✓ Are we a joke to you lilith?Will you guys let us (the players) knows when is it that you guy are gonna shut down the server? Like maybe sent a message or notification to our in game mail-box? Isn’t that what is for? Losing like a day worth of staminia on the newer server because of an unorganized company think that all of its player base is on Facebook 24/7 checking on their Facebook page for update. It is shocking to see a company like this exist, which refuse to communicate with their players and yet wanted them spend hundreds of dollars and time onto this. To be honest, I would have give it a negative stars if I could. I just couldn’t get over the fact that a company (like this one) would just shut down it server unnoticed for 4-8 hours and somehow expect their customers to take it well because they’re “bringing in new contents”. Professional isn’t? And the game have been around for like 3 or 4 years and it’s beyond me how they could get away with it and still have millions of players..Version: 2.4.141

I recently re-downloaded it, hoping it got better. Nope it seems to have got worse. I devoted more time to this game than I care to admit. I was grinding for EXP, souls and coins for hours, constantly battling my way though the Crucible Of Fire etc. I was really obsessed with it, because this is a good game. But there’s really no point in getting into the game unless you have cash to spare. And pray that nothing goes wrong because you’ll be waiting a long time to hear from anyone from their customer service. And even when you do, they aren’t very helpful or nice. I was ready to spend another $50 in skins but I wont I refuse to give Lillith any more money to this game. This are the reasons you have failed: 1)You have failed to release new entertaining content. 2)You don’t balance the game and instead make new heroes overpowered so people spend money on them. Once people have invested time and money they become irrelevant. My time and money become irrelevant because of this. 3) Bugs have lately become ridiculous! ✓ HelpI would have rated this game five stars because it is amazing but the customer service is beyond horrible. There is no response to any of the issues going on with soul hunters. For example, every morning when u wake up I open up the app and I have to wait about 10 seconds and then it crashes. It does this at least 40 times every day and I can't stand it anymore. ✓ Greedy businesses modelThis game is made so developers can make money off of you. The core of the game is to compete with other players, however every month there is a new hero that is much better then the ones from before. You can spent lots of money upgrading the last hero to stay competitive. Then they will also merge stable servers and new chaos arises. You can spend even more money to stay competitive. There are also countless of other sneaky ways this game tries to get you to spend real money for in game currency. Stay away from it is my advice..Version: 2.4.43

✓ Started okay and went steeply downhill afterI grabbed this game being a big fan of some of the voice actors and really just wanted to play through the story but ended up getting hooked. The big problem is you get to a certain point where anyone who has purchased a cash only hero has a huge advantage and you kind of stall out. ✓ Don't download. Only care about money.Lilith follow the same business plan with every game. They spend lots on advertising to entice a huge player base. There is a lot of focus on the game and you can tell the support team and developers are 100% committed to making a good game. HOWEVER! Once they've gotten the huge player base the game slowly becomes play to win and the focus is more on them trying to make us much money as possible with minimal effort. For months/years now, we as a community have tried to get more support and involvement from the developers to no avail. Simple bugs or translation errors are left for months when it would take a few minutes to sort. Yet when there was a mistake made with a purchase event that benefitted the players, Lilith instantly corrected the mistake. This only shows that their focus is purely on money and not the player. I gave all the information that was relevant at one time to recover an account. I know this because I had to recover it before and between customer service and the screen shots for just in case (which happened) I was able to recover it. Now a couple of years later after spending over $1000 and maxing VIP 15, it is gone again and the steps given to recover it now, I already knew wouldn’t work, but I followed them perfectly twice and nothing but them asking for the original info I sent in the beginning that wasn’t used and asked for again. Time zone differences give some players a disadvantage - events or anything of this sort should be extended to suit an international player base. A major flaw (that I have experienced) is that after a battle when you receive a random hero card, the game suddenly freezes, fades to a black screen and only shows "Get 1x ____". This is frustrating as I have to restart the app along with not receiving the hero card which I was supposed to. Furthermore, Daily quests should automatically disappear from the quest list when completed, however they stay there while saying "GET REWARD" even if you have already claimed it - this is somewhat annoying. Stamina limits should also be increased. Other than these along with perhaps minor visual updates this game is underrated but shouldn't be for long given that changes are to be made which would be a 5star game. - A long time mobile RPG player..Version: 2.4.25

