✓ NEEDS UPDATES!!!!!!First I have to say, this is a fun and relaxing game. HOWEVER, it’s seems more based on having to be on FB. There are not chatting for us of those whom AREN’T ON FB. It seems the voting will not allow the people who are not on Facebook to get high scores. Can you please explain to me how the voting process works? A lot of the pictures are almost identical to pictures before and it starts to become a repetitive same picture no new items to put in and all the same items and everything you have to buy to at least be up in the 4.0 range. I would like to see an update where we all can play together and nobody’s better than the other just because they’re on Facebook. if improvements are not made, I’m going to have to look for a better app that will attend to people who are not on social media. Please fix so the rest of us can have just as much fun and enjoyed new adventures every day. A CHAT BOX WOULD BE NICE GETTING FRUSTRATED and ready to leave this game if no improvements are made. ✓ The Voting is Rigged and takes The Joy out of the gameThis game would be perfect except for the inexplicable voting system which penalizes you by denying prizes. I could care less about the scoring, which is ludicrous, but greatly resent not getting the reward. If you get a 3.99 or lower you get nothing. Day after day I get three scores in a row- two 3.99 or under, and one perfect 5! How is this possible? I have complained repeatedly to the developers who say the voting is done by players . Your design is compared randomly with one other for the entire voting process, allegedly. If this is true , how can both designs often end up with scores BOTH below a 4, and conversely, BOTH end up with a perfect score of 5 ? Even I know this is mathematically impossible and obviously rigged to deny the rewards and force you to spend money. Shame on the developers who have ruined what otherwise would have been a close to perfect game, and yes, I am a fabulous gardener..Cyn4500Version: 1.21.39

✓ Not what I expectedI saw an ad for this game that said you can design your own gardens, but that’s not exactly how it works. The game pretty much forces you to design things a certain way. There’s requirements you have to check off before you can submit your design and if you don’t have any of the required items, you have to buy them- either with coins or diamonds and you only get a few of those items, they aren’t even unlimited so you have to repurchase them when you run out! It’s easy in the beginning, but the more you play, the more money/diamonds you are forced to spend until eventually you run out and can’t complete or submit any more designs. You can vote on other people’s submissions, but you don’t make nearly enough to continue because they cap how much you can earn in a day. Maybe I’m missing something, but the only way I see how you could possibly continue playing is to spend real money. I’m not wasting any more time on this game, it’s not enjoyable if I can’t even design anything!.SithChickVersion: 1.16.25

✓ FrustratedI downloaded this game a while back and I really liked it but it kept shutting down every few minutes and I’d have to restart it over and over again and it lagged when putting items in the design and while scrolling to choose an item. So I deleted it thinking I’d wait and try later so maybe the bugs would be fixed. It’s been a few months since I last played, so today I decided I’d give it another try. I downloaded the game again and to my disappointment, it is still doing the same things that it was doing months ago that caused me to delete it. ✓ MehI’ve been playing this game for close to a year now but it’s wearing thin. In order to make a good landscape- you need A LOT of diamonds to purchase decor, flooring, rugs etc…and the game won’t give you that. They reward you with endless flowers that the owner doesn’t even like. There’s NO rewards from this that you can really use. The people that have the highest scores are paying big bucks for a score of 5 (the highest). I’m pretty sure that the owner of this app has designed their own template and it scores you on how many items you’ve matched with theirs. ✓ It WAS a joyI would have loved to give this game a 5, because it is worth a 5. It’s a pretty game, a teaching game about plants and flowers, a game where competition isn’t the main focus, and a very relaxing game. If it’s all that why would I only give it a 3? Well, let me tell you……at the end of each level you are given a lot of decorating gifts and flowers. Gifts are a lot of fun, right? Again, why? I played this game to Level 29. It took me a few months of daily play to get that far. When I reached Level 29 I got a message telling me that the Devs were working on making new levels. That was 2-3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t happened. They have added many new things that can be bought. There used to be a way to earn trees but that changed to earning surprises. Unfortunately my surprises were mostly the same and I now have to use coins or diamonds to buy trees. Now you can play on and on and no longer the Level Up gifts. They are now making many gardens where you need 2 trees, 2 benches, 2 decor items, 2 hanging items, etc. This uses up quite a bit of what you have on hand and sort of forces you into actually buying items in order to continue. I am going to play until the end of this month to see if these things improve, if not I’m going to delete the game..WykedwytchVersion: 1.22.20

