✓ Don’t trust the 7 day trialThis was supposed to have a 7 day trial, but when I signed up for it to try a workout, it immediately charged me $60 for the year. I cancelled after one workout because I didn’t like the interface, and my credit card had already been charged. I’m now into my 2nd day of haggling to get a refund because they won’t take responsibility for it. This is a scam!.AndcatesVersion: 1.4

✓ Poor execution and 0 supportHad the same problem as many here. Paid for the app, received a receipt in my email but cannot play the videos. Just get a page telling me to subscribe. Tried to open ticket within app. First response was 3 days later with automated response saying I had been contacted and my case would be closed with no response in 48 hours. I never received an initial response. Responded back re-explaining the issue. Nothing but the same auto-responses. Had high hopes for this. My brother recommended the app and I have seen these guys instagrams, that really sold it. Would give 0 stars but it’s not an option. Now for the challenge of getting a refund..KeithlindVersion: 1.3

✓ Unable to access the appI belong to the men’s health MVP membership, which includes access to all out. Unfortunately, I’m completely unable to sign into the all out app as they will not send me a sign in link based on my email, which is the same email used for the men’s health MVP membership. Sent them multiple days of service requests emails with absolutely no response. Completely fed up and would like to cancel my MVP membership, but can’t seem to find anyone to respond on both this app and through men’s health. ✓ Great selection but needs more detailsThe variety and quality of the programs are great but it would be nice to have an idea of the equipment needed for each workout prior to starting as well as an idea of the weights being used. ✓ Plenty of programs, poor functionalityThe good: There are a lot of different types of programs and workouts to choose from to suit your needs or moods. From body weight to dumbbells to yoga there’s a lot to offer and they’re easy to navigate. The bad: you won’t know what equipment you’ll need until you select the specific workout. Bench, loop bands, lacrosse balls, foam rollers, boxes, pull up bars, etc. some aren’t difficult to obtain but most home exercisers don’t use much, if any equipment at all. The ugly: There’s only an air drop feature that only works on a tv with casting ability built in. If you have an external chromecast you’re out of luck. This is an almost inexcusable feature to leave out in 2020. There’s no 10, 20, or 30 second skip ahead feature. ✓ Horrible communicationI have tried every which way to cancel this subscription via app and website. No way to do so. No way to contact anyone for support, just generic FAQ’s that take me right back to the same old instructions that don’t work. There is no contact email o lot chat that I can find. ✓ PleaseZero support. I emailed on their app to ask a question and never got an answer. The questiom was from what I read about a PDF for directions for the 30 day challenge and now it is gone from the app. Hmm, seems that they can take off the directions, but can not answer a customer's question... I tried the 30 day challenge. The instructor seemed nice enough, but she did not give any alternatives for those like me who could not do some of the exercises. She also wobbled on some of the exercises almost falling not holding onto something like she probably should have. I literally had to search online for 4 exercises for alternatives so I could complete the workout. Some of the exercises were great and I felt challenged doing them so this workout so far is not a complete miss. I hope the next videos for the 30 day challenge are better. This is a very poorly made app. Not sure who was in charge of this one. I’m going down to one star for this current version. I’m subscribed, but the Apple TV app will not work. ✓ Cannot access workoutsI downloaded this app through an ad in a Runner’s World email. I was supposed to get a 7 day free trial and a discounted subscription rate. Not only was I billed immediately, I was billed at the full rate ... and I cannot even get to the workouts. I login, click on a workout, then I get the login screen again ... and again ... and again. ✓ App needs more updatesI’m an annual subscriber and I baffled as to why the full program guide isn’t a full program guide. It gives Monday-Friday work outs which seem to coincide with the 1st 5 videos but what do videos 6-10 coincide with? Also there is no explanation as to wether to do workouts 1-5 in week 1 and 6-10 in week 2 and then back to workouts 1-5. Things could be a lot more clear. ✓ Good but more instructions would be greatThe exercise routines are well put together and easy to understand. My question is there’s no guidance on how often to do each routine. For example I am currently doing the MA40, which is made up of nine videos and is supposed to be an eight week program. How often do I do each of the nine videos? Is it one video three times a week and then on to the next or do I mix them up? UPDATE: increased to 4 stars. The developer replied and sent me a PDF of the training guide for MA40. Great customer service. Update 2: Back down to three stars. Video number 6 and video number 8 in the MA40 program are the same. ✓ App stuck on subscription screen. No developer response.Did one workout with this app and it was great. Then the next day, couldn’t get back in. It has been stuck on the subscription screen for over a week. I’ve canceled my subscription, deleted the app, created a new login on their website. Nothing. ✓ Great start, suggested improvementThe video library is pretty solid, the price of $59 for a year is great, and I know it's new, but a couple great suggestions: The PDF version thats in the app - it's not downloadable, it would makes sense to have this for offline viewing for when you're in the gym and don't want to be staring at your phone the entire time Diet plan that accompanies the routine. Is there a diet plan for each routine? If so, it would make sense to include it on the app. Apple health integration. ✓ Major App IssuesWorkouts on this app are limited but are great but the technical issues and customer service is awful. Twice the same issue came up. After subscribing for a month it worked for a bit then suddenly one day it got stuck on the subscription page! I would hit the “subscribe” button and sure enough it said I was subscribed already but still I was locked out! I contacted customer service and it was resolved within a couple days, great! Then...the issue happened again! But this time it was weeks of back and forth between customer service, the issue was never resolved and I wasted an entire month of not being able to access the workouts. I had to cancel my subscription and they never got back to me, the last thing they said was “they were working on it” after a couple weeks of no follow up, I knew I had to give up. Great idea for app but what an awful working system. I had no idea how the issue was fixed so quickly the first time and was such a hassle the second time. I gave them the same info both times! ✓ Billing IssuesJust an FYI this app debits your account at the start of the free trial, but leaves the charge pending. But it does deduct from your available balance at least at my bank. Just be aware. Also, I am unable to use the app as the app gives me an error when clicking on any workout. ✓ Unstable app, Lost accountApp updated or something and dropped my account. I have an active subscription that was paid for. It didn’t even recognize my email when I tried to log in. ✓ Decent AppThe “free trial” is a complete lie. Don’t click the 7 day free trial, it’s not free, you will be charged and stuck so definitely don’t choose annual if you are wanting to just try it out and see if you like it. I wouldn’t spend the 60 dollars on this app for the annual but because it said free trial I did decide to give it a shot. Pretty deceiving for sure. Now I’m stuck with a useless app for me for the next year.