No idea why; nothing new was ever added with any of these endless loading sessions. And my phone is able to handle Raid, and several other gaming apps of similar size, without issue; I even tried loading this up with a bunch of extra space on my phone, fewer apps, and no success. This is designed knowing that people are likely to miss it, if you were trying to be transparent and customer first it would be bold at the top. It's tiny print at the bottom so that you can get people paying money for absolutely nothing. I've currently paid for something that cannot be used. Asked customer service to return the money or help me out (it literally costs them nothing to help me by giving me the hero Ethera). I do love the character designs and the variety tho, but for example, just recently, they nerfed two of the most beloved characters, taking away what made them good. They used to make the gane really fun, they made the damage making challenging and more competitive but, contrary to the excuse they make for nerfing them, the reason why they did it is because affect them lucratively. It wasn’t because it was not fair for others. Some of us feel we wasted our times for nothing. We spent time developing these characters for them to get nerf at the end. There is not game balance and there is no way to get realistic feedback from the devs, they are slowly getting the game die and milking the 3-5 year veterans for $400 and even for broken heroes and pets. They don’t take the player feedback seriously. Look at how useless the DC HEROES and all the Ubisoft heroes are. Coming off the top of my head, lama, oscars ability, golden pawns ability, Lucy broken hero, Ms Paine played her on CV version completely different hero. Mass on responds to the mods from discord whenever he feels like it, your Lilith staff on discord is incompetent hire some folks that speak the common language to address the issues. Every time there is a major issue your staff blames it on a translation error. But you modify the hero or titans to line your pockets of setting off false hopes and expectations. Devs won’t update the graphics to the new devices, asked for iPhone XS Max update since 1/2 the screen is blank, instead of updating the resolution they put a ugly border around the screen. They also put 10-25$ items in with the coin ones, and one wrong click and your gems are gone: Cs replies, sorry dear hunter the game is working as intended. ✓ Pay to win. gross.The newer heroes being released (many of which you need to buy with real money) are way better than the ones you can earn in-game. At higher levels, you really aren’t going to be able to compete unless you spend money the heroes they’re releasing. ✓ Constant bait & switchUsed to love this game, spent a good amount of money on in-game purchases, but they have taken to constantly using bait & switch tactics to get you to buy more items or heroes and then nerfing them almost to uselessness. They have been caught in lies and the new community manager is nothing short of pathetic. While I still play the game periodically, I have stopped spending all together and will be quitting soon because they are only in it for the profits. No longer do they consider the player base. ✓ Game balance and connection issueFinal update: Deleted the game today since after so many updates wasted with data, the game still filled with previously reported issue of balancing and connectivity. Seems like a good idea for new year. Played for a while now: 1) Game became extremely unbalanced at the end, normal stage trash mob can 1 shot your maxed lvl geared hero. You won’t progress unless you open your wallet. 2) Until recently it is possible to farm for good heroes if you are willing to spend time. Recent changes require you to own each hero before having the option to buy their stone for upgrades. Money is required to buy secondary heroes with even more money required for top tier heroes. 3) Connectivity continues to be an issue as you spend 50% of game time and 30% of battery being “unable to connect”. Customer service also excelled at being useless. I would advise everyone to stay away from this game. Edit: thank you for your unhelpful reply which proved Customer service of your game is exceptional in being useless. My “good ideas or issue” was outlined on my review 1) Balance your game difficulty on chapter 17 unless you mean maxed level characters with full gear are meant to be killed in 2 hits by normal trash mobs. 2) Roll back changes so that heroes can actually be bought by diamonds instead of need to owe a hero BEFORE able to buy their stones. 3) Connection errors are still common. ✓ Stay clearI quit after playing for a few years. No real new content, pumps out new characters constantly which you can’t get unless you spend cash, they will sometimes nerf a character after you worked hard improving. Arena is basically no skill at all as it’s just throw the newest characters in a lineup and you will win, older characters can’t counter new hero's whatsoever..Version: 2.4.141

✓ Too many updatesI love this game, and would probably give it 5 stars, except every time I open the app there are updates. I can’t go more than 4 or 5 hours without needing an update. I live in an isolated community so the Internet is trash, meaning these updates can take hours sometimes. It is so so so annoying and honestly makes me wonder if I should just delete the app and save my sanity from the constant updates. ✓ In response to the developer response on “It’s ridiculous that this is even a thing”Here is what i said “On normal mode chap. 5-1, there is an enemy hero who charges up her ability in 1 second and wipes my entire team...” Now the developers told me “try different lineups, it will be fun!” But guess what! Here’s 4 catches: 1. my heros are equal level with the enemy’s heros and they all have max gear with health runes, making this extremely unbalanced. 2. i cannot unlock the capability to get my heros leveled up any higher than 60 bc it costs 280 of each of the 3 materials required and 1 mission gives u abt 1 or 2 of the materials at a time 3. i cannot use my other 2 heros because in order to, i would have to level the heros up and once again, due to the limitation of materials given through the missions, i must save everything i get for my main heros. 4. i only have 6 heros. im mostly done with the campaign and i still do not have enough crystals to buy a single hero(costs 6,000 and i have 4,500)(also i havent spent a single crystal). The only heros i have been able to get are the ones that the campaign gives you and a hero i was given for randomly logging in. It is hard to “try new lineups” when it is literally not possible without paying real money for crystals..Version: 2.4.141
