✓ Fun to play when it works!90% of the time the game is fun snd challenging. I like games of strategy and skill. This one requires both. However 10% of the time it hangs up and when it does you lose the game, coins and tickets. This has happened even during tournaments and thats frustrating and expensive. I have an iPhone 7 with the latest IOS. So it is not my phone causing the problem. Also my wi-fi is 4- 5 bars. Storm8 needs to fix these bugs. I am done..Version: 1.3.5

✓ Fine but lots of room for improvementThis is a good pool game with solid graphics, decent physics and nice game features like single games and tournaments that keep things fun. This said, there's lots that could be improved upon. Here's a few things: - make the balls bigger so that they are in proportion to the size of the table and so they are easier to see. - make the table bigger so it fills more of the screen. I'm using a 6s. There's a lot of empty space that could be used. - the physics are decent for simple shots but work on improving the motion of the cue ball when it's got spin applied. ✓ GlitchesThis is a really fun game and the best pool game out there that I have tried. The major problem is that this game has too many glitches. The support is horrible. You need to wait a day to get more tickets, even with perfect internet connection the game stalls and your tickets or money get lost and it is especially frustrating in tournaments. Also sometimes waiting for opponents in tournaments and then after waiting for 20 minutes once you leave you loose your money that you used to enter the tournament. It is really a shame that such a fun game has so many glitches and lack of support..Version: 1.3.5

In tournaments, ALWAYS in the finals, it sits on the screen before the game loads and the GAME NEVER LOADS. You receive such limited tickets daily that when the game shuts down for no reason in the middle or after it's taken your tickets, it is impossible to enjoy how great this game could be. ✓ Could be betterI love this game. PROS: The graphics are really good and it makes it fun to play. CONS: If it loses a connection (even if for a couple of seconds), it takes you out of the game and you've lost the coins it took to play & you don't get them back. I also think the time limit between a reload of coins should be a lot sooner than 21 hrs. If you need to keep it at that, then allow us to buy tickets with our coins. It's difficult to know if you're playing a real person or a robot. It costs too much to buy a better cue stick, and worse for table covers. I reached the highest level (35) quite a few months ago, but no new levels have been added. Please add more. One last thing is when the clock runs out, it should run out. I had to wait not only the 30 seconds for my opponent, but more than 5 min before they finally got back to the game. Some never come back & I lose my tix & cannot play as many games as I wanted. ✓ Dirty on the DropoutsThe game is rigged. On 3 occasions playing in tournaments it drops me out of the game and takes my coins. This never happens when playing the other pool game called "Miniclip 8-Ball Pool". Learn from the Miniclip. Learn from the best and fix these glitchy issues. I am over it. ✓ Just missed 5 starsLove the game and the action. The two issues that kept a five star review away are the stability issues with regards to the server connectivity. Many times there have been issues maintaining connectivity and thus forcing the end of the game. This brings up reason two for a star deduction. ✓ Waiting for opponents ruleShould be a rule that if the opponent has not moved in 2 minutes you automatically win rather than having the sign "waiting for opponents" pop up and then not have them ever touch that game again. ✓ SlackersCrap. A few fixes needed like winning a game n endin up losing due to a connection error while bein sat less than 10 ft from a wifi modem. Being able to play without having to wait 21 hrs would b a good improvement. ✓ Fraud & FrustratingThis game is cool if you don't mind playing with a computer.... It's computerized players that will act like they are loosing to keep you coming back! You need tickets to play and you can open up new tournaments every time I get to the tournament and win the game freezes up and kicks me back out without the prize! You can text your opponent but they come back with the came response which is ;) but text you all the time! Also they line the ball up in a matter of seconds hitting the shot on point only missing to make you think it's a true game! Haven't played with a person YET!! If the game can't find a player, you'll get matched with the computer but it acts like a player. You can tell because the computer will talk to you and say "good game" at the end. Real people rarely talk. Computer players after a certain level are just ridiculously good. I can at the most get 1 or 2 shots in until they win. Most of the time they make lucky shots a lot but will randomly mess up an easy shot. It is weird how each shot has a timer, and if a real player doesn't make a shot, you have to wait even more time. Seems redundant. Tickets to play games refresh every 16 hours. So. It a big deal to me. I can play 5-6 games before running out which is fine because I get bored around that time..Version: 1.3.5

I've been playing this game for several years on my free time and have been extremely aggravated with the non-stop glitching. To make matters worse, I never get refunded tickets for these games I never get to play. The app has some bugs for sure but the support team have been great and I'm sure they are working hard to fix the issues. Would love to see an enhancement that would allow us to choose our opponents, like a friend's list or brackets. For example, I buy into a tournament and far too often when I get to the finals ahead of the other side of the bracket, the final game never begins. I have to restart the app losing my entry fee. ✓ It's A Trap!By far the best graphics offered for a pool game but way too many issues. They screw you out of tickets and coins any way they can. You have to wait 20hrs to get your 55 ticket allowance and you can't even save them. If you try to they'll give you less the next time around. Mind you to play you can give up between 6-11 tickets in one go. You even have to use tickets in practice mode. As for the coins, I just entered a tournament with an entry fee of 600 coins and it kicked me out before it even began and I didn't get those tickets back. I rather settle for okay graphics then get duped by this crap game. Plus at least 1/2 of the players seem like computers. ✓ Pool!I had the rating at 4 stars but have decided to drop it to 3. I never get to use all 80 coins, it takes my coins, then jumps to opponent selection for about 2 seconds, then kicks me out. I find myself at my home screen. Plus, i find it funny that 5 out 8 games I get down to my last ball and always scratch. Then the other player usually runs the table. I don't mind the reload time but at least stop kicking me out. I happen to enjoy it this game or I would have deleted it a year and a half ago..Version: 1.3.5

✓ This game takes your ticketsFor instance, I was playing a tournament and I clearly won, but instead of saying " you won " the game froze up for about five minutes. I was still able to communicate with the other player while the game was froze up. When the game unfroze, it came back and said that I did not hit the eight ball so the other player had ball in hand and they ended up wining, when clearly I did hit the eight ball and should have been the real winner..Version: 1.3.5

✓ Its an ok gameIt an ok game could use some work though. Like for instance if your new and enter a torney you face people that are 35 and up also if your playing a game you face pros no matter what game you play for this i give 3 stars they should be a rank system you go through and face people simlur to your level instead of facing people 10-20 levels higher then you.Version: 1.3.5
