✓ Fix the bugsI play this game all the time. But I am noticing bugs with the game, like when I have make enough matches for one of my team member to do their trick, I get the points for them doing the trick but they don't do the trick. It's getting really annoying as they should be removing objects but they don't. They just attach the "bad guy" but the object they were supposed to remove is still there. Making some levels extremely difficult to beat. Please fix as this is probably my favorite game on my phone..Lana1026Version: 1.3.2

✓ Fun game, terrible supportThis game is fun and very addictive, like many other similar puzzle games. I (foolishly) made in-app purchases for game currency (gold) but there were errors when I tried to cash it in, that were impossible to document. I wrote to customer service, but instead of doing the right thing, and just crediting me the in-app game currency (didn't even ask for a $$ refund), they told me that without proof, they couldn't do anything about it. Now, on top of that they took several days of emailing back and forth with me asking for details of the issue, and in the end did NOTHING to resolve my issue, saying there was nothing they could do. Talk about adding insult to injury! I had never reported an issue or requested a credit in the past, and I can understand if they would deny it if there was reason to believe I was abusing the benefit of the doubt, but this was a first time issue, severely mishandled. It would cost them nothing to give me a few measly credits, but instead, I will never make another in-app purchase again. TL;DR- game is fun, but don't spend any $. ✓ I'm so disappointed.I used to have this game when I was younger, but I deleted it out of frustration. So I got it again, thinking I would do better since I'm 5 years older. Nope. ✓ FIX IT PLEEEAASSSEEEEI want to give this game 5 stars because I absolutely LOVE it... buuutttt I can't because of the glitch in the loading process. I'm well into the 300's on the levels, but every time I open the game it doesn't load to were I am in the game. It starts from the first level, and I have to wait for it to load then scroll all the way back through the game to get to my level. It quite annoying!! And to make matters worse I have to be connected to a wifi for it to do all of this. If I'm not on a wifi connection, it may never load(which wasn't a problem when I originally downloaded the game) I'm on the verge on deleting it but like I said I love this game. ✓ Great game but too focused on getting moneyI love the game. It's a lot like Nintendo. But the tactics to get money are annoying most annoying is the energy system where one has to pay or wait for hours to try again on a level. Personally I think ads would be better. I am on a fixed income. I can't afford to buy virtual stuff. If buying things was not so prominent I would rate this 5 stars but it is a 3 because of that issue. ✓ This game is good however improvements are neededI have played this game for months on my Mini iPad then I purchased an iPad Air and downloaded the game and I was disappointed to learn that I lost all of the Puzzle Pals and coins that I purchased. This game does not let the user log into Facebook or sync device to a laptop to gain access to current account settings and your purchased treasures instead users will have to start the adventure from the beginning. Another irritating factor about this game is that users have to play each level without knowing what type of monsters or tricks you must defeat to win a level so the user will have to play the level first before determine what is needed to maneuver so basically you will lose a life just to review the level to prepare for what you are up against. Yes, IMPROVEMENTS ARE NEEDED! I am updating my post to to inform gamers that the game developers have not created a way for gamers to learn more about the puzzle pals powers. ✓ Issues that need to be resolvedThis is a great app however with that being said it has a few issues that need to be addressed. The first is that your data is not saved so if you get a new phone you have to start all over. Secondly is that at times Ive passed a level only to not advance which results in me spending more and more money. Right now I'm at level 501, used more energy to pass the level only to be stuck there indefinitely. I'm owed over 300 coins and no way to get those back. ✓ 2 ProblemsOverall I enjoy playing, however, there are two problems I have with this game. The first is that the data is not saved in the backup. This means that every time I get a new phone, I have to start the game over from the beginning again. I have tried restoring from backup through both iTunes and iCloud (yes, I made sure that the backup was turned on for this app) and still, I have to start from the beginning on new device. This seems to be an issue with all of the Storm8 games that I have played. I quit playing a few of them because of it. I didn't feel like starting over again. The second issue I have is that there is almost no way to earn gold without buying it. ✓ Used to really enjoy this gameThis is my second review. After playing it for quite awhile, I have gone from really enjoying it to thinking about quitting to play it. As some other people have stated, the levels are ridiculously hard. In fact the level I am on has timers that blow up if you fail to make a match. Not only that, the colors you need to match in order to win don't even have the colors of the jewels needed to match! For example, you need to match 90 yellow and 90 light blue. Well there is usually plenty of yellow, but by the time you use up the moves allowed, you maybe have matched 50 blue, but there is only 1 left!! So of course in order to win, you would have to...guess what?...buy lives!! If that isn't a blatant way to get money from us, I don't know what is!! ✓ Not bad.... BUTI really like matching games, and this one is pretty cool, but... Unlike other games you win nothing. You earn keys to get "pals" but they don't really help they are part of the game and you have to have pals to play. You don't win gold bars and need too many for extra moves, no challenges, no quest (as the name suggest). If you need to reload the game, you go to settings and sign in with Facebook, you might need to play the first few levels but will sync. If your not using Facebook you will lose everything. Some levels are extremely hard to pass which makes the game no fun. They need to add more fun stuff to the game, win a chest of keys and gold, watch an ad movie and win gold bar.... Add something!!!! ✓ Cute gameI love the match 3 games & I really like this one with added pals you collect to beat levels. I wish there was a better way to learn about each pal's power. Only the ones during the tutorial give you a good overview. I'm finding it hard to move on as well. I went back about 15 levels go get more keys to get more pals but I can't ever seem to get 3 stars on certain levels. I'm way above the level requirement so this can be frustrating. I have also not figured out a way to make friends and exchange gifts. My husband also plays & we both linked to Facebook but the only thing that seemed to do is remove him from the invite friend section. If I go to the mailbox it says I don't have any friends/gifts. This one puts a twist on the common concept by collecting "friends" with special powers related to the goal of each puzzle which, again, I praise the designers for originality but personally I have issues. The game includes a QUICK tutorial at the beginning of each level something is added but it goes so fast and doesn't elaborate well enough for some of these special "friends" and their powers. So you say, hey just replay the tutorial, right! I've looked everywhere with no success. They have a "key" but again if you don't understand the "key" is useless. It freezes mid attack quite often, and I lose the energy used as a result of having no choice but to exit. 2. The energy takes a whole hour to regenerate just ONE energy, seriously!?
