✓ Would be a classicThis *would* be a classic except the entire game is built around trying to get you to part with cash to buy tokens. After a few hours of playing you reach a point where you need to pay to proceed or the game just becomes impossible. Shame because it was actually enjoyable up until that point..Version: 1.6.0
✓ Decent, to be sureWhen I first saw what the exploration of new sectors was like, or heard "look around in the world map... Claim...Build a base," I groaned, but to my surprise this game does not fall victim to the same flaws as others of its type. There is no energy, and the only thing slowing you down when you want to fight, fight, fight, is maybe a rapid regenerating health bar. Base building is good, as every building is unique and has meaning. Resource demands can be met pretty easily in the early game. The combat is fun and action filled, allowing skill to make a difference. However, there are some of its own mistakes, mainly combat related. Enemies deal waaay too much damage in melee range, though the player gains no such bonus (and almost all enemies WILL suicide charge you eventually, and are still no easier to kill). The automatic use of health restoration in combat is massively annoying and mostly just wastes resources in close battles where they are not needed. Armored targets are also immune to normal shots (guess what, you need consumables!) and are super annoying, especially as they are a part of PVP from the very start. Overall, a pretty fun game, just slightly dragged down by annoyances..Version: 2.0.0

✓ Compelling but just a money grabIt’s rather fun to play at first but you soon realize that it’s designed purely to make you spend money. All the tasks are fairly circular. You need a certain amount of stuff to buy or make ammunition but you spend it just as quickly completing the missions that get you more. As soon as you do get enough of a resource to buy something you need, the game introduces something else that you need more that costs everything you have. ✓ Needs to changeI absolutely love this game I’ve downloaded it on every phone I’ve ever had, but being unable to sign in with google and Facebook makes me not want to play or spend money. I’m scared I’ll lose all my stuff that I bought with real money and have to start over again. And the price of items from the smuggler is just too much. $20 US dollars for a companion or $25 US dollars for a gun that will be replaced in a couple days is just way too much. No one wants to spend money because it’s just too much to spend for one item. I want to buy the spider companion but it’s just ultimately way too much money. ✓ Ptw :/It was great for a couple of days, but holy crap...it scaled up the difficulty so fast in just a couple of levels that it became quite clear that ftp would have to grind harder than they would on an old nintendo rpg game lol 😝 The only good weapons u get require tons of ammo cause battles will eat it like a fat kid hungry for cocoa in a chocolate store 😋 its too expensive to produce constantly and time consuming as hell (just like grenades, recovery items, etc.), which wouldnt be so bad....if the resource buildings werent such a ripoff :S they take several hours to fill and give a small pittance compared to what u would need to continue clearing enemies, even the respawn ones...which are far easier than the storyline ones :P the heavy, slow and extremely unrewarding grind is REAL in this game 👎 sorry guys, u did an amazing job on this thing so it sucks that i have to vote it down for such a terrible flaw, nice to see something original at least 😆 if u enjoy paying for games though, this is a good one to dump ur money in, its fun and has a good storyline with decent plot developments to keep it interesting.Version: 3.4.8

✓ About as slow as evolutionEverything takes soooo long, endless grinding of missions just to get resources to research a new item then another few days of endless mission grinding to produce it, then more endless mission grinding to upgrade it, then more mission grindi..... You get the picture. pvp seems to be pointless and upgrades for pvp base defence don't work. ✓ Ok fun addictive game BUT!Make it more realistic in terms of payments for items? Example to get Stormtrooper armour not only do you have to pay through the nose to research it! Then 4500 energy and 1300 steel to produce it! But wait, not that easy as you can only store 1100 steel!! What! ✓ Not too bad but keeps crashingTried this for a change from the "battle for the control of the galaxy" type of games. Gameplay is ok with a lead story line which is fine. ✓ From my cold, dead handsThat's how this game can get my money. This is a terrible grind because grinding is tedious and resource consuming. It's set up as a game where you work to earn, but you spend resources faster than you make them. If you have 2 minutes to spend every few hours the this game may be for you. Research something at the cost of resources, then produce it at the cost of resources-- all while spending resources trying to make progress. Did I mention upgrades also take resources and time for a small boost to a single stat? Upgrading the damage on your pistol costs more than upgrading your resource producers-- 2 damage increase by the way. Medkits, which you'll need extremely early, will wipe out your stock quicker than the game loads. Look at this, you need 50 of a certain resource per kit, and your basic production is 17 per hour. At least one kit per fight on average (by the third mission). That's obscene. I'm all for purchases when it's a good game. This is just an effort to bully you into buying. Think I'm exaggerating? Try the game, fight some armored enemies with no energy weapon (your basic weapons can't damage them), then come rate this game what it deserves..Version: 1.6.0

