✓ Robot-partner single mode is stupid!!!Your robot partner logic needs some serious work. There are several complaints about how stupid the partner is. Today my "partner" did not pass the jack of my club trump suit, and then I find out it has both jacks but passed something like the queen of spades instead! It frequently throws away an ace of a suit that I melt the K+Q in on my trump trick, and it keeps leading counters of a suit that will obviously be trumped by the opponent before pulling trump. I like the game but PLEASE improve the logic so the partner is a better player..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Almost a great productThe software for the pinochle game is very good, however the game can be very annoying with bugs that lock it up on a regular basis plus the excessive amount of commercials that you must endure between games..Version: 1.6.1
✓ C’mon!I’ve played this version of Pinochle for a few years on various iPhones and just recently it’s developed glitches that will not stop even after several times of deleting and reinstalling the app! ✓ WhatGetting worse. Yes it is a computer program but when I pass two queen of spades to my partner and it returns to me two jack of diamonds? In hindsight I guess this is ok, after all the game is called PINOCHLE not DOUBLE PINOCHLE! Again, this is what the computer had as points and my hand. ✓ Overwhelming Ads + Bad GameplayI usually don't complain about ads in a free game. I get it that they have to make money. But this app has by far the most intrusive, pervasive, and frustrating ads I've ever come across in an app. It's ridiculous to watch a 30 video that you can't skip every 2-3 minutes. Unacceptable! That being said, I might have been able to overlook the ads but the gameplay isn't good. Your partner is terrible. There aren't a lot of customization/rule options. Lastly the game mechanics of actually playing cards is very unforgiving and annoying since there is no double tap or swipe required to play. Just a tap will play a card. I've played the wrong card many times due to fat fingers and small card icons. Do yourself a favor and get the other free Pinochle app. It's not great but it stinks less than this one..Version: 1.6.1

Use to enjoy playing but now it is no fun at all as the game is fixed so that your opponents are always getting aces and straights while your partner is throwing away jack of diamonds when it has the ace of spades. ✓ Pretty goodThe mechanics are good, though I had to adjust to slight variations in rules from what I am used to. Hate how my cards move when it's my play...has made me accidentally play the wrong card a couple of times. My partner is a moron. Most of his plays make no sense, especially constantly wasting Aces. If the opponents can play, why can't my partner? Does he play better in the paid version????? Just lowered this to one star, because new video type ads are intensely annoying. ✓ Serious issuesPartner will throw away the queen of spades with the Jack of diamonds and lose 40 points of meld. Partner will trump my ace with the ace of Trump with only a small trump left. Partner will outbid opponents with almost no Trump and no meld when he should pass. When my partner does get the bid he leads suit rather then Trump allowing opponents trump his suit aces and he goes set.Version: 1.6.1
✓ Terrible partner, too many adsThe teammate is an idiot for sure. Playing Aces after I do instead of playing lower counter cards - what a waste that could be used in other places (which could cost the game). I end up turning off my wifi so that I don't have to listen to or watch ads every few minutes (which are always the same). I get free games need ads, but there's a limit before it ends up disrupting gameplay to the point where the desire to play is dimished..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Bidding needs revampCan't meld bid, and as others have pointed out too many aces wasted by computer partner. Saw less of that when I went to medium. Would love to see the computer give meld bids, and know what a lead back is. Would also love to see computer not waste aces. Also, as someone else pointed out, should need 200 counters to save meld, and bidding should start at 500. Double deck obviously. ✓ Needs workFun game, haven't played this game for a long time. AI needs some work! Far too often I lead low and my partner plays count on the trick even though the boss card is still out there. In the easy version every time my partner took the bid I would pass him trump and he would always pass trump back. Got to the point I would stop passing trump to him, just pass crap or melds and he would pass trump and I would be the one making the bid! Fix these and it'll be a fun pass time..Version: 1.4.1

✓ Lousy GameIt’s evident that the programmers do not understand how to play the game. They often lead with a ten even when the aces haven’t been played. Additionally, they don’t seem to know that pinochle is the queen of spades and the jack of diamonds and that it’s worth points. ✓ Crappy!I've played Pinochle for years and thought I would try this. In more than 15 games, I've had one hand that has decent meld and so have never won a game. Hello, who programmed this game! Would not recommend. Also, the opponent RENIGs, playing off instead of trumping! No wonder they win! Where I come from, players MUST trump when out of the suit that is led. Here, the opponent is allowed to play whatever, but the game won't let me. What is up with that? This game needs work. It is frustrating when you call trump, your partner has two of the same cards in trump, and the card isn't passed. I find passing 2 vs 4 cards makes the game more enjoyable and one game will last longer. ✓ PinochleThe robot partner doesn’t “understand” the concept of queen of spades and jack of diamonds for pinochle. If my partner bids diamonds and in addition to diamonds I pass the queen of spades “he” invariably returns the queen of spades to me. Same thing happens if my partner bids spades and in addition to spades I pass a jack of diamonds. He returns it every time when he has a queen of spades in his hand. IT’S VERY FRUSTRATING. ✓ PinochleI love playing pinochle, but there are a few things that need to change! One, is that my partner wastes aces instead of throwing 10's or kings as counters. Two, your partner shouldn't throw away pinochles! So many times we've gone set because they threw either queens of spades or jacks of diamonds back to me when it would've made double & triple pinochles for them! Argh! That's the name of this game! Your partner should never trumps your leads except when that’s the only thing left in his hand or if you lead a low card that could be taken by a higher card. All of these are the actual rules of pinochle. These can either be incorporated as permanent or optional settings: 2. Allow the first bidder to pass. 3. Require the bid winner to have a marriage in trump (board set if bid winner has no marriages). 4. ✓ Update ruined gameThis latest update ruined a great app. There is no way to change levels, it forces a resume every time which doesn't start a new game. Then restarting launches video ads. The video ads are awful. I don't mind ads in a free app but these can't be closed and are loud and happen every time you start a game. Also the play is different. The partner plays poorly, passes poorly, and makes inexperienced plays. Reset this to the previous version or I will be another who deletes this formerly good app..Version: 1.6.1
✓ Not very well programmedWhile I have won several games it is do mostly to the fact the bid starts at 15. Hard not to make that. However I have played dozens of games and I hardly ever get any meld. The skip video button appears briefly then disappears for a few seconds comes back and you still have to find and press the X on the screen. Keeps the cards I need to make a straight. In a real game their going to pass 4 different cards in the Trump suit I named. The other problem is when my partner starts leading trump to take tricks. Once you take all the trump from the other players. It’s time to stop playing trump cards. And keep them until you need them. By using up all the Trump cards in your hand, your opening up the suits that where getting trumped. Therefore putting the opposite team members in control of the rest of the hand!
