✓ Sad and very upsetThis has been my one favourite game for a long time now, I have managed to get to over level 3000 and find this game both challenging and fun until now… I tried to get onto my game today and there are new terms and agreements which gives you an option of Learn More or Agree, I decided to learn more before agreeing. I was then give choices to choose from and once This was made to confirm, the problem is that unless you agree to all terms including giving 90 other companies access to your devices you are unable to confirm your choices. I’m very sad but I’ve now had to delete the app from my device. Please warn other players that after years of playing they may have to delete as well if they don’t agree to all terms including passing device info to 90 other companies..Version: 99.3
✓ Missing blue starsThe storyline is a bonus to the games which are varied enough in difficulty and objects to make it interesting BUT I hate the way the blue stars disappear without being used. Having three blue stars, I purposely chose a task needing only one, completed the task, the screen moved to another area and the blue star counter showed zero, so two stars that had taken quite a while to gain were just wiped out. If it is a glitch it needs to be fixed ASAP, but if not it is a mean trick by the devs to make people play more games, and presumably need to buy more credit, to get enough blue stars to advance in the game. It is annoying enough that it takes one star to place a candle, then another to light it, or three stars to wallpaper one bit of a room etc without the stars being wiped out without being used. Please fix it devs as it is ruining a great game!.Version: 31.5
✓ The most racist game yetThe game is racist!!! What make it worse is that the creators are all adults and they know what they did. Today while on my instagram an ad of this game popped up, the begging of the ad showed an man, women, and a African American male. This alone didnt bother me until i stared at the ad little longer. The ad had an african American baby.. while both parents are white. The ad showed the African Male scared that he been caught, and the white male mad because the baby is black. Through the whole ad it was showing how the incident happen. Now if you know history you will know that back then in slavery the “Master’s” wife would have affairs behind their back with slaves. If they get pregnant they would tell the master and lie about it until it due date. When the baby is out, the baby would sometimes come out black and thats how the master would know about the wife affair with the slave, the slave wither end up punish, killed, or other. This is what the Ad showed. Except the killing part. This game is not okay neither is the racist ad either. This game deserves to get taken down too..Version: 31.5
✓ Cutting teeth to playI really do love this game, but it’s too frustrating to progress in the story. Not to mention the constant glitches in game play that makes it too irritating to keep playing. It constantly doesn’t count the matches and before you know you have to start another game. I’ve been playing match games long enough to know when a game has great potential, and this one surely does, but if you don’t offer more opportunities for progress and you have to watch a 30 second add to move ONE MORE SPACE, you’ll get a lot of people that will get sick of not being able to play this game. ✓ Inappropriate adsI love this game. I play everyday. This is a 10 star game for me except for one thing. We can’t avoid ads, and the ads for this game aren’t intrusive or excessive. But they are highly inappropriate, especially for children, who I am sure, play Storyngton. They show nearly naked women, men tied up, people being whipped. I don’t know what else, because I look away each time one comes on. I have serious considered not playing my favorite game because of these ads. ✓ MehI love the story element of this game, but what I don’t like is that you almost have to move at a snails pace when playing levels because if you go too fast it doesn’t register some of the moves you make, wasting power ups and moves. I just had to restart a level because I used the one more move option, used a stamp first, but it didn’t register my match made to complete the task and it caused a fail. If it isn’t the slow paced levels, it’s the tedious need for the stars. You need a star for each an every thing in the game, which kind of cuts out any immersion. Like it will start some drama, then cut in with “go fetch me this” and it’s right back to the levels. There’s not much of a story and level balance. ✓ SadMost the time I can get up into the 200 levels in these games but this one went bad as soon as they added that bonus activation crap that you have to pay for. Takes 3-4 tries to win a level and if you don’t win the first time the bonus is gone. Takes 2-4 stars to complete a task and 3-4 times to win a level so it takes forever to advance. The story is ok, but I’ve had to cut it short cause it took my whole lunch to get thru it. I don’t know if it’s on purpose but it seems like you get to a point that every level ends with one move to win so of course you spend the 900 coin to win… and of course you only make 50-60 coins per game. 18 levels to make enough to win one. ✓ Some of your ads don't workI've written a review twice for this game because when I watch an ad to get an extra move or double my money some of ur ads will not let u exit and claim. Royal