The company as a whole needs updatingThe app is fine , it always works for me. But that’s not the main problem. The biggest issues are the ppl making the food. i’ve noticed if i order 4 or 5 times a week (usually breakfast) half the time they get it wrong. They always forget to add or remover something. it’s like they can’t read english or something. i mean that literally. most ppl who make your food don’t speak english. and imo if your gana work in the US you need to speak english so we can communicate with each other..Version: 23.12.2023071101

Favorites don’t exist!My family loves Blakes, we were super excited there was an app. When you make an order, you can save it, and even name it, then you can never find it again to try to order it. It makes zero sense. Fix this now, Mr. Blake. PS, you can try to do it again through “recent orders,” however, you cannot change the location when you click order again. App orderSo disappointed!! I’m a local and have eaten Lota burger religiously since I was a child. My daughter and I were excited to see Blake’s now offered a frito pie and we were excited to try it. Disappointment is putting it lightly. The app said the order would be ready at 12:52 so we picked it up at the designated time. What happened to the Chile!?! The frito pie was basically just meat and beans and it appeared to have been made awhile before our pick up time resulting in soggy Fritos and garnish. The French fries tasted like they had been made the day before and reheated. I tried to contact the store before leaving a review and got nowhere. What a shame..Version: 23.12.2023071101

Wrong orderHave always loved Blake’s- but since our local restaurant revamped thier store the service is horrible always the wrong order people act like it’s an inconvenience to do what they are paid to do-yet we keep trying hoping it will get better. Today yet again we received the wrong order I guess our fault since we didn’t check it but you would hope they would get it right. We live 15 miles from there so just turning around is not happening for us. Did not receive what I ordered.I ordered on the app. I paid for extra cheese in my burrito and did not receive it. I also ordered a kids meal with a cookie instead of fries and the lady told me she didn’t have any cookies and I asked if there was anything they could replace it with and she handed me a package of crackers. Very disappointed in the meal that I paid for. Orders should be more accurate and they should be able to accommodate their customers if they don’t have the what’s ordered in stock. OnlineSo it appears someone didn’t read the order correctly. I asked for green chili and no onions. I got a ton of onions and no chili. Had to wait for my medium fries that weren’t in the bag also. Store #61Placed online order, when I went to pick it up All the outside lights were off. I asked if they could turn them on, so we could eat outside on their tables. They said no! Waste of timeOrdered ahead to try to save time and beat the line. Should have known better. Sad excuse for an appThis app constantly has a new issue. It doesn’t work sometimes. You can tell they try to put the blame on the consumer device. My phone is working with all other apps but this one and “there’s an issue with my internet”. “There’s an issue with apple.” My favorite is ordering then finding that the store is closed and then I have to wait 3-5 business days for my money. I get bugs in a new system but are you guys even trying to improve? It is in my opinion that Blake’s is setting for a garbage app that appears to “do the trick.” When in fact it pisses me off. Guess it’s a good deferent though as fast food isn’t good for you anyway. Another junk product of New Mexico. New Mexico has little to nothing to be proud of and it is sad that Blake’s is one of the few things New Mexican’s are proud of. It is clear the bar is set low across the state..Version: 6.0

Don’t use app!!!Ordered and showed up to pick up after 20 minutes…was told another hour to hour and a half wait because they are busy…the app does not do anything but take your money and no guarantee you will get your food!! Great food, but app needs work.The UI of the app needs tweaking, for sure. The way it cancels selections if you don’t confirm in just the right way is annoying. Also, when you select to start ordering, it should ask upfront if it is for delivery or pickup. Lastly, like other delivery apps, it should have a GPS tracking page for your order. Otherwise, Blake’s makes awesome burgers, and the app should be just as awesome! The colors and style of the app are nice too..Version: 22.14.2022083001

