✓ How can you stop the ‘friends’ links?I really don’t want to link to ‘friends’ on Facebook - these are people I’ve never met, who I may not want to meet, so why do the makers of these games think we all want or need to link up to play a game? ✓ Total DisappointmentI really liked this game until I got stuck on a level for 4 days. You have to have power boosts to make it through, I guess. The only problem is that you have to have crystals to buy them and you can’t earn them in the game, you’ve got to buy them and I’m just not willing or able to spend that kind of money on a game. So I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m going to have to just delete the game and find something else. ✓ Too frustratingPlayed for over 6 months. Seems to be great until the patterns of play become evident. Always 1 more turn needed to complete, pay the standard 4 crystals for 5 more goes but only ever use one, wasting 4 turns you have paid for. Happens more than 70% of the time. Then just when you have setup a finish, the next lot of tokens tumble and ruin your setup. No different to a slot machine but it never pays. What’s the point of having so much coin earned when you can’t spend it on anything? I’m done, no more, too costly, be warned!.Version: 1.21.2101
✓ Great gameBut, why does it start off with a different amount of moves when you don’t complete it? Sometimes you will get 30 moves the next time I started I had 5. ✓ Irritating glitchI really like this game but I’ve noticed a bit of a glitch which is very annoying. Yesterday, I played for a bit in the evening then went back again later on only to discover that the game seemed to think that I hadn’t played for three days and I had to either use up gems to save everything I’d been awarded or go back to day 1. Exactly the same thing has happened just now when I stopped playing for half an hour! What’s going on? Please fix this - it would have been 5 stars otherwise..Version: 1.15.1500
✓ Sent to the store automatically by other G5 gamePoor, terrible, ad system on all G5 games. I realize the game is "free", but blank ads, numerous ads, completely obsolete ads, and forcing you to the stores multiple times in a 30 minute session is not how to run a business. I have been sent to the store for EVERY G5 game and I'm not interested and the one game I play is getting to be too bothersome. Your patten robotic response to each occurrence is the same. ✓ Too many tasksHave started the game today and was enjoying the simplicity with nice graphics. Now 30 mins in I have a list of 6 tasks to do but I can only complete one task at a time. It might seem ridiculous but am feeling quite stressed so am now deleting the game. If I can’t keep on top of the tasks this early it’s only going to get worse! Don’t allow more than four tasks to appear at a time, don’t let them need to swipe up and down them! Now I am using an iPad with an OS version 12.4 which will slowly erode chances of updates for jewels of Egypt. ✓ Clockmaker vs. jewels of EgyptI really like clockmaker, but it is RIDICULOUSly $$Expensive!! If they had more variety and reasonable pricing, I would be playing it rather than this game, why? Graphics - Yours are too cartoony. Screen is too crowded - It’s confusing what the goal is of each game. Or even which game I should be playing. Sound affects: sometimes sound affects can make the whole game, like Slingo did. In the game it’s hard to see how I’m doing. How many whatevers have I gotten and how many turns do I have before I run out of moves. There’s so much clutter on the screen, I can’t tell. Rewards, it says I can win rewards like jewelry, but these really add nothing to my game. Why can’t I get a reward, like coins or rubies that I can use so I don’t have to buy MORE to keep the game going? Difficulty- some games are sooooo difficult they cannot be won. They always manage to sneak enough ads in to make their money anyway. This started off as a lovely little game, interesting puzzles, etc. now, all of a sudden, it’s become impossible to complete a single puzzle. They are impossibly difficult. I am supposed to spend my food budget on boosters and gems to help me power through, presumably. Hahaha won’t be doing that. And don’t get me started on the worthless gold coins. ✓ Play a few minutes during a work breakJust another matching clone. There are no instructions and it is not intuitive. No, I am not bothering to Google the rules or concepts. Add an optional tutorial. If there is one now, I didn’t see it.. I almost randomly play, like the randomly falling pieces. The game often has all the fun, making new matches with what pieces the game has drop into place. It works to fill a few minutes of a break until the energy quickly runs out and the developers demand real money to play. Then I go back to work. Update: I did an email stating there are hints and I can contact them with questions. No, this is not