✓ Terrible app since recent updatesThe app was working only moderately well until recently and now I have to delete/reinstall every time I try to use it. Features are randomly missing from various screens - I have to remember to go back to my computer to be able to save specific things for leads. GLS now does not require leads contact info, meaning you spend money for leads you have no option of contacting other than through the app which is poor at best..Version: 4.2.2
✓ Awful, Why can’t they fix this?Its truly unfortunate. LS works, and works on desktop, but is awful for the client to NOT be able to use the app IN ANY WAY. ✓ Was good to start withBeen using almost a year now originally this new version of ads was brilliant it was expensive always but I felt the customers brought in made it worth the cost, unfortunately the last couple month a large number of companies that seriously over charge customers I’m talking 550 pounds for a ball valve pricing is making it very difficult to see the google guarantee as a badge to be proud of as google seems to prioritise these companies at the top as they must spend more money with them but it really is a shame that what started as a great new product is now 80% conmen.Version: 4.2.2
✓ Not fit for purposeThe whole purpose of this mobile app is to allow you to connect with customers while you’re on the move , take enquiries through voice calls and messages and input their information into the booking page if they wish confirm an appointment. I have received countless requests from customers who have messaged me asking for a quote, however when you reply to them using the app the email that is sent invariably lands in their junk or spam folder and never seen again unless they check those folders. Often customers who message do not leave a contact number so it is impossible to make any other contact with them. Google charge you for this lead even though you can’t respond. I contacted the local service support team to ask for help and their only solution was that I should turn off the messaging facility only receive phone calls ? Another suggestion was to delete the app and reinstall it ( l did, but it didn’t work). Therefore my line of communication with customers is cut in half. When you receive a call from customers by phone and they would like to book an appointment with you the booking page does not allow you to save their details after completing all the data fields. There should be a NEXT icon on the top of the page which you should click to save the information and confirm the booking but this no longer appears as it once did? In conclusion, the app is not fit for purpose and needs a major upgrade. I have made several calls to the local service business team to get help but they haven’t got a clue . When you’re paying for leads you need a system that works flawlessly and this doesn’t..Version: 4.2.2

✓ Issues with the appI own a cleaning company, we spent 4/5 thousands dollars a month or more, all the sudden we can’t open the app or log in into it from any browser, we called they leave us on wait and they hang up, the workers who answer the phone aren’t experts at all, they have to search or contact another team to solve the issue and if they can’t they don’t answer, they send you a link to call again and again, asked to speak with a supervisor or manager was told none is available and none can answer, the supervisor needs 75 hours or more to answer or whenever he wants as they told me, and all this is recorded. Now we have an account that we can’t use and we get charged, asked to file a complaint they said isn’t possible because none reads them, and none is in charge or knows how to deal with them, thank you google !.Version: 1.7.1

✓ So useless and bad.The service and the app are terrible. My first problem with the app was the size was to large for my phone. Support suggested I use a pc, can’t make it up. I found a way to resize it. then I couldn’t save anything because the save button is the same white color as the background so if you’re having trouble saving anything, just start tapping all over the screen. they tell you you can pause and unpause your business listings anytime you want which is true what they don’t tell you is it takes up to 48 hours before your ad becomes live again, so what is the point of using the pause and unpause button? my very first lead was for $40. When they told me it would be 15 on average. For a call out of my service area and for a service I don’t provide. I disputed it was rejected. I had to call them and spend another 30 minutes on the phone with them and they told me they would have people look at it in three weeks. I finally got an email saying they agree with me and they will refund the money in 40 days. they get to hold my $40 for 61 days that’s ridiculous..Version: 1.9.1
✓ Tons of locksmith scammersI am a locksmith myself i started this program the idea was to get rid of the scammers, unfortunately google only cares about money and not about adapting against those scammers. ✓ Useless appThere’s no excuse for Google with its HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars to have such a useless and slow app and unhelpful customer service. To keep this review short, my biggest problem is that I’m unable to switch in between my two ads accounts. There is literally no ability for me to go onto my second ads account which is under the same email. However, I am able to do this on my computer.
