✓ Really Fun but please the bugLove this addictive and fun app, really good for practicing different rhythms. I managed to get me a high score on hard. 😀 The annoying part is after a while it crashes seconds after opening meaning I have to delete and reinstall it. ✓ Groovy and v funA great way to understand this music from the inside out. I've had no crashing issues. Really love it! Try the practice mode first to get the hang of it. I saw Reich & co do Drumming at BAM last year and was blown away by watching/ hearing the performance live after years of having only the recordings. ✓ Great idea, brings back memories.As someone who studied music (percussion) but now no longer does anything to do with music in my current career, this app is a lovely little reminder of the fun I used to have with fellow colleagues. It's been some time now since I've even looked at a piece of music, but this has got the cogs going in terms of thinking about rhythm and how everything slots in together. I admittedly do still find myself tapping the clapping music rhythm round and round on the side of my plate with my knife. Anyway, really happy this app has been released - but there have been some technical glitches and I now can't open it on my iPhone 6 :( Good luck with fixing it, I hope you do..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Patterns are incorrectI’ve love this app for a really long time. I’ve recently come back to it after a year or two away, and I’ve noticed that the patterns are out of order from what the original piece is. The pattern no longer just moves forward by a beat, the order seems arbitrary. You’re not supposed to sync back up with the original clapping until after the 12th pattern, but for some reason pattern seven is exactly synced up with the ostinato clap. Still super fun, but maybe an update along the way made the patterns got out of order..Version: 1.0.4
✓ Great idea; couple hiccupsLove the ability to get into this piece of music. Give it a shot--it's challenging for sure! I encountered one bug. Once I went into practice mode, tried it briefly, then attempted to go back to medium mode, but it was stuck in practice mode. A restart seemed to fix the problem. I would love it if this app presented the part in standard notation (as an option). Would be way easier (as a practicing musician). Lastly, I shared my results a couple times on Facebook, and challenged my friends to beat my score. They had no clue what game it was. Are you kidding me? ✓ Fantastic little gameI have really enjoyed playing this! When I got it I played a lot until I finished all the levels, but it has still been a fun app to play again every now and then, or with a friend. I’m a musician and found it a great balance between fun and difficulty/challenge, as well as being good for focus and rhythm, making it a good game for brain breaks. ✓ One of my favoritesAs a former percussionist, it is my duty and pleasure to love this app. I even developed a technique so that I can use larger muscles for more accurate tapping. I hold my phone in my left hand and rest the right side of the phone on the second knuckle of my right index finger. I then rotate from the elbow to tap the screen with my right thumb (similar to Stevens grip). Anyway, this “game” is beautifully designed and a joy to play..Version: 1.0.3

✓ I LOVE this. But it keeps crashing..This is one of the best things I come across. As a drummer I could always use methods to improve rhythm and this app is SO fun. Plus I'm a fan of Reich. Music for 18 Musicians? Come on. So good. BUT. It started crashing today. And not even a crash that I can recover from. Once it crashes I can't open the app again, because it'll crash almost immediately. I deleted it and re-downloaded, and it worked for a bit, but the same thing happened again. I'm intensely bummed out because I have so much fun with this. I read a similar complaint in a review...from one year ago. So my hopes about ever being improved are not high. That being said, this app idea HAS to be expanded upon somehow. It's too good a method to teach rhythm and more needs to be done with it..Version: 1.0.3

The practise mode is good, as are the different speeds, but it’s one of those apps you get and (unless you are trying to learn the piece), you only use it for a little bit and then get bored. My one fault with the program is that sometimes I will be spot on with my rhythm, but the app seems to stop registering that I'm tapping the screen.
