candies I created the night before. Of course the items I put into it are gone. - if you use a spawn regenerator that puts it over (ex: 30/20 for the oven), if you close the game and return, those extra points disappear. - The game often glitches when you try to assign a hamster for delivery. You need to restart because it won’t finish the final step to deliver. - The Report Issues button leads to a broken Facebook link in safari that tries to make you download Facebook messenger. I’ve submitted multiple feedbacks in place instead but got no resolution. My advice: don’t invest time and money into this game until the bugs are fixed. This game clearly has issues and I wouldn’t trust buying anything in game with actual cash..Version: 3.4.0

✓ Cute But Issues!I love playing this game when I'm bored and it's super cute. But I opened the app today and for some reason the progress on my research board was deleted. The two bottom corner sections of my board reset and I lost my level 7 clothing rack, level 6 potted plant, level 6 cleaning cart, and 2 level 6 cluster slpendeds!! I don't understand what glitch could have made the game think I never unlocked those spots and reset them when I reached the figure shop already. Please fix this..Version: 3.4.0