✓ Deal breakerI liked the combat system, I did, but the management of resources was what broke the deal for me. In order to produce, research, or build anything you need to occupy an operation slot. Of course you only start with one operation slot and you have to purchase more in order to work on anything concurrently. Any developer of tower defense or base development games will tell you that your players need to be able to work on multiple sites concurrently even if they are limited to one action per site. And it's not like there is a good story reason for it: There's one character for each type of building that you'd normally use so it's not like there's a lack of human resources to apply to any given action. The only reasons I can think of to have such operation slots are either to slow the game down or to heavily monetize it neither of which is a good reason to put that kind of limitation in the game..Version: 2.1.0

But I find myself waiting long periods of time just to gather resources before progressing. I'm on day three of just opening the app for literally 5 seconds to harvest then playing another game cause I need more ammo To make it to the next level. Please lower the cost of research and more importantly ammo. I end up using my pistol for everything and it's just not powerful enough to progress at a rate high enough to keep my attention. Hacker disks are also to rare since you need these to help increase your resource count beyond just what your mines can produce. LOWER THE COST OF EVERYTHING and add a few ads throughout the game this will help to cover costs and keep the game intriguing. Example: 50 steel instead of 200 for assault ammo but every time you make one an ad pops up. After all, this is how I found your app and started playing it. An ad through another game..Version: 2.1.0