Match is one of these ads that constantly do not let you X of the ad after it's played. I don't know if they pay u to run these ads but I just lost my streak on levels because of this again!! It is a real shame because if you made the levels less difficult you wouldn’t lose players and you would gain in the long run. ✓ I won’t pay to advanceOnce you get to the higher level it becomes impossible to play and pass a level without having to buy something. I enjoyed the game at first but I have gotten to a level and I’ve been on the same puzzle for over a week. Not paying… now the new game doesn’t give you your rewards immediately… you have to upgrade or wait hours or days. Every time I try a match three game, I go in hoping it won’t become impossible in 10 minutes, but they all do and this game is no exception. Also, like others have said, it gets difficult quickly (again, like gambling) and the tasks are ridiculous. ✓ Not worth it.The game likes to tell you what to do, it’s slow moving and the levels get hard to pass really quickly. It’s a money grab and the only way it allows you to pass hard levels is to either use all or a majority of your coins to gain more lives (to which it still screws you over and you don’t pass) or to use all your power ups so they can get you to buy more. I’ve spent $0 on this app because it’s not worth it. I’m not about to pay $10 for extra lives just so it can screw me over in the end. There’s nothing wrong with the iPad the game is played on. ✓ Nice game butI do enjoy playing the game but there are too many issues during the game. There are too many adds in between, then when you do want to watch an add to double your points or make the plants grow faster-the adds aren’t working. Keeps saying- Oops, something went wrong 😏. ✓ Old playerI really love this game. I have just passed level 850 and am in the middle of the sweet festival. and now I am hitting a bug every day. I have to uninstall and reinstall sometimes three times a day! As soon as I hit the part where I have to wait for the next heart, the whole game cuts out and I am asked to contact customer support. I don not play through facebook so that is impossible. The whole thing is so frustrating that I will have to give up. ✓ Too many bugsI have had this game for some time now and am finding more and more often that the videos don’t load and you have to completely come out of the game to unfreeze it. I have also noticed on the levels with the smoke/fog squares, whatever they are, you can use the bombs or the ones that clear rows/columns, but they still leave half these squares behind, they don’t clear and then it adds more for not clearing any. Currently stuck on a level for this exact reason. Had two squares on a row left to clear to beat the level, it’s my last shot and luckily I have a row clear that should clear them both, it does nothing. It clears the whole row but leaves those two squares untouched. It’s incredibly frustrating and I refuse to spend money on a game that is forever glitching..Version: 43.0

I would be happy to watch ads to get extra moves; that's how I found this game - but I have only had that option once, and it only gave me one extra move. ✓ Lots of bugsBeen playing this game for a year now and conceptually I love it. The events are enjoyable, mini games are fun. However over the last 4 months I’ve noticed bugs in the game (hence low rating). The buffs that are awarded for 10 mins works for 1 game and disappears. I know I didn’t send 10 mins on that level. This has happened frequently. I’m playing in English but some times the message pops up in some other language, usually after I lose a level. The later story plots also cost a lot of stars and we only get 1 star for yellow and purple levels. It is incredibly brutal for story progression. I wish we get 2 stars for purple level. ✓ RubbishThis game is pure scam, they start you off by sucking you in and as the game progresses it gets harder and harder, then they start taking your coins when you don’t finish it in the amount of given moves. 800 a time might I add, but your reward rarely gets above 60 back, eventually you run out of coins and lives and then all of a sudden they are badgering you for cash, no doubt the lives and coins from that purchase will be gone again pretty quickly, more or less getting you to buy again. Although it’s fun, the higher levels are too hard for someone that can’t devote real time to the game. I guess that’s how you really make money. Also, the rewards for watching videos are minuscule. Half the time you play, you are watching 30 sec ads to try to get a few extra coins. ✓ This game went from awesome to awful!This game was one of my absolute favorites, but then things changed. Levels got ridiculously difficult to win without having to spend a lot of real cash. Options and rewards offered (earn extra moves or double your winnings) became increasingly inconsistent. Story action often became boring and repetitive. Hard earned stars were often spent to have the characters repeat the same or similar actions to accomplish a single task. Then the misleading ads started to appear which were deceptive of the actual game, becoming one of the other many “help this poor mistreated lady” games. A total and false representation! What made you developers take this unethical route?? I FINALLY JUST TOTALLY DELETED THE GAME! Sad and totally unnecessary changes were made to a once very lovely and enjoyable game. Sad and disappointing..Version: 82.3
