✓ CheatedSo I played the old criminal case, built up my money, got a pet invested time and effort, completed all the different cases and places then move on to this one only to find out I have to start all over again from the beginning without my pet side kick and no money I saved up and having to start with a new character I feel totally cheated , I know why they did this so you start paying for the extras you had built up, well I am sorry but I have deleted this app and will not be going back to it and I have also told all my friends that play it what happens and they will not be downloading this version......shame the makers of this don’t understand the word loyalty!.Version: 1.36.3

✓ Don’t likeI have played criminal case all the way through from the beginning and all my orange juices,chips and hamburgers have transferred over as I complete the worlds and I have downloaded the Paris the city of romance world and none of them transferred over and I have to start over with my levels. ✓ Sound issuesSince the latest update every time I get an advert I lose the sound. The only way to get it back is completely close the app and open it again. That is fine until the next advert. There are too many adverts to do this. Also the x to close adverts has got so small I have to try and hit it several times before the ad closes. This is getting very frustrating. ..Version: 1.38.2
✓ Very disappointedI have been playing Criminal Case for over 7 years and just recently downloaded the City of Romance..Paris. I also paid to get the ad free version. Now I find out I’m at the end and it only has 17 levels. That’s just ridiculous. Very disappointed with this. In my book the original criminal case was the best one..Version: 1.38.2

Over and over and over! I am a huge fan of the Criminal Case games but this ad is really turning me off the entire series! ✓ Very disappointingI have been playing Criminal Case for a couple of years and would like to play the new one - Paris, but, it is a stand alone so the 9 stars I have available to cash in plus over 1.5 million in coins, the awards I have won and the hamburgers, chips and drinks I have on hand would not be available to me. ✓ Criminal case Paris city of romanceThere is a glitch in the game at chapter 18 (doesn’t load, just shows a picture of a plane prompting you to play your other games). Cannot advance. Tried the “contact us” feature in the game and it continually fails to submit my message (keeps telling me “all fields must be filled in. (All fields are filled in).) Soooo, there’s no way of getting help with this game. Interestingly enough, there’s a post from two years ago dealing with this same issue. I’d say it’s past time to fix it..Version: 1.38.2
✓ Quick fix but still disappointingThank you for the quick fix of the below problem. Still not happy that it happened at all. Wow, I just updated this app and now I am getting the ads that I paid not to have. I tried restoring my purchase and got to watch an ad for my trouble. I have had 4 ads with two tries at a level. I just keep getting more and more disappointed with criminal case games. I hate that my games are no longer linked, so I’m seeing characters from other editions that no longer act like they have ever seen me before. I hate that I have lost all my old pets that I spent years collecting. It is a complete joke that the last pet comes so late in the game that it is basically worthless. The continuity was what kept me playing new episodes. Now I feel unmotivated to continue past this game, and if I continue to get ads after I paid for no ads I will probably not finish this game. ✓ What’s with all the in between level ads all of a sudden!?I’ve been going through and playing all the Criminal cases and now you start annoyingly after playing each level with an ad that stalls to close. ✓ Only 17 casesDisappointed. I have played all the Criminal Case games, but I was surprised and disappointed that Paris has only 17 cases, unlike the others which have around 50. I pay for energy and coins and I don’t mind that. But I stocked up on both early on, only to find few cases in each area. I wasted my money.
