✓ Great content but not optimized for iPadYou have a kind of PDF porting of the print version. No links for extra content included in the cd that goes with the print version ( it's supposed to come in a future update ). Double tap zoom 2X the center of the page and does not automatically zoom on the place you are tapping, as it is usually with a good iPad implementation. ✓ Scam by Apple and Future Music!This NOT free! All it does is bring up an ad that says you can buy Future Music. Lame lame lame! I'll never buy a stupid magazine from these guys when I can get a real magazine for the same price. All of the free magazines I downloaded were the same way. ✓ Takes too long to loadI love FM magazine so I bought a single issue (march 2012). Each page takes about 6 seconds to load. It makes reading a chore as every time you turn the page you need to wait a bit before reading. Sound On Sound does it much better & their mag is actually interactive. FM is simply scans of the print version. I'd rather pay a lot more for a physical copy in a store then try reading this on the iPad..Version: 1.9

✓ Didn’t connect with my online account.It took me three weeks to be able to get back all of my issues from my online subscription. I went through numerous emails and then I tried something different and all of a sudden it worked. I was not happy with tech-support in any means. ✓ Extra content Hidden from paid usersI've been reading FM Mag for 10+ years before going digital and sadly I miss the extra content with the digital version. Its non-existent unless you search through the magazine to find secret words and log in online and give answers. Its so extremely time-consuming, painful and plain stupid especially finding multiple words with every issue. It's utterly ridiculous how your treated like a criminal not a paying customer. Why can't they just send me a link when they notify me of the new issue to download each month? ✓ Bit of a disappointment!I have been a huge fan of Computer Music and Future Music Magazine for years. Having it on my phone is ideal if they fixed the problems such as... Issues with the download speed for a magazine (it now takes far longer for me to receive an issue then it did on previous versions of this app). It has a bug where it thinks it has an issue it is still trying to download but can't. AND the biggest issue I have faced is being charged for issues with the free trial subscription (I have not ever been a subscriber before) and I don't even receive a response from the customer service team! Please sort this out, I really do want to enjoy this experience of having future music with me on the go to read whenever I like!.Version: 3.1.6

After all that waiting, the app still asks me for my password many times, I type it and in, and still nothing downloads, nothing about this update appears to have changed. Maybe they thought the problem was all in the user's mind? Support is horrible. Haven't heard back after contacting them a week ago about not being able to restore my 7 subscriptions, the iPad currently says 6, and my iPhone says 7. ✓ Not bad but....The Content of FM Magazine is very good but, just the PDF is for 5,99$ is quite expensive. You could take CHIP as a model, which has got a lot of animations and a much clearer menu than this is. On top of this their menu looks much more modern.Version: 1.9

✓ Crash and burnCrap. Paid £4 for an issue. Downloaded it via iPad Air iOS 8.1 and then the app decided to completely crash and burn everytime I tapped on the issue.