✓ Make a great game, then strangle the people who enjoy it with IAP.Updated: I took the plunge and spent $10 on the game. This got me some special handgun, an structure to get more resources daily, and VIP status which improves rewards and daily resources. It sounded like it should greatly reduce the "IAP wall" and let me enjoy the game. It does not. Everything cost way too many resources. You clear a world and rescue an NPC, be prepared to start saving for a week to pay them to join you. You unlock a cool weapon after spending lots of item to beat an overpowered boss, be prepared to start saving for a week to research it. Then you can save to make it. Finally you can save for ammo. You want to get through the next fight? Hopefully you have the new NPC and cool weapon. Really annoying, because there's a good game underneath all the IAP. Original review: This is a really fun game. The only issue is the resources are too scarce. The game basically hammer you with wait times. You wait to get resources, you wait to research something, you wait to create the thing you researched. You get some things to do while you wait, but there's just lots of waiting. It's a shame, because it's a really fun game with neat mini-games. I hope they tweak all the waiting and resource grinding. ✓ Good game but frustratingThis game is fun but tough and takes a lot of strategy. Also in Pvp you will run into opponents that have paid more than you have so you will get beat a lot. Still fun even though spending money is a must, more so than in a lot of games but it's quite addictive. Update: When you buy a better gun or earn one in-game it should feel better but it doesn't. It seems the enemies scale to your gun and it feels the same as the previous gun. I'm level 31 with the best gear, guns and grenades I've seen so far but I can't advance further. The boss I have can't be beat and I've tried several different strategies. I would like to see the end of the story but it's dissapointing at this point. Also can't even get past level 3 & 4 missions anymore which things should be getting easier as you level. At this point grinding missions seem pointless. The slow motion is overdone. The enemy keeps coming and you can't do anything.I could keep firing if it wasn't for that but the game wants to force you to do what it wants you to do so you have very little control and this ony gets worse the higher in level you get. The sole aim seems to be to encourage you to spend a lot of money for very little excitement in return. Like a lot of these games, there are those who succeed but purely because they have big credit limits on their cards. To really attain the goals will cost a great deal of real cash. I haven't totalled up how much I've spent. It is the first game that I have invested real money in. I don't think it would come as a shock if I've exceeded £200. ✓ Piece of crapThis game is made to take all your money, nice history designed to reel you in to a pay walled game with doesn't let you continue till you pay a lot or grind almost for a week to slowly progress. It seriously takes grinding to a whole new level, which then makes the game repetitive. Rewards are on the poor side, the game barely gives you enough to continue till you crash with the paywall head on! A lot of things asks for a lot of the premium currency that you buy with your hard earned cash on low quantities and the game barely gives you any. The game is unbalanced in that aspect. It's just not worth it, simply not worth it to pay for 'scraps'. Sadly the 2 games I've tried so far coming from myCom are like this, which means the problem is the company behind the games, just looking for money in a maximum level and barely rewards you. ✓ Don't waste your time with this one.Nice game. Good graphics, art direction, battle mechanics, a lot of fun. Mass Effect-ish story with elements of Star Wars. With that said, the entire experience is designed to get you hooked until level 10 then tries to get you to fork over some cash. It's almost impossible to progress without spending at least $5 at that point, then you'll advance a bit more to the point where you'll have to spend real money again. I strongly advice potential players to not download this one unless you're willing to spend quite a bit of real money, because the few hours you invest playing until you need to spend real money will otherwise be a waste of time. The IAP becomes painfully obvious at lvl5, where your blaster stops doing reasonable damage and a screen pops up to try and give you this special $5 deal on an alien blaster. A pair of binoculars, which you'll need in order to gauge enemy stats, costs another $5. Weapon upgrades costs even more. If you decide to wait until you have enough in game generated gems to afford it, good luck waiting a few weeks or even months - and even then you'll have to work for it by engaging in repetitive combat with low level enemies. The developers won't be making a penny off of me. Most of the five star reviews are most likely players who've yet to reach level 10. Fun game but s complete waste of my time without proper rewards. Besides half the time I tap it doesn't sense it! I mean I love the graphics for this game but I prefer the other version where you could upgrade your heroes and there was only one enemy. As this type of game relies on daily grind to build rewards the longer it takes for an update fix the more I feel like my effort up until now is being flushed away. ✓ This really is a good gameSadly, it is saddled with modern monetization. The game is excessively ‘grindy’ unless you pay, which I would have no problem with if it were a one time payment. Add that to a PvP element shoe-horned into a single player game which allows others to steal the resources that take forever to generate, and this becomes a hard pass. This game is interesting, and I would like to know more of the storyline. But I’m simply not willing to be punished with the grind to do so. ✓ Wow!Never have I played a game that gets so truly annoying, first with its constant grind for resources that are not easily required but then when the game crashes and takes some of those resources as if you didn't acquire them, or when you use them to purchase an upgrade or item then the resource are gone and you get nothing in return because of a crash. You can spend 2 weeks acquiring medals and cd's just to have them vanish before using them after a game crash. I liked the game even though at times you need to wait a long time for the simplest upgrades but the constant crashing has made it not worth my time. I've played this for a while and put a lot of time in this game so I'm not saying this as someone who just started playing and had it crash once or twice. It constantly messes up!!! Also the game goes from simple to almost impossible in a single moment without warning so if you are going to play try to realize you will only play for a week then just barely log on to get resources...... ✓ This release is messed upAll button alignment and mapping is messed up. I have to click on the bottom right of each button (outside of the button) to click it. And I cannot reach the small x button on the top right. There is no way for me to realign the buttons or where I click. I have to terminate the app to get out of the screen with the x button. ✓ Crappy game play.Gameplay and interface heavily orientated to make a player to purchase "gold" to be able to catch up with your peers or pass above average enemies. There is no confirmation on spending "gold" if you accidentally hit it with your finger icons are quite big so you gotta be extra careful.