And often when I select an item it won’t load into the garden. I’ve contacted support and followed their instructions and am still having the same problem. ✓ Not so fun nowThis WAS a fun game. I loved the designing aspect. Loved that we get to grow our own to be used in the challenges but I wish there was more variety. I’ve grown multiples of the same few of each climate so far. My biggest issue right now though is that the game doesn’t want to load and I’ve lost my login streak. GOING ON THREE DAYS NOW. Have nowhere else to post this as I obviously can’t get into the game and the so-called app support here just leads you to articles and nowhere to report anything. ✓ Items disappearI’ve really enjoyed playing this came, it is very relaxing. Unfortunately, the items you purchase with coins or diamonds always disappear! It’s so frustrating because they only stay on for a day or two and then poof gone and you have to purchase this again. It has happened with all the items I’ve purchased. ✓ I recently began using Garden JoyI have been using Design Home for years. I have recently been using Garden Joy now also, but I’m having issues with this game. Right after I finish a challenge, an ad pops up and my game crashes. There has been times that I did not get the pay from the challenge. I can’t just reach out to support for the game, I’m unaware of how to do that other than the reward wall and I don’t try for the rewards too often as this game heats up my phone quickly. I can’t figure that one out but when I’m watching videos to try to get some diamonds after a couple my phone gets hot. I do like the game itself, but the issues are all technical. ✓ SuggestionsMore challenges, be able to favorite items, be able to file your designs and swipe through them, less city scapes and more wooded outdoor type gardens. Rainforests, cabins, huts, waterfalls, rain, night/dark scapes, plants that thrive on forest floors, carnivorous plants, country scapes. The whole section that shows closed challenges can be removed and replaced with something we can interact with. The nursery is underwhelming and I like the idea of collecting plants, but there’s so many plants and items on this game and I get rewarded the same flower all the time. So much potential in this game it just feels a little too surface and landscapey so far. and I wish I had more challenges every day..SMC CVersion: 1.22.20

✓ MehhIf I buy a pack or pass I should always have access to the items, even if I need to use coins/gems to refill it. Spending money to gain an item and then having the item go away after 5 uses is a complete rip-off. Definitely not purchasing any more packs due to this. Second issue is that it makes my phone overheat. I use apps that are far bigger in size and uses more battery and they do not experience this issue. ✓ Issues with the gameOverall this is relaxing and I like it but they could use to add some things to it to make it work better. I was doing a design and had added the wishing well in one of the spots and then tapped on another and it added a wishing well to that spot too and I didn’t want one in the other spot so when i went back to tap it again to remove it like you do on all the others it would not remove it, it was removing all the other things around it so i went to where the other one was and tapped on it and it would not remove either just the other plants or things around it would be removed frustrating to want to change one or two of the items or remove it and cant. They should really have a clear icon for people to be able to clear it all out and restart the process again when they are unable to tap the icon to remove it. So i had to submit my design with two wishing wells in it that looked goofy and now gonna not get a good score because the game would not work it was like that item was froze, even tried shutting off my phone and restarted it to see if that would work and nothing. Then there is not even a way to report issues with the game or app without exiting the game or app. Please fix. Too slow at adding to the game im getting bored with it already been at the end of all the levels for months now, they can add new designs but they cant add new levels. ✓ MONEY GRAB: NOTHING CHANGES...GJ is fun… for awhile. But voting system and the fact that they just re-use the same layouts over and over eventually takes the fun out of it. You have to spend money to buy items and the more items you have/buy the more the algorithm will put your garden up for voting. Also, the game creates scenarios where the player HAS TO use all these specific items, which of course, more items=more money. There are gardens with just tons of mismatched junk everywhere and some gardens with almost nothing and yet both get almost a score of 5 (the best score) bc they are in the most rotation. And bc the player is forced into voting on one or the other and can’t vote no on both, the people who spend more $$ and use more get way better scores than the rest. And not for nothing, GJ just re-uses the same layouts over and over again, which after awhile playing, you recognize and it becomes boring. ✓ FrustratedFrustrated on the fact that your items will just disappear after you just bought them. This has happened more than a few times. Also when you try to earn coins and diamonds by voting or watching commercials... the commercials wont play, aren't available or freezes or says come back later. So it takes forever to build your coins & diamonds up.( With doing these two tasks it takes forever!!!!) The fact when your items do disappear you have no where to contact to let them know. ✓ Beautiful graphics, but Issues Make It UnplayableBeautiful graphics, but serious issues. Constantly force closing during game play, even after only a few seconds. Clearing in game cache, restarting device, etc., does nothing to remedy this issue. Game also lags severely after only a few minutes of play, likely due to in game graphics, which cannot be turned off or adjusted by player (in fact, there are no in-game controls at all for audio/video). ✓ Some flaws, but prettyYou don’t earn currency by reviews of your creations. You can only earn a max of 1000 coins per level but each level has specifics and you can’t afford any of the items for 1000 coins. You basically have to vote nonstop to earn coins and you only get 250 each time you do. There’s a lot more earning coins than playing games. Plus it takes like 5 minutes of loading time to even see your results. Besides that, it’s simple and pretty and fun. I enjoyed it when I first downloaded, but after you use that first amount of coins and diamonds, it got boring quickly reading results for no prize and having to vote a hundred times to buy items for literally every level..PacoMayhewVersion: 1.22.20
