Some false advertisingI purchased a subscription thinking I would get access to all editions of British Vogue on the app, not just the current one. After going back and forth with both Conde Nast and Apple, and rifling through terms and conditions, it seems you only get access to the most recent edition, and the new ones thereafter. If you want older editions, you have to buy them individually! I think that’s pretty rubbish, and poorly advertised. Really disappointed..Version: 33.2

Can’t get issue I wantedI specifically paid to access the September 22 issue after following the link that said I could. I then could only download the August issue with the September one nowhere to be seen. Please improve your usability! It’s basic functionality to get the issue you clicked on..Version: 33.2

Doesn’t seem to work properly on iPhoneSome issues don’t download all the images, though you still get all the ads… not great for a magazine which is half visuals. I like the option to read articles on the go. But I still want to see all the content, and the images are missing from the latest download. OutdatedI think the app is just pretty hard to look at, super disappointing for a magazine focused on visuals, it could be really good, and the read on the go option is great. I just wish they’d update it and make it look a little more exciting.Version: 33.2

Not working for me.I don't know whether other users experience any problems with downloading, but I haven't actually been able to view any purchased issues so far. I tried it first with Emma Watson issue, and having paid £3.99, got nothing but an offering to purchase the issue again. Seeing recent positive reviews, I decided to give it another go. And what? still the same story. Alexa Issue purchased, but the front page just froze. When I re-entered the application, it offered me again to pay for the issue I've already purchased. The idea of this application is brilliant. As I travel a lot, I'd love to be able to access my favourite magazine on the go, but with this quality the application proves to be useless..Version: 1.3.1

Doesn’t work on iPadOS 17The British Vogue app does not work in iPadOS 17. It doesn’t even open and crashes immediately. I downgraded my iPad to iPadOS 16.7 in order to continue using this app under my paid subscription..Version: 33.4

Issues with the appSome issues will not allow you to scroll down pages so you can’t read the content. You are stuck just moving from page to page, unable to access the home menu..Version: 33.2

Why have you messed up this lovely app?Great app, till the library disappeared and now it’s stuck on the October issue. Shame. October was a nice issue but now it’s December it’s starting to look a little dated and I was rather hoping that my annual subscription would keep me a bit more up to date... The app support button links to a “page not found” error. Come on Conde Nast - you’re a world class operation and you must be able to do better than this! UPDATE: if you want to view other issues, delete the app, reinstall it and “restore purchases”. You will then see the library again and can choose the issue you want to view. However you won’t be able to able access the library again to choose another issue unless you go through the whole delete/reinstall/restore process again. Poor iPad version thatI bought this app in good faith, hoping to get something above & beyond the magazine, btu I expected more! Not only is it just an upload of the magazine - not designed for iPad... it's more diffcult to navigate. It's not possible to flick between pages. Instead I found myself stuck in video's, constantly having to go back to the (messy) contents page and wondering what a photo was, only to realise it was half of a double advetising spread. This App is TerribleIt has a mind of its own. The app controls everything. Every time I accidentally double click an ad it takes me to the website. Please stop doing this. It is so annoying. There is no option to switch from reading it like it is a print version, starting from the cover. Once you click on the cover from the home page, it will take you straight to an ad. Hard work!Excited to get free access with my paper copy subscription. Went through the long winded process to set up a log in. Installed on a new device which required log in details again. Unable to log in - password reset says account not recognised. Tried setting up log in again but told my email address already linked to an account!!!! Grrrr. Big disappointment!I found this really disappointing and wish I had not paid £3.99 for the June issue! Never again. The images are really badly compressed and the articles are hard to read as the type is so small. No back issuesThe US edition of the app lets you download back issues but the British version makes you pay for any issue before the date you subscribed at £2.99 per issue. There’s a stall in my local market selling old copies for 30p each so why sholud I pay 10 times that for a digital editon? Other fashion magazines (Elle for example) give you back issues included so this is a bit of a ripoff..Version: 33.2

Useless after updateI used to love getting my digital British Vogue every month, but since updating the app, no issues appear available for download any longer. There is no explanation for this other than a pop up that says "an unknown error has occurred with the library". When I press the "App Support" button on the review page, it just takes me to the website for the magazine with no way to report or troubleshoot any problems. Even after deleting the app and re-downloading it numerous times, the same "error" occurs. It's a serious pity that the app has become totally USELESS just after renewing my two-year subscription. Rest assured they promptly charged me for the renewal fee without any problems, however. Either fix the app or furnish a full refund, please. Worst magazine appI have many magazine apps. I have Australian and US Vogue. This is by far the worst and most frustrating app ever. There should be some coordination in apps, the best is the US Vogue app. Get it together Condé Nast.Version: 33.0

I love Vogue but it's causing a lot of problems!Subscribed to the iPhone edition in May this year and it worked absolutely fine. But recently none of the images are showing and it's telling me they aren't there. Trouble with British Vogue App.I have just cancelled my subscription to the above App. through the App. Store as I have had constant problems. I assumed that when I subscribed to the above App. that in addition to the digital copy of the magazine there would be a hyperlink to the Vogue website too. Unfortunately, this was not the case and if I wanted to view other information on the site I had to go to Google or Safari and get to the site that way. (most frustrating and a waste of time!). When I finally got to the British Vogue website one of the main features I wanted to use was the ‘Catwalk’. However, the tabs for ‘Seasons’ and ‘Designers’ didn’t work. I was therefore limited to whatever shows were new, not what I wanted to look at. This problem was confined to my IPad Pro, version i08,12.4 that was released approximately seven months ago here in Australia. My IPhone which was released around the same time does not have this problem, but I use my IPad for all the viewing of Vogue online content and downloads. I have wrote three separate emails to British Vogue customer service and have been told that I have to contact the developer through the App store. To the best of my knowledge Condé Nast is the developer, but I may be wrong on this point. I am now at a point of desperate frustration from going around in circles! Can someone, either Apple or Condé Nast help solve my issues? I find it hard to believe I am the only one in this situation, but maybe others have just given up in frustration. Great read, horrible supportUntil I am able to restore my past purchases, I won't be renewing my subscription.