Only good for seeing the menuHad to place the order multiple times because it couldn’t remember the order. Then I can’t sign me in after having to put in the order four times for an entire family. Talk about frustration. Then you call the store and you get a robot that messes up your order. I get it, we are in Albuquerque so we get sub par service, apps, and experiences. Update. Places the order by phone at 2:20 PM. Not even during the rush. It’s 2:52 and still no food. Nice people. Clean place. But SLOW. I could have cooked this fresh myself 4 times by now. Incorrect orders daily, no refundsThe rio rancho location consistently gets the order wrong. I downloaded the app to prevent communication errors. Still wrong. Asked for refund. Since I ordered through this app, they wouldn’t offer refund. Said to call corporate. No answer. No contact info or contact link. Tried several avenues to get to corporate, nothing. UnsatisfiedOrdered my food and app stated it would be ready at 5pm exactly. Showed up on the dot to be told that it was still being made and was given my drinks. So I waited at a dining booth waiting for my name to be called when it was ready. Nothing and it was now 5:18pm. Everyone’s orders were being piled up on the counter and apparently we, the customers, were to rummage through it ourselves to find them. I trusted them enough to pack my order in my bag so I left without checking it (yeah, my fault right!) My buffalo chicken sandwich was missing and the $16 NM style meal was made as a regular Lota combo so I had to return to this location (East of Gallup, NM) to get it corrected. None of the employees were apologetic and no complimentary items in wasting my gas to come back and correct this issue. Now 5:44pm and I’m finally getting my stuff and not offered to get fresh fries. Upgrade system communicationHow is there not a button or an automated system to let the customers know there’s going to be a wait? I made a mobile order and show up about 20 minutes after. The guy in front of me was crying because of the wait so when it was my turn the worker gave me attitude like I was the one who was just disrespecting her . I didn’t mind about the wait but when I asked how long do you think she just laughed in my face and said she doesn’t know. So I just left. What’s the point of making a mobile order with no communication. There’s a Chick-fil-A right next door. I really don’t care to wait but how do they not even have a ball park time for me. What kind of sane person would ever return to this location after this ? I live right down the street and now need to remove this place from being a viable option to eat at. #4 burritoYour cooks have never learned how to cook an order correctly. I have ordered in a couple locations in Gallup and it’s always the same..I specify my hash browns to be crispy and when I use the app and when I drive thru I ask for them to be x-crispy yet without fail your cooks flip them over maybe once and I get to eat raw potatoes again and again My brother in Alb has the same problem there. Why is the service so terribleI’ve been eating there since I was a kid always good. But since a lot has changed, I ordered THREE breakfast burritos at 9:11 be ready by 9:28 I get there at 9:40 get told they are almost done. I’m okay with that if it’s almost done I wait till 10 o clock until the register guy asks for my name and last 4 digits of my number and comes back. Missing itemsLotaburger has always been the place to eat at since I was little. I’m now 31, and it has completely gone downhill. My family and I love the burritos from the east side Gallup location, no matter the combinations of burritos, there’s something wrong or missing from our order. Today, I checked the order for 6 burritos, we we were missing a #2 plain burrito. I came back to let the cashier know in which I seen her make the manager aware. She turned to me and said they’ll make it for me, thinking it’s a plain burrito and shouldn’t take long. Takes too long to get orderWe order online so we can pick it up and go quicker but they prioritize drive thru. Seven cars have gotten their orders in the drive thru and all 5 in the pickup line has been waiting forever without getting our orders. Customer serviceFood is always on point but customer service and the app are garbage. If you try to modify things it’s a hit or miss. When you try calling the store to tell them about a change you want but the app doesn’t allow it good luck getting ahold of someone. Need more staff?I thought ordering/paying ahead would help get our order promptly on our busy Saturday. We waited 10 minutes past our 20 minute “order ready” time. Although we were offered free brownies for our inconvenience, I still ended up short a large fry and didn’t even get my double meat itsa, but instead a bacon breakfast sandwich. Orders paid but not received.So the problem with this app and paying ahead of time is is they can keep your money and not give you what you paid for. The golf course location has a habit of not opening until much later so if you put in an order go to pick it up the employees there suggested I either cancel the order or pick it up 2 hours later. Problem is in the app the order is completed so there is no way to get a refund. Terrible appThis app is awful. It could be so much better and yet it is the worst user interface.