worth that much time. ✓ Better Than Most, HoweverThis can be rather repetitive, same things you are eliminating most of the time. Being in Egypt a great deal there are many other objects than could have been used. Sometimes difficult to figure out what to do on certain levels but this was better than most and rather easy to collect items. The however comes in is it is just another gambling game. You usually needed to add more diamonds which cost money, for mostly one last thing to remove. Not really fond of gambling or addictive games involving so much money. You are always paying for more diamonds, I believe I received two without paying for finishing a level or task. Tired of spending money I deleted it. ✓ Buy buy buy more more moreSeems as though the only way to continue moving ahead through the levels is to spend lots of money to acquire tools and lives and energy. If you fail at one station, you’re prevented from trying another location. So much fun in the beginning, really good screens and graphics, mazes, etc. But beware as you play on. Very frustrating. Cannot understand why the player is blocked from playing at all the locations around the map after successfully completing a level at one location. This doesn’t make any sense at all. Seems as though each location should be available until it has been played unsuccessfully a minimum of 3 times. I have no interest in friending any other players, a happy to just be able to play the game. Guess that’s not good enough for the developer. Am done with this..Version: 1.14.1400

✓ Too bad the tech is so badI love this game. The game itself is worth 5 stars in my opinion. But the number of times that it crashes is infuriating. I’ve recently made a decision that once it crashes for the third time, I’m done for the day. Sometimes, I don’t even get to play at all. And it is super wonderful after they add a new storyline. Be prepared for crashes for at least 24 hours. I would love it if they would work out the bugs before releasing something new. When I have complained to “Complaint Line” they want details like the exact moment something happened. Usually a crash happens and I can’t get in at all. By the time I can get in, it’s hours later and I can’t answer their questions. Or the time I requested info on getting an update. I explained that I had done all the steps (I told them exactly what I had done) but that the game update did not load. Guess what they told me to do! They told me to follow all the steps that I had told them I’d done. It appears to me that they have a pre-generated answer for questions and complaints. They saw “update” and gave me a standard, pre-written answer that absolutely did not help. If you love match 3 games, I would highly recommend “Cradle of Rome 2.” Absolutely the best. ✓ Jewels of Egypt frustrationsI don’t understand. It seems like the more we progress the more difficult it becomes to improve. I don’t know about anyone else, but playing the same challenge 10 to 15 times and still not completing it makes me disinterested in the game. Why do that? I was so enjoying the game, but find myself constantly frustrated. I would think your goal would be to keep people playing the game. Life is so stressful in general, so I would appreciate it if you would stop making it so difficult. Five times per challenge is sufficient. ✓ Not so greatThis is another G5 game that cuts to an ad but gives a black screen instead. This one also offers you to watch an ad to earn tools or moves, goes to black screen, no ad and no tools or moves, even if you just sit there for a few minutes waiting. Again, to exist the black screen, you must close out the game and lose your work, everything you earned is gone when you reopen it. The only thing you might get are repeated requests to show what’s happening, but how can you if there’s nothing there to prove you are in game when it happens? There’s no logo on the screen, there’s no link to take, NOTHING BUT BLACK SCREENS!!!.Version: 1.41.4100
✓ Glistening jewelsI enjoy this game. But honestly the only reason I am playing it is because my jewels of rome stopped allowing me to watch videos to earn jewels. I stupidly fell for their .99 deal and bought some jewels in JUNE. It’s now October and I have never again been allowed to earn jewels. You need jewels to buy tools. It’s no fun to play when you don’t have access to tools for the harder puzzles. You could play the same puzzle for a week and not solve it without a finisher. So I am starting over, switched to jewels of Egypt and will never fall for the .99 deal. Update: developers say the videos to earn jewels is not meant to go on forever, well it was quite the coincidence that the same day I bought the .99 cent jewels, my ads quit. If that is true and I eventually can’t earn jewels in the Egypt game, I’ll quit and got find another match game. After all, they are a dime a dozen..Version: 1.31.3100
